Our stay at this amazing property was unforgettable! It was truly perfect for me and my family. So well set up, clean, comfortable, and fun, with the most beautiful views! You can gaze at the river and mountains both from inside the house or out on the deck. We especially loved being able to wake up and go fishing with each day just steps away from the house. From the star-packed night skies to the Bluetooth jukebox to the layout and location, this place has it all. The host, Jason, was also very easy to communicate with, friendly and responsive. Thank you, Carolyn and Jason - My family and I made memories we will cherish forever!

Had a great stay and would definitely stay there again. House was clean, bright, and nicely updated. Location was convenient for both Buena Vista and Mt Princeton hot springs. We really enjoyed the house and the area.

House was perfect! Loved the sauna and riverfront property. Kitchen was well appointed and had everything we needed for our annual Galentine's trip.

This property exceeded expectations. The location backs directly onto the Arkansas River — hard to beat for scenery and easy access to wade fishing. Buena Vista itself is a quick drive, so you get the seclusion without sacrificing convenience.The kitchen is well-equipped, including a solid grill setup and a surprisingly complete stock of spices and condiments — a nice touch that saved us a grocery run. Beds were comfortable, which mattered after full days on the water.Overall, a great base for an outdoor-focused trip. We'd book again without hesitation.

The location was terrific. Sitting out by the river never got tiring. The kitchen was well equipped and we had every thing we needed for a four night stay.

We truly loved our weekend at this VRBO. The property is so unique with access to the river. We fished, relaxed around the fire pit, and our dog loved the big yard. I would love to return every year!

Excellent private residence on the river!

We had a great time relaxing at the house amd enjoying the beautiful view. It was a wonderful home, deck, and yard for my family and friends to enjoy each others company.

Great location

We enjoyed our stay. The house was well equipped and very comfortable. The location by the river was unbeatable. We, understandably, didn’t spend a bunch of time inside but it was a great place to come back to when our adventures were over for the day. We’ll be back.

Great little gem

We spent the weekend here for my Dad's birthday. The house was perfect for 6 adults. It was a wonderful place; very clean and a perfect location. Thanks so much for a wonderful weekend. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an excellent stay this past week. The house felt very clean and comfortable, making it easy to settle in. We really enjoyed the wood stove and spacious backyard for our pup. The sauna is a really nice touch and was easy to use. The hosts did a great job communicating. I would highly recommend.
