This was the perfect place to stay in Florence! Right on the Arno River in the middle of all the action but quiet & comfortable. We loved watching the gondolas traveling up & down the river & the live entertainment every night on the bridge from our windows. Very centrally located with a great grocery market right across the street, restaurants just feet away and gelato & coffee on every corner. Benedetta was the most gracious host whom we will miss until our return as we will be back…

We were greeted by the hosts mother-in-law who is the most delightful lady and could not have been more welcoming or helpful. The apartment is perfectly located with views over the river and Ponte Vecchio, which is two minutes walk away. The apartment was comfortable, had everything you could need for a city break. Very cleverly designed kitchen hidden behind sliding doors, relaxing living room, spacious bedroom and lovely bathroom. Although each room had large picture windows opening onto wonderful views over Florence, once they were closed, you could hear nothing of the nightlife. Thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Perfect place to stay in Florence! We loved the location, near the Ponte Vecchio and the views from the window over the river. At night we could leave the windows open and listen to the music from performers on the bridge. The apartment was clean, comfortable and even better than the pictures. Our hostess was delightful and spending time with her made our trip even better. Would absolutely stay here again on our next trip!

Property is outstanding in quality and location! Mini makes the stay far more interesting and enjoy!

The perfect place to stay when you don’t have a car. Taxi stand and wine shop are just a few minutes away. Easy walk into town. It is without hesitation that we recommend this wonderful place.

Our stay here was perfect in every way from the lovely reception we received to the location of the apartment. It is very well equipped, beautifully located on the river with totally unobstructed views of the Arno and the Ponte Vecchio. We had a fabulous stay here and give Bernadetta and her family TEN STARS!!! And our gratitude for making our time in Firenze so wonderful.

Just what we needed!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Would definitely recommend for a couple or small family who want to be close to the action in Firenze. We were also so pleased with how quiet it could be when the windows were closed!

Beautiful location - excellent place to stay

Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay - beside the Arno with an incredible view of the Ponte Vecchio. Perfect for a couple or for 2 people with a pull out sofa.Very clean and very well maintained - Centrally located - and the 'management' was incredibly helpful and friendly. Would stay again in a second!

Perfect location

This property couldn't be more perfect for a stay in Florence. The view of the Ponte Vecchio, the furnishings, and the special touches like water, milk, orange juice, and coffee made our stay very comfortable. Location is no more than 10-20 minutes from all the sights. I would highly recommend this to anyone coming to Florence, especially for the first time.
