NO AstroTurf here! There are 3 bedrooms, all complete with new queen sized beds and unique privacy as none of the bedrooms share common walls. There are two additional, portable, beds (Queen & Twin) which fit in the master bedroom. The master bedroom has walk-in closet and on-suite. This home also features a 50’ flat screen TV in the main living area and 32’ flat screen TV in the master suite. All the appliances including the washer/dryer are new.
The property is located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from shopping, restaurants, freeways, numerous golf courses. Visit Lake Pleasant just 40 minutes away or White Tank Mountain 20 minutes to the west.
Getting around;
I would recommend renting a car whenever in Phoenix as the city is spread out. If you rent a car from the PHX airport and book in advance the cost is generally only $25 per day.
