Our bright and airy garden unit awaits you! This large, well-maintained, quietly located 1 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit is fully furnished to meet all your needs and ensure your comfort. The kitchen is well-equipped including many nonstandard items. Relax or dine on our spacious garden lanai amid tropical flora, or enjoy the seclusion of the primary bedroom's private courtyard lanai. Free Reserved parking stall, complimentary WiFi, local and long distance telephone calls to US mainland and Canada are provided to our guests. This unit offers the convenience of walkout ground floor access and a keyless door lock system (no misplaced keys!).

Maui Kamaole is perfectly located in South Kihei bordering Wailea, across the street from beaches and ocean pathways. This upscale, low density townhome-style complex is nestled amid 23 acres of lush, tropical landscaping. Amenities include two swimming pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, and numerous BBQ areas, to list a few. Stroll to Keawakapu and the Kamaole beaches, or to the Kihei boat ramp where numerous deep sea excursions depart. Within walking distance to restaurants, nightlife, shopping and other leisure activities. The nearby "Shops of Wailea" offer fine dining, boutique shops, and art galleries. World class golf courses are only a few minutes away.

Relaxing and quiet

We had a great time staying here. Just what we needed to get away from everyday life. The condo was clean, has air conditioning if needed, neighborhood was quiet, walking distance to what we needed. Hosts are friendly and very quick to respond. Would stay again. Mahalo

Lovely stay

Truly one of the best condo experiences we’ve had in Hawaii! The condo is clean and quiet has has everything you could need. It’s very thoughtfully done. The internet is good for remote work. The location is great for easy beach access. Highly recommended.

The complex and condo are fantastic. Everything you’d need was provide, plenty of kitchen utensils and storage containers. We loved the condo, the grounds, and the pools. The owners respond promptly to all emails and are easy to communicate with. Thank you and we’ll definitely book again next time we visit Maui.

Great Kihei location

This is a very spacious one bedroom condo The master bedroom is large with a walk through closet, master bath and we loved the private patio off the master bedroom. The master king bed was very comfortable The kitchen is updated and very well stocked. The living room area is also spacious with a comfortable pullout queen sofa. The condo and complex were very clean and well maintained. The pool area near the condo is very nice with trees around it. Lots of BBQ area around complex The beached and restaurants nearby are great. Seemed like a very safe area. We would definitely stay here again.

Great condo!

Me, my wife, and our two kids (21 months and 4 years old) stayed at this condo and loved it! My wife was born and raised on Maui, so we have stayed in many condos coming back to visit. My wife said this condo and this complex was her favorite to date! Air conditioning is super important to us and we never felt uncomfortable here. The air worked great! The place was tastefully decorated, everything worked as it should, and there was plenty of space for all four of us, even being a one bedroom condo. The pull out bed was actually very comfortable! The grounds were beautiful and well maintained. We saw staff every day pruning and gardening and cleaning. The pools were well taken care of and also had beautiful landscaping. We would absolutely stay at this condo again!

Very convenient and clean stay. Walkable to beach.

The property was very clean on arrival. It's a fully furnished 1bed 2bath condo about 30 minutes south of the airport. The property owners took care of small things needed for easy vacation. The kitchen was fully stacked. The owners were kind enough to replace the microwave when it stopped working for reasons unknown. They were always responsive on the VRBO chat and ensured we didn't face any problems. The owners have kept 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, and snorkeling gear which is very thoughtful of them! We made use of the chairs and umbrella during our one week stay. The beaches are very near to the condo within 1-3 min driving distance to Eyck sunset or snorkel or just sit at the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and strongly recommend this vrbo offering to everyone. We cooked during the stay and safeway is very close by. Looking forward to returning again!

Spacious, well-equipped condo

For just the two of us, having the extra bathroom was a treat! The condo is spacious, the kitchen well-equipped, there are a whole lot of beach supplies, and we appreciated having hangers in the closets (seems like a small thing, but having hangers makes a huge difference). Our only bit of concern was that the bedroom air-conditioner seemed to be out of oomph. It was difficult to get the temperature low enough for comfortable sleep and took forever to cool the room if we left the air-conditioner off while we were out and turned it back on when we returned. All in all a great stay, though. Love the pools and the gazebo by the tennis courts: you can comfortably read outdoors in a beautiful setting without getting much sun. And, a final thank-you for the welcoming gift on the kitchen counter!

love maui kamaole and this unit

The owners are amazing communicators. I had several questions, some silly and some not, and they were very fast to respond and support. (thank you!!) love that it is easy to maintain this unit with a swiffer because, well, sand. I recommend having a pitcher water filter if you are a super taster and mind the water in kihei (city water uses chloramine, so this will be the water everywhere/anywhere you stay). We left a Zero brand water filter12 cup pitcher so maybe if you are stopping at target you can grab a cheap replacement filter and enjoy filtered drinking water during your stay. This is the second time we have stayed at this unit with our a little family. The location is superb. It is quiet, it is breezy, it is clean, it doesn't flood if it rains, it's walking distance to Kam III and easy driving to the best beaches in Makena. The pool has rules, and seems intimidating but if you are spending time with your children and thoughtful of everyone else also enjoying the pool, it has always been a nice experience and our kids have always been welcomed. The bed is comfortable and the AC works nicely but we didn't need to use it in early December with the good ceiling fans.

Great location and nice updated condo

We were traveling with an infant and a toddler so we needed a functional kitchen, a clean space that is easy for us to maintain clean (like easy to mop floors etc), a good washer and dryer, a king sized bed, and a good location for very short drives to beaches. This spot was a winner! The unit is updated and great. Everything works. Code entry is awesome! For location, We were extremely happy being this far south in Kihei because our favorite beaches turned out to be further south so it was just 5 minutes away in the car and the kids didn’t spend too long in the car. The complex is quiet and everyone is friendly. If you have children, go to the pool closest to the unit, it’s great! do not go to the pool by the office. That pool is best for zen meditation in full sun and zero sound. All the families were fun, our kiddo made great friendships. The only annoying thing that occurred was the landscape crew was very active doing something with exhaust fumes (like using a gas blower or gas mower or gas weed eating) very close to the unit and in the lanai space at nap time more often than just Wednesdays. It was smelly and loud so we had to swiftly close curtains and sliding doors at the hottest part of the day a handful of times. The unit has great AC in the bedroom and in the living room so that was hugely helpful! The issue has nothing to do with the unit and you probably won’t escape landscape maintenance at a complex like this because it is very maintained...they were doing it at a time that is inconvenient for eating lunch on the lanai and for napping kids with doors all open but the timing is probably good for folks who are out and about. Yes, we would totally tell people to look for this unit and stay here. We would totally stay here again and just know the drill if we see the landscapers near the cluster. Also, just a tip for anyone who has not been to Maui, city water uses chloramphenicol and it doesn’t taste great. Get a good pitcher filter and your drinking water will much improve.

The condo had everything you could wish for. The facilities were very complete and communication with the owner was perfect. We particularly liked the upper pool in the complex with its tropical surroundings. We would be happy to come back anytime.

Beautiful, quiet well equipped condo

We enjoyed the tropical garden patio. We loved that the condo was well equipped from beach gear to kitchen gadgets. The unit feels comfy and clean. The bed was comfortable and the bathrooms were excellent. The location is great. Very near the upper pool and close to a bbq area. This is a nice quiet part of the complex away from the noisy road.

Great stay

We loved everything about the unit. We are kind of clean freaks, so it was lovely to get into a unit that was clean and well cared for. It was well stocked in the kitchen...at the great storage areas had beach chairs, tennis rackets, cooler etc. Wonderful

Great trip

Enjoyed our stay at Bev and Adrian’s place. It is situated at far end of condo units which was great. We were looking for a quiet place to vacation and this was perfect. Nice and close to the upper pool which we used most days. Appliances were great. I think most were new. Beaches are close enough to walk or a very short drive. Mahalo

What an amazing summer holiday!

We loved our stay here. It was a last minute decision, but worth it! The grounds were beautiful ( a little far from places to walk with littles but we had a car so no problem). We arrived late the first night and someone on a golf cart drove by to check-in with us and help us find our condo ( it gets really dark at night). The staff that worked at this complex were lovely!! There were 2 pools but we mostly stuck to one that never seemed busy. The only small thing we would want is blackout blinds. The time changed really effected us this trip and we were up early! I think if the rooms were darker that would have helped. We were so grateful for ground floor, as my littles often needed a bit of downtime out of the sun, so my husband and I read books on the ground patio. The place had everything you needed to cook meals at home. We appreciated having Tupperware containers for food we prepped ( cut up fruit etc.) that we did not finish and wanted to save for another day. Would absolutely stay here again.
