Talk about location — you’re just a short walk from the Snowflake Lift and 2.5 blocks from Breckenridge’s historic Main Street. With 4 O’Clock Run and the National Forest just outside your back door, it’s a fantastic year-round spot for skiing, hiking, mountain biking and more. There’s everything you and your group need for a fantastic mountain retreat!

This nice decorated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome is the perfect getaway for families or groups of up to eight people. When you walk in, you’ll immediately get a taste of a true mountain home from the décor. In the living room, enjoy a nice cup of hot cocoa sitting next to the gas fireplace, or curl up on the cozy couch and watch a movie on the large flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen is stocked with all the gear you’ll need to whip up some great meals in between activities. There’s room for six people at the dining table plus four more seats at the breakfast bar. The dining area also has great views of the slopes and an entrance to the back patio.

You’ll love having seasonal access to the Upper Village pool and hot tub just a short walk away. Other amenities include a washer/dryer, parking for two vehicles and complimentary Wi-Fi. Plus, every Summit Mountain Rentals property comes stocked with plenty of linens, towels and hotel-like toiletries, and is professionally cleaned and inspected before each arrival. Our helpful staff is also available 24 hours a day to ensure you have everything you need to make your stay with us an unforgettable experience.

Very accessible to ski lift and well equipped kitchen. We loved being able to ski right to the condo from high up on the mountain. Comfortable rooms. Hot tub building also has a heated pool and dressing rooms, but is a bit of a walk and needs some TLC. Manager very responsive. Perfect for our 4-day sibling ski reunion.

Great location for our ski vacation

We really enjoyed our stay during our family ski vacation to Breckenridge. The location was great for our group to ski in and out as everyone was ready. The property management was very communicative and easy to work with.

Enjoyed our stay

We had a great trip to Breck, the condo layout worked very well for our group (2 adults and 3 teenagers) and the location right on 4 O'Clock Run ski trail was perfect as well. The hosting company was a pleasure to communicate with and replied very quickly to a few questions we had.

We were pretty let down with the property given the reviews we read prior to going. Upon arrival there was a broken dish washer, broken ceiling fan, non working tv, and a broken can opener. We asked 3 times during the week for a new can opener and none came. The kitchen had 5 mis matched glasses and 2 mis matched wine glasses for the entire house which was in poor taste. Then we experienced the chirping fire alarm at 1 am which woke us all up. Upon dismantling the alarm we found a 5 year old battery inside Honestly the lack of attention to the property’s condition and maintenance for the price was a big disappointment. I hope the owners take some time to put more attention into the property.

Friends turning 50 celebration!

Came to enjoy a getaway weekend and reconnect with old friends as we all turned 50. Everything was as hoped for! Excellent location and the rental was just as described. Would definitely recommend!

An ideal stay

We very much enjoyed our stay here. Ski in at the end of the day and a short walk to the snowflake lift. Very clean and well maintained. Plenty of sleeping space and all separate from the living spaces. Any communication with management was also very easy when needed. Will definitely want to come back soon.

Ski weekend

The condo was perfect for our group. The location was great, close to skiing and to town. It is literally ski in to the back deck and a 5-10 min walk to the lift. We had everything we needed to cook dinner and breakfasts. We were comfortable in the sleeping arrangements also.

Winter Break ski trip

My wife and I took our college daughter and a friend to Breckenridge for a ski trip. The place had everything we needed for a ski trip. Ski in location was great, walk to lift wasn't bad at all, and easy walk to town for dinner and shopping. The condo pictures are accurate and everything worked. I would stay here again.

Awesome location!

This is a great place to stay for a ski-in ski-out experience in Breckenridge. The condo is very nice, very clean, and well stocked. The location can't be beat for convenience. We skied right in the back door and walked to town for dinner. So convenient to have reserved parking in the lot, we never moved our car at all! Would definately return.

Christmas in Breckenridge

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice place, great location, quiet other than sqeeky floors need to be fixed.

Wonderful

Had a great stay in Breckenridge. There were 6 of us total and the size of the condo was perfect. It’s equipped with everything you need, and when I couldn’t find any kitchen sponges, they even offered to drop some off. I ended up walking to the office right downtown. Perfect location for ski in and it’s just a short walk to the snowflake lift and Main Street. Would definitely stay here again.

We ended up not going to Breckenridge. We've been going to Breckenridge the last handful of years, and the ski reports were so bad this season the decision was made to not spend thousands more. We knew we wouldn't get refund, but I thought possibly a refund for cleaning services 'after' we left could be refunded, not. The property manager was very kind, and always responsive. The downside was being unable to reschedule using the monies paid, or even a portion, total loss.It's not their fault I realize it, mother nature.
