This was such a fantastic place to stay. My high school buddies and I met for a weekend reunion. This property exceeded expectations. It's clean, had all the amenities we needed, and the location can't be beat! Sitting out on the back porch listening to the rushing water run by, seeing all kinds of wild life from the comfort of the outdoor furniture... It was epic! So much to do in the area. We went hiking, and rode side by sides . I would stay here again for sure.

Amenities of this property were great. Would recommend this property. It was a hot week in Colorado and this property does not have AC which we were aware.

This is the place if you want to get away and take in the mtns. 4 decks can accommodate many places to hang out. One deck is down some stairs near Chalk Creek. Beautiful view of Mt. Antero from the living area. Lots of room with private areas. Listening to the creek & the spa are relaxing. Disc golf, shuffle board, pool table plus board games will keep everyone busy. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved this property for my best friend's 50th birthday! It is tucked away next to the creek and sitting on the deck was absolute heaven! It is also so close to Mt. Princeton Hot Springs so we were able to take a quick trip there as well. The house is amazing and has so much outdoor space as well as fun indoor options for play as well. The kitchen utensils, plates, pans, dishes etc. could use some updating, but the space is perfect for making meals and hanging out together. We would all definitely stay here again!

Everything was great, really enjoyed the hot tub. Location is excellent only five minutes away from the spring.. the only thing we were missing is a fire pit outside to make smores. I do think pillows and towels could use an upgrade. And it would’ve been nice to have shampoo and conditioner available.

Amazing views, great for families

The location of this cabin is amazing if you want to be outside of town - with stunning views and babbling creek to lull you asleep at night. The garden level basement is great for kids.

Outsatanding stay..this place will heal you. Stay at least a week. The view of the river is a treasure. Sleeping to the sound of the river each night is soothing. The layout of the house is perfect for a big group but even better for two.

Cool spot!

This cabin was perfect. Right on the creek, views of the mountains. Great way to get away from the city life and just relax. I would highly recommend staying here.

Beautiful Retreat

Beautiful location next to a river. It's great for walks and nearby hiking trails nearby. Having a pool table and shuffle board table was great for evenings. Plenty of space for a family or small group.

Amazing place!

We had an amazing time. The house is very well set up for fun with a variety of ages. My kids were in heaven with the activities. We caught trout right in front of the house. Great place, definitely recommend!
