Amazing Mountain Getaway

Cute lil condo with the gorgeous views!!! Has everything you need!! Dillon is a very cute mountain town, walked everywhere and right on the free bus line!

Great Winter Get Away

It was a great little one bedroom condo. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Upon arrival all was clean and tidy. Host was very friendly and was quick to respond when needed. We had a great stay and would recommend this rental to others with out hesitation.

Cozy place

Clean, cozy apartment with well equipped kitchen. View is breathtaking. Comfortable bed, clean place. Host was absolutely lovely, quick communication made everything much easier. Would definitely go back

Great spot

This was a great spot for us, beautiful view and the complex was nice and quiet. Well stocked kitchen you could cook anything in it. Great spot we would stay again

Great place!

Sweet little place, great view of lake and hills. Everything was really clean and we had what we needed to have a great trip. How was very kind and responsive! All in all highly recommend!

Location! Location! Location!

In addition to the fabulous views of Dillon Reservoir from the patio and living room, this condo is walking distance to everything - downtown restaurants and bars, the Dillon Amphitheater, and the amazing biking/walking path around the res. We were here for the Dillon Brew Fest and had a great time.

Cozy with great views

Perfect for a single person or a couple. Great location, amazing views. Other reviews and comments were accurate. The outside light doesn’t work and it was after dark when I got there making the door hard to open. I made the property manager aware and left the inside light on so I could see when I got in late. The bed was comfy

Nice little vay-cay spot

We did enjoy the location, close to Breckenridge, Keystone, and a few other spots. Nice view of Lake Dillon too. The only reason for not giving it top stars was the furnace was very loud turning on. And unless it was operator error, the couch did not pull out to a usable bed for an adult.

Hidden gem!

Shannon’s condo was the perfect home base for a weekend in the mountains. The views of the lake cannot be beat, and it’s a really short drive to both Keystone and Breckenridge. Shannon was so easy to communicate with, and her place is well-stocked. We look forward to staying there again during ski season!

Amazing stay in the heart of the mountains

The host made everything easy, from check-in to cooking in the decked out kitchen. It was clean and comfortable, especially the bed. The view of Lake Dillon can’t be beat, and it’s an easy walk to the amphitheater, marina, park, and several restaurants.

Cute Dillon flat

Perfect place to stay for a few nights when we were in Dillon for a concert at the Amphitheater. Walking distance to the venue so we didn't have to deal with parking. We were surprised by the construction going on. New siding being installed and ladders were everywhere. Would have liked to know to expect that. Othwrwise we would stay again next time we come to hear music.

Great one bedroom

Place was clean, kitchen was very well stocked, location was perfect, and host was very responsive. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend for 1-2 people.

Wonderful stay - would rebook!

This was a wonderful condo! Finding it in the dark was difficult, the exterior light did not work so I was trying to find the unit by shining my phone flashlight around which seems a bit creepy. My only other complaint is that not all the burners on the stove worked so cooking took a while. Other than those two things, the condo was amazing. It was clean, had a beautiful view, all the cooking utensils needed and a comfortable bed. Thanks so much for providing such a great place for guests. If we're in Dillon again we'd come back!

Condo with a View!

We have stayed at Summit Yacht Club several times over the years and this unit has been newly renovated and is very bright and comfortable. The view from the large sliding door over the lake to the mountains is wonderful. Shannon was so helpful getting our car registered for parking - we aren't very tech savvy. We loved the double shower, the bright lighting, the new kitchen cabinets and backsplash and the comfortable bar stools with backs. There was plenty of room for us to work a jigsaw puzzle, play games and eat our meals. The bed was comfortable, with large storage drawers underneath. There was also a lot of storage in the bathroom vanity. The deep sink and spray faucet made cleaning up after meals very easy. We had a marvelous stay for our week of skiing at Copper Mountain and hope to come again.

Great location and property

Really enjoyed the stay. Conveniently located, clean, good amenities and a great view from the patio. Was very quiet and comfortable, kitchen was great. Much better than other places I have stayed at a similar price. Will stay again if it is available on my next trip. Thanks!

Mold in the home end my stay early

I'll stick with the facts: - within hours of arriving in the condo, I started to feel bad. I thought I was irritated by the smell of smoke which hit me when I walked in because there is a wood stove near the door. - after living in a home with mold previously, I soon realized that this was the source of all the physical symptoms I was experiencing over the first 5 days. - on the 5th day, I found a couple sources of mold and called VRBO immediately as well as submitted photos and then left to stay in a hotel. - I notified the homeowner and shared the mold photos. She at first did not acknowledge any of my concerns nor was she concerned for my health only informing me that I should cancel my reservation - Owner then informed me that she had a water retention specialist take a look at the home and said there was no visual signs of mold. - So naturally I asked for the specialist's name, company they worked for and proof of testing. - Homeowner never responded after this and has refused to provide a refund so I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. I had not planned to leave negative feedback and let this all go and continue on with my dispute but the homeowner for some reason left feedback for me and I felt compeled to respond.

This place is the perfect stay for all the things Summit County has to offer!

My husband and I had an amazing stay at Shannon's condo in Dillon. Shannon was very easy to communicate with and responded to my questions in a timely manner. The directions to get in the condo were very clear and everything inside the condo was spotless. Once we settled in and had a chance to relax we were blown away by the view. Pictures do not do this view justice! It was so relaxing to sit on the deck chairs and soak in the mountains. We were there for a ski trip and we loved the location. It was less than 10 minutes away from Keystone and Breckenridge, Copper, and Vail were also a short drive away. The kitchen was well equipped and it was convenient and easy to cook at home during our stay. On the nights that we went out we were able to walk to several restaurants with 5 minutes. Thanks to Shannon's recommendations we had a lovely dinner at Arapahoe Café. I highly recommend the brisket mac and cheese. Overall, our stay was extraordinary and we appreciated the warm welcome and relaxing environment at Shannon's condo. We will definitely book her condo again.

Incredible views

Clean, quiet and comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed with a dishwasher, and cook wear. If you want to go out, it is walkable to Lake Dillon, the amphitheater, and all the cute shops- pug Ryan’s and Arapaho cafe. Super comfortable bed with extra blankets and pillows. Cozy fireplace for winter nights. I highly recommend this stay and look forward to visiting again!

great views

the place was clean and convenient to everything we needed. The view of the lake during the sunrise was perfect. We did have a little trouble with the TV and remote control for the cable box.
