Livin' Easy - Not Expensively!

Great Value for a great vacation. Cute cottage is located on gulf side of island and is a 60 second walk from the beach on a designated walking path alongside the west side of our house. Eateries and entertainment are a few minutes walk the other direction. The beach is generally not crowded at this location and excellent for shelling and watching spectacular sun rises & sunsets. Private outdoor shower is great after a day at the beach. Large deck area available for your outdoor enjoyment.

Cook in our fully equipped kitchen or catch the island trolley to Peg Leg Pete's for your favorite seafood specialty. Nearby National Seashore & Ft. Pickens are wonderful places for undeveloped, natural island vistas. Walk to nearby beach shops for souvenirs and listen to free concerts on Tuesday evenings at the Gulfside Pavilion May-September. In nearby Pensacola is a historic district with excellent shopping. Come relax, watch your worries fade in the sunset and live easy for a time.

Great Local Vibe

There are only a few of these gems still on Pensacola Beach. As a previous local who visits 2x a year, this location, overall vibe, cleanliness, and comfy beds gave us a great experience. Would rent again!!

MERMAID BUNGALOW

Stayed for 11 days and had a blast! Walking distance to everything. Bars, restaurants, entertainment and of course the beach ! Loved the location

Great place to stay in Pensacola! We had a wonderful time and were within minutes from the beach!

Couldn't ask for a better place to stay on the beach. Wonderful, clean cottage within walking distance of the beach and several shops and restaurants! Also, loved the outdoor shower! We are looking forward to staying again next Summer.

Great Little Home at Pensacola Beach!

Great home in a great location. Easy walk to the beach and stores! Very quiet! Well stocked kitchen and supplies! We will definitely be back! Bed was comfortable! Internet worked fine! See you soon!

The property was conveniently located close to all the places you'd want to visit while in Pensacola

The home was clean and inviting! Plenty of room for all of us and I especially loved the very large outdoor patio! The kids loved the bunk beds and the Netflix. We will most definately be staying again!

Pensacola Mermaid Lounge

The house was perfect for us. A shaded outside area, walking path to the beach and walking distance to restaurants and boardwalk. Close enough to everything so you don’t have to drive but far enough down the beach for a quiet beach experience.

Comfy and convenient!

Comfortable, cozy and convenient to eating, drinking, shops and of course, the BEACH! If you actually want to spend time together this is the place for you, plus a nice large deck area for getting away if needed :). We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Great location

We loved how close we were to the beach, and the house was very clean. I would have liked some extra blankets, and it took us quite a while to find the laundry room (had to wash the house towels before we left). Other than that it was a great stay.

Exactly what we wanted

The rental was clean and we'll equipped. It was exactly as advertised and meet our needs. Location was good and lots to see and do close by. We also loved the outdoor shower :)

Beach Vacation 2023

The property was in a great location just blocks from the beach and an easy walk or drive to lots of dining options. The communication from the property manager was excellent. We knew exactly when/how to check in and what the expectations were before, during, and for checkout.

Convenience to everything

It was a short walk to the beach and convenient to all the restaurants. It was clean and stocked with the essentials that you would need. I did have a problem and was contacted immediately. Will definitely stay here again.

Pensacola Beach House

We had a great time at the beach with family. It was perfect for After the beach sand removal from two little boys. The kitchen worked very well for breakfast and supper daily. Beds were very comfortable. Small patio was nice during late evening and night for a look at the starry sky. Enjoyed so very much and hope to return again.

FUN IN THE SUN

WE HAVE RENTED THIS PROPERTY SEVERAL TIMES OVER THE PAST FEW YEARS. THE OWNER HAS ALWAYS BEEN VERY ACCOMODATING AND CONSIDERATE. THE LOCATION & HOUSE IS GREAT. WITHIN WALKING DISTANCE TO EVERYTHING ON THE BEACH. THE BEACH ITSELF IS VERY EASY AND FAST TO ACCESS. WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!

Great experience

This house is so cute and comfy, all the things you need, washer dryer, covered back porch, outdoor shower, all I would say is that I should have brought toilet paper and paper towels, while it is provided, it is not enough for the week. Coffee, creamer, laundry soap and dishwasher soap is all provided. I will be back, small little walk to the beach that was never very crowded. I had a wonderful well deserved time. Thanks Ella.

Totally enjoyed!

Had never visited the Pensacola Beach area and weren't completely sure what we would find. We totally enjoyed our stay at Ella's place, it was perfect for us! Everything was as expected and is in a central location, a easy walk to almost everything we needed, and our pups were very happy! The only negative is that we didn't book our stay for long enough... wish we would have stayed longer! Definitely on our "will return" list!

Wonderful Vacation

We were actually stunned with how adorable the rental is. The pictures do not do it justice. It was big and roomy and the outdoor shower and access to the laundry room was amazing. The owner had provided so many extras, beach items, toiletries, etc. The walk to the beach was super short and absolutely gorgeous. We have been to Florida many times, but this vacation was the absolute best. We will return.

Grateful!!

We are so grateful that Ella allowed us to rent her sweet cottage. We had just been displaced from our home because of hurricane Michael. We needed a place to regroup, shower and be a family. The cottage is so convinent to the beach, shopping and great restaurants!!! Great location, prime for a small group

Second time we've stayed in the house. It's just big enough for two small families or one larger one. Has space to host a group with the patio having several tables and overhead cover from the sun and rain. Very close to the boardwalk or beach (just a few minutes walk). Only downside was that the property owner did make a mistake on our days by double booking the last day and we had to arrive earlier than we wanted. That was the only thing keeping it from a 5* rating. House was very clean and all utilities work great.

great lil part of paridise

on first impression you will be a little taken back...but after opening the door and seeing how neat and clean the house is you will be pleasantly surprised. You can almost picture Jimmy Buffet strumming his guitar on the small side patio...if you're looking for the Ritz with 500 TV channels and 1000 count sheets this isn't your place. But if you want a nice break from the rat race, grab your sandals and shorts and book this small beach house. ( there are also a couple great Jack Higgins books to read as well).

Great clean, quiet place with outdoor shower and patio

The space is perfectly set up for a family with a kid, bunk bed room and adult room with a king bed. The kitchen has every type of appliance or cookware you could need. I think the best feature of the house is the outdoor shower and huge patio to wash off the beach sand and store the beach equipment. The proximity to the beach is an easy walk and very convenient too. My least favorite part was the small selection of TV channels when our family was unwinding during naptime, but the TV wasn't utilized much, so it wasn't a big issue. Also the AC vents rattled when the air was blowing, but the temperature was comfortable and I acknowledge all homes have different sounds to get used to. The house was quiet at night. I would definitely recommend it. The house was really clean when we arrived too!
