One of Deer Valley's premier 5 star condominiums. This aprox 3800 square foot condo was remodeled and meticulously decorated. 950 sq ft of deck was added in 2021 No detail has been left out. Enjoy gorgeous views of Deer Valley from inside, or on your own private deck with new 7 person hot tub with gas grill on deck. The lower level is complete with a Bar, Pool Table, Ms Pac Man Cocktail Arcade with 410 Classic Games & Playstation 4. Condo also features three 65 inch flat screens with HD channels and Master Remote Controls. Sonos Sound System throughout entire condo.

There are 3 master suites with private baths and an additional bedroom on the lower level with detached bathroom.

The condo offers Deer Valley Resort Skier Shuttle service for free that brings you directly to the chair lifts at Snow Park Lodge which is only 0.7 miles away. Just give them a call, they will pick you up and drop you off at front door. A 2 block walk down the hill places you on the free Park City Bus line. Take this bus to Park City Mountain Resort, The Canyons or Historic Main Street in Old Town. Main Street and Park City Mountain Resort are only a mile away.

Wonderful home, wonderful host, excellent amenities. We loved the location, the layout, the amenities and the decor. Five levels provide lots of privacy for all travelers.

Host was very welcoming. The place was convenient to skiing and very clean. Downstairs bedroom and game room were perfect for the kids at night after a long day of skiing. Excellent stay, we will definitely be back. Thank you!

Amazing, Updated, 5-level condo in a perfect Deer Valley / Park City location! Space for everyone to spread out, but great rooms grand enough for everyone to be together. The host is just as great as the place. Would Recommend!

Trent was great. Very inviting and responsive. The house has all the amenities we were hoping for and more. Great views & great vibes. We saw a lot of wildlife right outside the living room window including moose, turkey & rabbits. Perfect house for a family gathering for all ages.

Convenient Luxury

The property is just a stone’s throw from Deer Valley Resort and downtown Park City. Very well appointed home made our family vacation perfect. Can’t wait to go back!

What a beautiful property! We were all so comfortable with the layout, beds, and the beautiful areas to hang out together. The hot tub was lovely and we saw deer walking by. The fireplace was so cozy and we were so happy to be there for the first snow! Trent was a wonderful communicator and was great at responding to any question we had. We feel so fortunate to have stayed at such a beautiful, comfortable place.

Very nice condo close to the base of the mountain with free and timely shuttles to the lifts. Great views. Newly remodeled with all of the 'extras'.

Awesome Condo, Great Family Memories

We have been coming to area for years. This condo is by far the best one we’ve stayed at. Clean, spacious and amenity rich make this a wonderful place to call home, while away from home. The owner was incredibly responsive and made the entire trip a joy - pre arrival, check in and check out were all extremely easy and painless.We look forward to coming back!

Everything was so very easy. The house is awesome! Great hot tub. Awesome game room. Beds and bathrooms were perfect. Shuttle picks you up in minutes and takes you right to the base.

amazing spot

We had a wonderful time with old friends who haven't seen each other in years. The house was amazing, can't really think of any negatives. Clean, modern, sizable, and close to Deer Valley. Trent was also very communicative and easy to work with. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home. We brought our whole family, which included three adult couples and a baby. Plenty of room…and the house had a porta crib and high chair. The host was prompt and responsive to our needs. The property was close to everything and had gorgeous views. Would definitely stay here again.

Nothing short of Spectacular

Had an incredible family vacation staying at this property. Trent was fantastic with his communication and everything at the house was amazing. Amenities, spacious, and convenience are just some of the many things i can go on about. I would book this every year for all my upcoming vacations to Deer Valley.
