1403 - Large 4/4 at the Princess!

Sliding glass doors lead from the living room and two master bedrooms right out to the large balcony where you will encounter some of the most amazing sunsets ever!  All these rooms are BEACHFRONT!  And the 388 square foot balcony has the absolute best view to be found anywhere in Panama City Beach!  Be sure to keep your eyes on the water as well for the "FREE" dolphin shows that are sure to entertain you.

The beachfront living area has plenty of room for the entire family and the dining room will seat everyone comfortably for those great family dinners or game nights. Updated within the past year with new paint, flat screen TV's and a new living room sofa and all new carpet in the bedrooms, this unit is sure to please. Don't forget the four bedrooms. Some will show off new comforters!  All the bedrooms have private baths.  The master bathroom has a luxury master bath with double his and her sinks, a tub, and a separate shower/toilet room.  The kitchen, entryway, laundry room and bathrooms are tiled, while the living room and bedrooms are carpeted.  The large kitchen is fully stocked and there is a wet bar in the kitchen with a separate ice machine and a bar sink.  You even have a separate laundry room with a laundry sink, full size washer and full-size dryer.  There is plenty of storage for everyone's toys.  

There is also plenty of beds for all your family and friends.  And if you need even more beds, you can, for a small fee, get two more twin beds for extra sleepovers.  All linens are included! This beachfront luxury condo has everything you need to make this the best Panama City Beach vacation ever! 

Just steps away from the beach, this condo includes 2 sets of FREE beach chairs and umbrellas from March 1 - October 31.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Our family of 10 enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and had plenty of room. Loved the layout. Easy access to the beach. Management was very helpful and easy to contact. The indoor heated pool was slightly cloudy and could use a little more tlc and the door locking process could use updating to keyless entry. Overall it was a great getaway. Would definitely rent property again.

Great place to stay

The condo itself was wonderful. Very well laid out. It is well kept and so clean when we arrived. VIP Resort Properties was very easy to deal with and went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay. The balcony was large and have comfortable seating. The beds were all comfortable and each bedroom having its own bathroom was a plus. The complex was also very nice and well kept. Despite being there over a holiday weekend, we never had a long wait for an elevator. I would definitely stay at this unit again and would highly recommend renting through VIP Resort Properties.

PERFECTION!!

There are 7, sometimes 8 of us ladies that take a beach trip each year to PCB. This condo was 100% perfect for our group. Great views, amazing space and getting to the sand/beach was a breeze. Even for one of our ladies that has breathing issues, she went to the beach 2 days in a row with little to no problems. We will definitely be back to this condo. Also, all the dishes, pots/pans etc. are top grade! Everything you need is here.

PCB family vacation

Property was good. Condo needs some TLC. Carpet in bedrooms were filthy. Sliding door to balcony wouldn't lock. Needs keyless entry. Two of the balcony chairs had capscrews pulled out and couldn't be used. Tiles were broken or loose outside the master suite #2. Condo had a good layout. Pool and hot tube were great.

Updated, spacious & clean

We had 5 couples, enough room, the extra bathrooms made a difference. Was just as advertised. The only issue we had was the refrigerator couldn't accommodate all the goodies from 5 families. The freezer would not keep ice cream from being soup and all foods were barely cold. The separate ice maker was a savor as the last day the frig wasn't making any ice. The vacation was great other than the frig. Very quick response from staff after we arrived ..one TV was not working but was addressed and fixed right away. Great place, would go back..

Fantastic condo with great amenities

Donna and Jennifer are amazing. They did such a good job with communication that all other VRBO trips fail in comparison. The condo was stunning, with amazing views. The place was very clean and well stocked, even the pots and pans were high quality. We will definitely be back! The only thing I would say the condo needs is updated TV's. Some of them are old 4:3 LCDs that are probably 15 years old.

Great vacationing location, space and views.

The Princess is a great place to meet with your family and friends while vacationing in Panama City Beach. It is centrally located and has good amenities. The 4 bd rm/bath was ideal for separate family members to stay in the same unit. We had a great experience with the VIP team and had no issues. Thanks to the VIP team.

Pristine beach with lovely water

Overall, this was a fantastic vacation. If you're looking for a place right on the beach, this is it. The sand is soft and white and the water is warm and full of all sorts of interesting marine life. This four bedroom, four bathroom condo was perfect for our group of ladies. There are tons of restaurants and shops nearby.

Husbands 50th birthday

We planned this trip for my husbands 50th birthday. Although the winds kept us from some of the fishing charters he had wanted to do, we were still able to enjoy the ocean views on the large balcony. The condo was fantastic with enough room for 4 couples. We had a minor issue come up while we were there (user error) and Jen and Donna responded very quickly. We are planning on coming back with our kids and extended family next summer!!

Wonderful Place to Stay!

I can't say enough good things about this property. Perfect location! Heated indoor and outdoor pools. Property was clean and well maintained. Loved that they had shopping carts on the 1st floor to get your groceries to your condo. The 4 bedrooms/4 bathrooms was plenty of space for 7 of us. Lots of dishes, utensils, glasses, etc.. if you want to cook there. Donna and Jennifer were easy to get in touch with and SO nice. We had an issue with the balcony lights being out and Donna responded within the hour and fixed the light that day. They view from the balcony is AMAZING! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Beautiful Condo

Beautiful condo that was just as described! Plenty of room for my crew of 7. Loved our large patio overlooking the beach & ocean & listening to the waves rolling in. The 2 outdoor pools were enjoyed also. We are planning on coming back soon! Jenn & Donna were so helpful & we appreciate them making the rental process so easy!

Plenty of Space

We had a great trip to PCB. The condo was plenty of space for our group of 7. The bedrooms are huge and attached bathrooms to each bedroom is such a plus. We had a great time and hopefully will be back.

Plenty enough beds for the ones of us that like an afternoon nap after a full day lounging in the warm sun! Or, you can just relax on the 388 square foot balcony, and check out the curvature of the beach to the West!

If you rent our condo, you will be the able to relax in your FREE BEACH CHAIRS under your own beach umbrella while watching the waves and people on the beach. If you like, you can just lay out by the beachfront pool or take a dip in the hot tub. If you feel the need to work off those extra calories, our fitness room is open from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily . The best thing about our condo is that it is a quiet piece of paradise just minutes away from anything that you want to do on you vacation. Panama City Beach has great restaurants and fun attractions for the family to do and see! NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING UNIT. YOU MUST BE 26 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER TO RENT THIS CONDO.
