THE PONDEROSA ON CHALK CREEK Creekside Mountain Home

This amazing home has decks on 3 sides featuring Chalk Creek, a greenbelt, and the most beautiful peaks in Colorado. With four bedrooms, 3 kings and 2 queens, there is plenty of room for 10 to sleep in their own rooms.....however, there are also 2 sofa sleepers in the house as well as a pack-n-play. Plenty of room for everyone! The game room is always fun for the kids, old & young, offering pool and foosball. For a true mountain vacation, this is the location!

As per our license with Chaffee County, this house is not an appropriate destination for events such as weddings or large parties. Small gatherings which are respectful of the neighbors and neighborhood are acceptable as long as the maximum number does not exceed the number of guests on the reservation.

**Please be advised that VRBO's presentation of the nightly rate is not always accurate. Our base rate is dependent upon 8 guests or less. Each additional guest is charged $30.00 per person/per night. In the quote from VRBO, they call it an "Additional Guest Fee", whereas the host includes it in the rent.
