Finely rebuilt in 2014, the apartment is on an elevator accessible third floor of an antique building which is located a few steps away from the Duomo and Michelangelo s David at Accademia Gallery.
The house is equipped with air condition and free internet.
The master bedroom with a queen size bed, has an en suite full bathroom with a huge shower; the bright and wide living room has two single sofa beds (100 cm wide) and a guest toilet.
The elegant dining room is near to the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, drip coffee maker, kettle, toaster, multi-food processor ).The sunny veranda is perfect for having breakfast with a stunning view of the Duomo.

Beautiful apartment and excellent location

Valentina was an incredible host and met us at the apartment. She helped us with a personal issue and checked several times to ensure everything was going well.The apartment is spacious and very clean. The location is excellent. Highly recommend.

Spacious, Clean, Great Host and Location

Valentina was an excellent host and the apartment was spacious, clean, and centrally located to everything for our 7 night stay. The Duomo was 2 blocks away, grocery stores less than a block, and plenty of restaurants near by. If you rent a car, there is parking (paid for 35-40EU a night) right outside the building entrance door, which made it easy for us to come and go (730am-12am it is open) for our side ventures outside of Florence. Valentia is an excellent host and responded quickly by phone/text to any questions we had. The washing machine came in handy and there is a clothes rack to dry on the patio quickly, as the sun hits that side of the building from the am to mid day. Plenty of basics (salt, pepper, sugar, olive oil, supplied coffee/expresso pods) coffee and expresso coffee maker. If you are looking for a place in the heart of Florence that is spacious, clean, accommodating, and in a very safe location, look no further!

Perfect location!

Such a nice apartment with everything we needed for our stay. We started our trip here and then went out to countryside and stayed again at this place to end our trip. It is a great spot close to everything and parking garage made it easy to park our rental. Valentina was super helpful and made the place so nice for us! Highly recommend! We will stay here again if we return.

Great Place

Our accommodation was spacious and comfortable. The host was very hospitable and help us with planning our activities. The apartment was clean and well organized. We would be glad to stay here again when we come back to Florence

Large apartment in the heart of Florence

The Luxury Stunning Duomo view apartment was amazing. Located on a street with 2 small grocery stores and a short walk to Mercato Central. On the same street there is a Gelato shop / Bistro, leather shops and a perfume shop. The apartment is large and was stocked with everything we needed and more, including 2 mini-split air conditioners and an elevator. The bed was very comfy and the apartment was super clean. Valentina was very helpful in explaining everything about the apartment and was quick to answer any questions that we had. If we return to Florence this where we hope to stay.

Will forever hold a special place in our hearts!

If you’re looking for awesome, comfortable, centrally located accommodations, at a fair price - with a VIEW of the duomo from your private deck, and a historic homey feel - yet with all the modern amenities travelers (especially American travelers) desire… look no further! This is your place. On top of everything else, Valentina is the sweetest and kindest host! She’s very warm, smart, & experienced - honestly I now consider her a friend - and I’ll never stay anywhere else in Florence again. The apartment has been in her family for many years, and you can tell - it’s the best of both worlds. Examples: AC that actually works, small but typical and functional elevator, comfy couch with TV/netflix/prime/etc; the apartment is massive by any city standards & although we didn’t end up entertaining friends - you could easily do so in this space. Large table with large functional kitchen and all modern appliances - even a 2nd toilet/sink for guests to use. LOCATION: So many shops & restaurants literally at your doorstep. Plus we were able to visit all the “main” attractions yet be close enough to the apartment to allow me to come home and take breaks for my injured ankle. Laundry machine and tons of closet/storage space - total bonus! My injured ankle messed up my boyfriend’s (now fiancé’s) proposal to me, so he ended up pivoting and proposing right in the apartment! This apartment and Valentina will forever hold a special place in our hearts. THANK YOU AND WE HOPE TO SEE YOU SOON!

Amazing Stay

Amazing location a 2 minute walk from the Duomo. Quiet, clean, safe and secure property. So much space! Valentina had excellent communication and recommendations for the area. 5 star host. We would absolutely stay here again.

The apartment was well equipped, clean and we were thrilled there was an elevator since we packed too many things for our trip! Valentina was very helpful and even called for a Taxi for us on our last day.

Two Beautiful Weeks in Florence

excellent location and very spacious apartment-2 air conditioning units which was wonderful. Good TV access with netflix/paramount etc. within blocks of the DUOMO and easy access to everything. Valentina was wonderful, met us when we arrived, gave us phone # to reach, made many recommendations....recommend highly-would return here when coming back to visit Florence.

Don't hesitate-perfect treasure of a property and owner!

Beyond incredible! Location was a dream, the property far exceeded our expectations & Valentina was absolutely the best ever! She was truly kind, considerate and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. The property was equipped with everything we needed and more! Her lovely bottle of Prosecco & snack was so thoughtful. The kitchen was fully stocked and the space was a wonderful place to recharge. So convenient and yet so quiet. Magnificent apartment

My husband and I spent four weeks in this beautiful apartment, we enjoyed being close to all museums and the main squares. Conad supermarket, where we bought the majority of our food and wine, was two blocks from the apartment. Valentina was always kind and available and to top it all a weekly cleaning was included! I will recommend this apartment to all my friends!

If this place is available, BOOK IT!

We can’t say enough amazing things about this place. Much larger than what we expected, clean, comfortable bed, and in a place that appeared to be within 800m of anything. Valentina was an amazing host, would highly recommend.

It was an amazing place walking distance to the Duomo. It had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Valentina met us at the apartment and was very patient with all our questions. Would definitely stay here if we ever came back to Florence.

In the center of Florence

We were met by the host , who even helped us carry our luggage. She was able to let us in early , since the maid just let. She explained everything to us so that we knew how to operate appliances, restaurants recommendations, offered to schedule taxis and anything else that we needed. The apartment was extremely clean, large bedroom with bathroom that had a large shower, and plenty of hangers and spaces to unpack. Kitchen was stocked with all the necessities for cooking. Lots of dishes, dish washer with soap , washer/clothesline and soap to start you with. We were within 15-minute walk to most everything we wanted to see. We stayed 2 weeks, so she had the maid come and clean after the first week, which was so nice of her. There were books, music, tv with netflix and paramount + and umbrellas. The pictures that were shown were accurate. The elevator was fast and efficient. The AC was great! We hope to go back for it was a beautiful , relaxing apartment with a wonderful host.

great location to enjoy all of Florence on foot.

We were surprised by the vast rooms and facilities. While there is a full size kitchen, it doesn't have much in the way of basic condiments ( oil, vinegar for salads, flour, seasonings etc.) so we did not try to cook any meals other than a simple breakfast. It was also handy to have Fredo across the street @ # 21. They have cheap coffee and croissants as well as a decent lunch and dinner menu.

Wonderful!

I can’t say enough good things about this lovely apartment in the best possible location. It was spacious and comfortable as well as elegant but warm. It felt like home for our two week stay. We had everything we needed to be rested after each day’s explorations. But the best part was our host, Valentina. She was so kind and considerate, explaining everything to us and giving us wonderful restaurant recommendations that we did try and enjoyed immensely. She went to extraordinary measures to help us make our train when leaving. My husband and I will remember her fondly as a part of our wonderful visit to Florence. If our travels bring us to Florence again we will hope to stay there again.
