This 1,500 sq. foot penthouse condo is located on the 5th floor with direct views of the ocean, step onto your 1,500 sq. ft. furnished terrace, sit down and watch the cruise ships sail by. This 2 BR, 2 full bath features granite counter tops throughout. The gourmet kitchen includes 'Profile' stainless steel appliances, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, oven, coffee maker, toaster & blender. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, glasses, bowls, cooking utensils, martini glasses, etc. Unit includes a washer/dryer, iron, DVD's, beach chairs, umbrellas & beach towels. Relax in the living room and sink into our Italian leather sofa. The master bedroom features a King latex mattress. The 2nd bedroom features a King bed that can also be converted to two twin beds. All rooms have ceiling fans & AC. We provide an assortment of board games. The sofa is over-sized but is not a pull out.

Great place to stay in Saint Maarten. Beach is down a stairwell and can be a little rough for younger children. Also not much room but usually wasn’t crowded.

We had a fantastic stay at the penthouse! The property is very nice. We stayed during off season, so it was almost like having a private pool and private beach. It had all of the amenities we needed: towels, games, beach chairs, coffee! We interacted with our hosts once during the trip and they were very kind and very helpful. The view is exactly what you see in the pictures.

Paradise in the Sky!

We are back in SXM! We stayed here last year in April and loved it again. Our flight got cancelled so we only had 2 nights here but the wonderful gracious host (great communication and super nice) and fabulous property made it all worth it. We are staying at Sonesta for 2nd half for friends wedding. We showed them the penthouse and they may want to rent it one day. We have stayed at many VRBO properties and this one is at the very top of our list. The view, the accomodations, the extras (wine, beer, beach chairs, snorkel, etc), and the private beach with caves make this penthouse unbelievable! Stay here on your next trip for sure!!

Wonderful view, terrific hosts, well maintained. Convenient to market and restaurants. 10 min from airport. The terraces are spectacular. Very guiet.

Absolutely spectacular!

We had a wonderful spring break and couldn’t have been happier staying at this condo! This was our first time on the island and we were a little nervous to stay outside of a resort, but Gail put our minds at ease and we were very comfortable. The beach was spectacular and practically secluded, the condo was extremely comfortable for us and our teens, and the outdoor spaces were the cherry on top! I would highly recommend!!

More than fabulous!

We’ve stayed at many Vrbos around the world and we were amazed by everything. This condo matched exactly as stated but even more breathtaking in person. The house was fully, I mean fully, stocked with so many things. Highly appointed!! We ate meals everyday on the huge patio. We took naps on the double lounger. The beds were comfortable as well. We watched the waves, ships and sunset every evening. This place was close (10 mins) to the airport but not in the flight path. We ate at the Copecoy marina, Mamas Pizza, Maho Beach restaurants and the Dasha Restaurant at Starz. All are less than a mile a way. The organic market at the corner had great food, including sandwiches, baguettes and wine. It’s been a perfect 6 days. Thx to our host Gail who gave us suggestions and ensured we got in the condo safely. We will come again.

An amazing property on Cupecoy Beach. Exceeded all of our expectations..and they were high to begin with.The location is perfect and the condo is awesome. 3 levels with spectacular views. All the amenities you could ask for and more.Having a washer and dryer was terrific.. nothing worse than going home with a pile of dirty clothes.Gail was a great host..very quick to answer any questions we had.We look forward to returning in the future

Great place for a weekend getaway.

Booked the property for a weekend getaway with my wife. We were absolutely blown away by the location, amenities and views. Loved the easy beach access, and Gail was a phenomenal host with clear and easy check in instructions. Would 100% stay here again.

Wonderful property, Spectacular views

This was our second time staying at this property and it was just as wonderful as the first time. The condo is comfortable and set up nicely. The two outside patio/decks are great for morning coffee, cocktails and watching sunsets. Location is perfect.

Amazing penthouse condo, and the host went over and above to ensure we had everything we needed for our vacation! The 2 rooftop terraces were perfect for outside dining, relaxing and watching the spectacular sunsets! Access to the pool and private beach were only steps away!Sharon, at the security gate was very friendly and always greeted us by name!

This condo was just as advertised. Beautiful views, very clean and well stocked. Conveniently located to beach and many choices for dinner. Pools were great and the beach was fun. We would definitely go back. We have been to St. maarten 5 times and stayed at the rainbow club twice. People are very friendly and the girls at the front gate were wonderful. Suggest putting a guest book in the condo. It's nice to see where other like to go. Overall an awesome experience.

Another. Amazing stay at thw Spectacular. Penthouse

Once again we had an absolutely incredible stay. We always feel like we are coming home when we stay here. The condo and grounds are always well maintained, clean, and everyone is so friendly. We have made lifelong friends that we consider family. The host ensures essential amenities are always available. They continue to make upgrades and improvements to ensure a worry free relaxing stay. Questions and issues are handled quickly and effectively. Being able to eat meals on the patio, grilling on the upper terrace and watching the beautiful sunsets with unobstructed views from either terrace round out our highlights .This was 3rd stay in this condo, and we will continue to stay yearly as there is no better place on. The island.

Absolutely Beautiful Condo with Stunning Views

This was the best condo we have ever stayed in. It is simply amazing! The outside views from every angle were breathtaking. The condo was very clean & spacious. It was equipped with everything you need in a home, including lots of spices & condiments in the frig, as well as a welcome bottle of champagne. The outside of the unit was even more amazing. The amount of space you have is incredible. With a hot tub, comfortable lounge chairs, an outside dining table & a double lounger, which was very comfortable. The outside upstairs had a very large bar with a grill, which we used once & wished we would have used it more. There is also a huge sitting area. We woke up every morning enjoying the water view from the bed in the bedroom. The master bathroom was large with the shower & toilet in a separate room. There was lots of closet space & dresser space for our clothing. There were plenty of towels & sheets for our use as well. There is a second bedroom with plenty of room & closet space with a separate bathroom which was also accessible from the hallway. There is also a really nice stacked front-loader washing machine & dryer in a closet in the hall which was very convenient. The kitchen was open to the living room which was very large and had views of the water at every turn. The owner Gail was easy to communicate with & was very accommodating. The location is great, the place is absolutely amazing. The owners take excellent care of their property. We will definitely return.

Penthouse in Paradise - Cupecoy

My wife and I had our best Caribbean vacation at the Paradise Penthouse in Cupecoy! We stayed 5nights (April 19-24th) during later part of carnival. It is totally worth every penny and I would pay more if need be to get this place again! The penthouse added so much to an already great vacation location (took it to 150%). From the view, private beach (one of beast beaches on the island) to the furnishings, fully stocked kitchen, bottles of rose and beer in the fridge…it was perfect. We explored the whole island and coming back home was the perfect start and end to our day. The owners clearly use the space when not rented because they provided everything one could imagine needing on a vacation. Unit is very clean. Here are some key takeaways: Wonderful private beach with caves in the cliff and clear blue/green water. You can snorkel right there and I saw around 100 fish each day around 20 feet offshore All necessary beach equipment. Market is 50yds from front door. Gourmet fridge with great icemaker and bucket of ice ready to fill a cooler for your car and the beach. All condiments and spices you may need if you want to cook (we did not cook a single thing but warmed up leftovers in oven and microwave). Modern, beach vide to the décor. Very classy and comfortable. Modern kitchen, granite countertops and modern appliances.Great air conditioning, showers, quality body wash, shampoo and conditioner Quality bath towels and plenty of beach towels

I cannot tell you how much we loved this property! It is amazing. It is even better than the photos and they are pretty awesome. The location, view, amenities were all top notch. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance along with a great kitchen and grill to make your own meals. Gail was great and very responsive to my questions. Would love to come back here again.

Exceeded our expectations!

Posh and positioned just steps from a private, secluded beach, We absolutely loved our stay here! We enjoyed the amenities and pool as well. The 'villa' was beyond words - the views from either of the expansive patios was simply beautiful! Especially comforting was the constant safety, security and friendliness of the staff. We have stayed at some nice VRBO's over the years but have to say that this was one of the nicest! If you enjoy sunsets and privacy, you will love your stay at the Rainbow Beach Club!

Absolutely wonderful!

Can't say enough great things about this place. We loved everything about it. The outdoor space was perfect for watching the beautiful sunsets and views of the water. We loved being about to grill a couple of meals on the rooftop deck. Good communication with the owners. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Best Beach On The Island

The beach has cliffs, rocks, great sand, colorful water and sunsets. It feels like it is a private beach. If the waves get too high just move around the rock to the left and you will find more beach. To us, this is better than being packed into a beach club. The property is more amazing in person than in the photos. Cupecoy is also the nicest area on the island. Other areas on the island are still recovering from the storm. Loved the dining options at nearby Porto Cupecoy. We went to many of the popular places on the island but always looked forward to coming back to the beauty of our accommodations. We had a great vacation.

Beautiful condo

We rented this condo for a week and wish we could have rented it our entire stay. What a beautiful condo. So well appointed. Quality appliances, abundant linens, plenty of beach towels and a beautiful outdoor space. We spent a lot of time on the patio watching the ocean and all of the activities. This unit had two patios to allow you to do this. The beds were very comfortable. Loved having a king size bed. Plenty of storage for your clothing between closet and dresser. Check in was very easy and the electronic lock is so nice. Not having to worry about where the key is helps tremendously. The outdoor kitchen was an added bonus which we took advantage of. The unit was very clean and welcoming when we arrived. We hope to return again in the future. This unit was top notch. The host is very responsive to messages and seems to really care about the people renting their unit. I cannot say enough nice things about this property!!

We chose this property because of it's location and the relaxed feeling it has and nothing beats being ocean front! Throw in a huge furnished terrace with great views...you can't beat it! Cupecoy & Mullet Bay beaches are just steps away. I don't like walking through a lobby in order to enter your condo. It feels more like a home to me...like a small community, yet still private.
