Gatlinburg vacation

The cabin smelled like cigarette smoke. There were many wasp in the cabin. The dish washer didn’t work. We did like the location. The hot tub was nice.

Ok stay

This was our second time staying in this cabin. It was fine but the carpet felt wet and there were several bugs. The back porch was not clean and swept and the grill was dirty. We asked for a check out one hour later and were told it would be 75.00 more after spending almost 1000.00. Never had any place take that stance. So probably won’t do it again

Studio Cabin

Cabin needs updating for money charged. Did not like road to cabin. Blind one lane road. Good thing we did not encounter oncomming traffic.

Great location

Great location, has great view, the bed and couch were comfortable. The only things that need attention is the hot tub and dishwasher. My husband and I never used it but hot tub had water sitting in it and the jets in the hot tub would turn on by itself. I turned on the dishwasher but the dishwasher soap wouldn’t clean the dishes. Over all the cabin was great

Cuddle In

Overall a great stay! Didn’t have a stove but that was okay because we didn’t need it. Loved the jacuzzi. Location to downtown was ideal. Thank you!

Cuddle Inn

Overall, nice stay for the price. Pros - location, ease of access, check in process, and price. Cons - WiFi is terrible, need some shades around the hot tub, ironing board but no iron, no hair dryer, no keurig. Needs a good spring cleaning

Cozy and clean.

It was a relaxing two days needed. The only thing we would "ask" is blinds for the outside hot tub. We didn't use bc of privacy.

Nice, cozy cabin

We like staying in the Red Bud Lane, Laurel Drive area. It's walkable for humans and pets. The cabin was nice for our stay. Our 2 small dogs liked being able to sit on the small porch to watch for squirrels, etc. The little road loop is a nice place to walk dogs and walking down the hill to town is doable. Many people probably enjoy the indoor jacuzzi but it would be nice to have that space for a small table and 2 chairs. I know that would be a huge expense for the property owners - just a thought for any future upgrades. The shower must have been newly upgraded and was very nice. Only other thought was that the Roku streaming service didn't seem to have regular broadcast tv channels. It may have been that we're just not familiar enough with the service. Maybe leave some info for the use of Roku. We didn't call for help so that's on us. We were enjoying the beautiful week in the Smokies, colors and weather were outstanding so the TV was not the first thing on our minds.

Great location, very close to town! The staff were very responsive to our questions. The carpet could use updating but I would definitely stay again!

Not recommended

I would not recommend this cabin. There was dog hair all over the bed sheets and pillows that looked like none of it had been washed. The carpet also smelled like dog urine and after I had called the owner they acted fine about and seem to not really care. They told us that the maid would not come back out til the next day to give us clean blankets and pillows and suggested that we just take everything off the bed and sleep on the mattress. All we got was sorry for all the problems that occurred. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge Vacation

Perfect space for a couple. Wish there was more glasses such as wine glasses, water glasses. I never could get dishwasher to work. It would heat but no water.

Perfect for two

It was a cute little cabin that had everything we need, very close to Gaitlinburg and easy drive to Pigeon Forge. It does have an electric grill, so if you plan on grilling no need to bring charcoal.

Hidden fees and unclean

I somehow missed that there would be a separate fee for VRBO. If I had known ahead of time I wouldn't have booked it. Also the cabin was not very clean at all. Huge cobwebs on the ceiling. And bathroom wall needed cleaned and painted.

Perfect little weekend getaway

We were really impressed with this cabin for a weekend getaway. Loved the location right off the main strip in Gatlinburg (didn't even have to go all the way through the traffic, nearly the first right once in town). We enjoyed the hot tub and the jacuzzi tub. It was clean and plenty of towels. Agree that the tv does need to be a little bigger but we didn't go to Gatlinburg to watch tv anyways. It was close to others but it didn't affect us one bit. Communication was great and it was even ready a few hours early.

Dissatisfied

I felt the rental company wasn't honest with us. They quoted us one price. When the quote came through, it was $114.00 higher. That was the VRBO, fee which I personally think is too high. I also think the owner of the cabin should leave instructions on how to use the ROKU tv. Had we not been somewhat tech savvy, we might not have figured out how the 3 remotes worked. It would also have been nice to have information on restaurants. We normally stay in Pigeon Forge and are not that familiar with Gatlinburg. The cabin itself is very nice. We really enjoyed the inside hot tub. It could have been a little cleaner. I found a dead ant in the refrigerator. Of course, that's not the owner's fault. That's the house cleaner company's responsibility. Basically, we weren't happy with the company Aunt Bugs. Our dissatisfaction has nothing to do with the person that owns the cabin.
