Great for Families!! ONLY A FEW feet from the beach! Our ground floor 2-bdrm 2 bath fully equipped kitchen, step out of your door directly onto the beach, pool, swim up bar and restaurant.
Walking distance to outstanding restaurants. Enjoy water sports, On-site gym, restaurant, free internet, in room laundry facility, and safe 24 hour security with FREE parking.
*Guests are charged $26.20 per day resort fee at The Hilton Royal Palm (pool,beach, gym usage, pool towel changes,and tax are all included resort fee)

I had a fantastic experience hosting these guests. From the beginning, communication was effortless, and they were respectful and considerate throughout their stay. They left the condo very clean, which I greatly appreciated. I’d gladly host them again in the future—highly recommended!

The room was perfect. Bottom floor with a great view from the patio. The BBQ, beach, snorkeling and pool were steps away from our patio.

Everything was absolutely wonderful if there was one thing we would have liked was 4 chairs on patio! We enjoy having our coffee in morning and drinks at night!!! Would love to come for two weeks next year!!

Great location. Clean condo. The only reason I didn’t give five stars because the beds were as hard as concrete - some people like that though. Great communication with owner. Would recommend 100%. Would definitely stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this well-appointed condo at the quieter end of the resort. Being on the first floor was very convenient to the beach and pool, and we appreciated not having to use an elevator. Also liked having a washer and dryer in the unit. There were always plenty of lounge chairs/umbrellas available around the pool and at the beach, no matter what time of day we used them. There are lots of restaurants of all kinds within walking distance, including the resort's restaurant and bar with reasonably priced food and drinks. We didn't rent a car, but local buses were easy to flag down or we took taxis to get around the island. There is also a small grocery store/deli on the property which was well-stocked. We would definitely return to this property if we come back to the island!

Heather's place was all that we hoped for and more! The location was perfect! Right across the street from the Yacht Club, where my husband loves going every morning for his coffee and breakfast. We loved being right there on Welfare Road for easy walking to all the restaurants and easy access to pick up a bus. (or taxi from the resort). We also loved being able to walk down to The Greenhouse for HH and the beautiful sunsets and the fun of Kim Shaw Bay. The resort was well maintained with friendly people. I loved the ground floor location of this unit, right there on the beach. We're usually not ones to cook-in while on vacation, but next time I would definitely take advantage of the grills right in front of the unit! We have been coming to SXM for many years and have stayed at many different places. I must say, this property moved up to #1! Thank you Heather for hosting us and the quick communication!
