*Initial supplies, including paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher liquid and laundry soap for each stay.

This 5800 square foot, 3 story home is beautifully decorated and offers incredible views of the Park City Valley. Located in the Oaks of Deer Valley, this home provides quiet solitude just north of the Deer Valley ski resort. It offers easy access to the world class ski resorts of Deer Valley and Park City. This home is ready to entertain or to relax in. Home is equipped with a gourmet kitchen, dining room, family room, entertainment room with pool table. It has 7 bedrooms (2 with fireplaces)that each have their own bathroom. The master bath (which is on main floor) has a steam shower and jetted tub. Upstairs is an additional master bedroom with King bed. Upstairs has Two additional queen bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Three bedrooms are located on the bottom floor next to the entertainment room with pool table. One has a King-size Bed with bath, one bedroom with bunk bed (no bath), one bedroom has 2 singles with bathroom. There is also a hot tub and barbecue off of a private deck on the main floor. Cable package includes HBO, STARZ, Showtime, Cinemax, Sports Entertainment Pkg, entertainment room offers a pool table, mini kitchen, 40' flat screen hdtv The DSL wireless internet / printer can keep you tied into any outside business that demands your immediate attention.

This is a NON SMOKING home. The house is 5 minutes driving distance to Deer Valley and Park City. In 50 minutes you can get to Brighton, Solitude, Alta, Snowbird, and Snow Basin. In the winter, the driveway will be plowed in the mornings when there is significant snowfall. A CAR IS RECOMMENDED AS WE ARE NOT ON THE BUS ROUTE . Please note this home does not have air conditioning.

Beautiful place!

Beautiful home, perfect size for a large group! Double ovens, double dishwashers...very well thought out accommodations. It had everything we needed, and then some. Great location, too.

Recent deer valley stay

We recently had our annual family ski trip to deer valley and loved it. 3 generations of skiers. Check in process was amazing. Owner/manager very responsive to our questions. Kitchen more than adequately stocked. Hot tub clean. Floors being heated a first for our group, which was glamorous. Would go back again for sure.

Deer Valley annual trip

Our stay was very enjoyable. We made good use of the kitchen, the fireplace, the spacious garage and the hot tub. Our group of 11 people were comfortable in the house. The living room could use some better seating and placing a street number sign in an easily visible spot on the street would. make it easier to find.

Park City Family Reunion

This property worked really well for our family reunion. It was clean and spacious with great views in the back. We had a few maintenance issues that were addressed within a couple of hours of contacting the property manager. I would definitely recommend this property.

Gorgeous property for a large group

Very comfortable for 11 adults. We especially appreciate the six en-suite bedrooms. The hot tub was also enjoyed extensively after a hard day of skiing

Amazing property

This property was just as expected by its listing. All rooms were spacious and inviting. Property was clean and kitchen had everything you needed for a big group. All of us agreed that we would stay there again if we make it back to Park City.

Great property for a family vacation.

This home is well maintained and has all the accoutrements to ensure a seamless stay: a very well equipped kitchen, mostly ensuite bathrooms in addition to the 2 half bathrooms on the main level, an indoor garage, multiple TV's, and a hot tub. The 7 bedrooms are spread over three floors to allow for separation of family groups, if needed. We would definitely re-visit this property if we return to the Deer Valley/Park City area.

Warm and welcoming house

The house is in excellent condition. The property manager was quick to fix a few little issues we had. There are so many nice amenities to this property that make it perfect for families of all ages. The trail by the house was a hit with the children.

Great family ski vacation!

My extended family and I enjoyed a wonderful week of skiing thanks to this fantastic property!! With ample bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone to rest and wash up after an amazing day on the slope, we all felt relaxed and rejuvenated for the next day. The hot tub was a grateful soak for sore muscles, and the great room fireplace provided the warm atmosphere we all loved when enjoying our dinners. Having the game room downstairs was a bonus for the younger adults to play games while us more mature adults enjoyed quiet conversations. Thank you for providing your wonderful home for us - it was perfect!

Yearly family trip

We stayed at this amazing home for 10 days over the 4th of July. We have done this trip for years and this property was by far the best we have stayed in. The owner was very communicative and friendly. The home itself was in what I consider one of the best neighborhoods in park city. Lots of wildlife; mama and baby moose, wild turkey and deer. Great places to ride electric bikes….can walk down to deer valley cafe for lunch or paddle boarding. Home was very spacious and loved how the multiple level living offered privacy to all guests. Kitchen was very well appointed with many kitchen gadgets most rentals do not have. We would definitely stay in this magnificent home again.

This was a perfect place for our family thanksgiving celebration

This was a beautiful large home perfect for our family of 8 adults and 6 little children and totally met our expectations and needs. It had plenty of space and the many bathrooms and bedrooms were great. It is very nicely appointed with a well done mountain feel. We had Thanksgiving dinner there and it had all of the necessary pots and pans to do a feast as well as an abundance of plates and silverware. I would definitely recommend this unit for a ski, summer or special occasion vacation. Thank you very much.

Family Christmas

Spending vacation time with our 3 children and spouses is a long time tradition for us. We’ve not done a winter vacation before but this house and the location were perfect. We were able to get to the slopes within 10-15 minutes, shopping and galleries within the same amount of time. The house was very clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to enjoy family meals. The bedroom layout and all the bathrooms were great for our 3 adult children, 3 grandchildren and my brother who also joined. We loved the lower level family room and spent time with the fireplace going doing silly puzzles together and playing games. Thanks so much for giving us a wonderful family memory and a beautiful place to relax and be together.

Fantastic house in a great location

High school ski club reunion brought people from all over the country. The house was everything we had hoped for and more. Everyone in the group was pleased with the size, quality, and house location—plenty of space to hang out after a long day of skiing, a big kitchen to cook good meals, and private bedrooms to relax in. The location, while not on a bus route, was close to Deer Valley and Park City lifts. With Park City's parking reservation system, we had no problem parking. It easily handled our group of 11 and could fit several more. Playing pool in the basement was fun. Overall, excellent house!

Great Home for Gathering

This beautiful, spacious home is a great place for multiple families to gather. There is plenty of room for everyone, including two separate living rooms which our teenagers appreciated. We were able to cook Thanksgiving dinner without having to purchase any extra utensils or appliances as the kitchen was very well stocked. We had a little issue with the heater when we first arrived, but the homeowner was right on it and had it fixed immediately and couldn’t be more accommodating. We have rented several homes in the Park City area and this was hands down the best house we’ve ever stayed in. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a place to stay!

big house

Overall a nice spacious house in a great location. Strong sulphuric odor from the bathroom directly off garage as you enter the house. The hot tub broke and didn't get repaired until the next evening, so we essentially didn't get to use it for 2 of the 4 days we were there. The house is in need of a real deep cleaning, lots of dust and our feet were black from walking around barefoot. Bring your own fans in the summer, house is hot and ceiling fans are limited or we couldn't get them to turn on. Limited seating for group dining. Bring a folding table and chairs for extra seating at meal time.

Terrific property

This is a gorgeous home. The bedrooms are large and all but one have their own bathroom. It is meticulously clean. The kitchen is high-end, with a Subzero fridge, Dacor gas range, and 2 Bosch dishwashers. Plenty of dishes and silverware for our group of 10, and every utensil you need. Hot tub on the deck was great after a day's activities, and we grilled on the outdoor grill as well. Pool table in the lower level in excellent condition. Zoned radiant heat in the floors meant warm tile when you step out of the shower. The property manager is always available and quickly responsive to any needs. This is the nicest property I've stayed in, and I would gladly stay here again. The house is not on the shuttle route to the lifts, but it is only 1.5 miles away and we drove there daily. You can leave your skis and poles in a locker at the resort.
