What more could you ask for with an updated, remodeled and roomy kitchen, new baths, new TV's and new carpet? It's all been done just for you! So don't wait any longer! The time is now!  The open plan living, dining, entry and kitchen are a vacationer's dream.  No one is ever left out of the family fun!  Even the cook can talk to anyone in the condo or watch their favorite show on the 65 inch TV in the living room.  There are 2 beachfront  bedrooms and the living room is also beachfront.  You can access the balcony from these two bedrooms or the living room.  The large balcony has panoramic views to the east and west.  And nightly sunsets are always guaranteed!

This condo speaks for itself!  This luxury, family friendly condo has 4 bedrooms (two Gulf Front), each with a private bath. For that person that enjoys a long hot shower or bath after a day at the beach, the master bath has been renovated with beautiful solid maple cabinets, quartz countertops, a new Kohler bubble massage tub with heater and a huge double shower with 2 showerheads. Not to mention that all the guests bath and showers have been updated, too. The large kitchen and laundry room have not been left out! They have been updated with maple cabinets, quartz countertops and new stainless appliances. You can cook up a feast while watching the 65" flat screen in the living room where there is plenty of seating! The large balcony is almost 400 square feet and offers 180 degree views of the beach.  Hands down, the views from this balcony are the best in Panama City Beach,

The views of the ocean were amazing!! Check-in process was so easy and smooth! We loved that there were luggage carts & grocery carts to bring things up. The kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of silverware, plates, pots/pans, etc but no pantry items so make sure to bring/buy anything you need! The space was also huge, we had 3 families and it was nice to each have our own rooms/bathrooms and then plenty of room in the shared spaces.

Was an awesome place to stay all the staff was wonderful! I do wish the jacuzzi in the master bath worked but other than that it was AWESOME! I posted some pictures of us on the beach and the balcony. Will definitely go back!

Family vacay

This was by far one of the best places I’ve ever stayed in PCB. Or anywhere else as far as that goes. Management is the best and made everything so easy. I will most definitely be renting from them again.

2 family spring break

Check in process was communicated thoroughly. The pictures represent the unit accurately with plenty of room for the 4 adults and 6 children. The beach is ideal and perfect for families with a wide age of children. The beach chairs are nice and located in a comfortable and quiet location on the beach, generally away from college spring breakers.

Great property. Spacious, immaculate, wonderful views. Everything you could think off to make your stay enjoyable was provided. Kitchen was stocked with everything you could imagine. Property was well maintained. Easy access and luggage carts and shopping carts to help bring up groceries. Best condo I’ve stayed in yet and I’ve been going to PCB for 10 years.

Extraordinary!!

Our week on the beach was phenomenal!! I’d give this condo 10 stars if I could!! SUPER CLEAN, well stocked kitchen, heavenly beds with super soft linen, able to house 8 people with room to spare ….this place has it all!! The entire process was flawless!! Thank you Jen and Donna!! We definitely will be back!!

Our yearly 4 couples getaway

Jen & Donna made sure everything was ready for our arrival. The Princess Condo was more than we anticipated. We had plenty of room for everyone. We loved the large balcony. We had 2 complimentary parking spaces, complimentary beach chairs, the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and it had all the dishes we needed for a large group. We already know where we will be staying next year on our trip, The Princess, if it is available.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were fortunate to have beautiful weather. Only rain was at night. Ocean was crystal clear all 10 days. Most all the mornings, the ocean was like a lake. This condominium is close to everything we needed. I did have to drive to downtown Panama City to Dan-D-Donuts (Because they are worth it)!! But for everything else, we did not have to drive far to get what we wanted. Grocery Stores, restaurants, miniature golf (Coupon in the welcome package was nice), and anything else was within 5-10 minute drive. As for the facilities, we really value the closeness of the beach to the condo. Not a long walk across the sand and the beach services are excellent. The unit we stayed in is well kept and when we have had problem in the past, it was handled promptly. We have been staying at the Princess for close to 10 years because it fulfills what we value in a vacation!

Great Family Vacay

We loved the condo! So spacious, well kept, and on the quiet end of the strip. We were pleasantly surprised by the amenities and the communication with the owners. We highly recommend and plan to come back!

Spectacular condo

Spectacular beachfront views. I've stayed in 1403 and 903 at Princess and I love the layout of them. The bedrooms are in the four corners, each with its own en suite bathroom. They're furnished with all queen and king beds, which is nice for adults. Nobody has to sleep in a bunk bed Looks recently remodeled. The warm color palette is terrific. The property managers are great. Can't recommend enough.
