This is an excellent ocean view condo in the Palm Beach Marriott (r) Resort and Spa on Singer Island. Recently awarded the 2020 Traveller Review Award from Booking.com, this spectacular 4.5 resort is directly on the ocean. As Manager, we at Singer Island Rentals, offer the lowest rates in Palm Beach Marriott (r) Resort and Spa on Singer Island where this private condo is located in it's main building.

In-Room Amenities:
- Washer/dryer and upgraded kitchen appliances
- Basic cooking tools
- Utensils, dishes and glasses
- Bed linens and bath towels

Guests have free access to:
- Fitness Center
- 3 restaurants ( 3800 Ocean, Reef Tiki Bar, Lagoon Cantina)
- 2 pool areas one including a kid's designated water slide and waterfall
- Free towels available at pool for your use at the pools and the beach

Other on-site amenities offering paid services include:
- Snorkeling + beach activities
- The Kid's Club
- The Si Spa (full service spa)
- Beach chair rentals

Fees to note:
- The only on-site parking opportunity is valet parking, provided at an additional fee by Marriott (r)
- Daily housekeeping with or without a complete linen change is available at an additional fee

- There is an in-room internet charge of $9.95/day for up to 5 users. Owner of the unit will reimburse $9.95/day when receipt is submitted.

Excellent!,

I would highly recommend this property. It is exactly as advertised with lots of room, well equipped and tons to do. We walked to restaurants, strolled the gorgeous beach, and enjoyed the Marriott’s amenities. We had a fantastic stay!

From check-in to check-out, we had a wonderful stay. Our condo was a very clean and very comfortable place to stay. Additionally, the resort staff were helpful and friendly. We would most certainly stay here again.

Resort & Beach were nice!

I absolutely recommend 3800 Ocean Restaurant. The Marriott Hotel computer systems were down the entire weekend which slowed check-in and services a bit. Other than that, it was a great stay. The host had a clean suite.

Just be ready to do your own leg work here and you’ll be fine. Also wasn’t expecting the yellow water. It’s completely fine it turns out. Just didn’t expect it. Would come back here in the future.

Somewhat disappointing

It is located on a beautiful beach. The pool area did not have nearly enough lounge chairs to do any sunbathing. The policy was that the pool attendants would remove towels if the chair was unattended for more than 30 min. This was not being enforced whatsoever. People would leave towels in the AM and the chairs would be empty for hours. The unit itself was spacious but we were disappointed in the condition of the unit. For example, the pocket doors to the bathroom were not functioning properly so they wouldn't stay closed. Created privacy problems for the person in the bathroom. The hairdryer was so old and such poor quality that it would overheat and shut off after about 2 min of use. This created a problem for myself and my daughter as we both have long hair and wanted it to be dried properly before heading out to nice dinners. Additionally, it was frustrating to only be given 2 small bottles of shampoo/conditioner and a small bar of soap for the bathroom.

Wonderful stay! The condo was exactly as pictured—spacious, clean, and comfy. The host was very responsive with excellent communication, and the hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. The resort was beautiful, and the pools/kids’ area were amazing—our kids had a blast! Perfect spot for families, and we’ll definitely book again.Only tiny notes: the spare room Wi-Fi didn’t connect and no dishwasher starter kit was left—but neither took away from a great trip!

The condo is very nice and spacious. Beach is great. Just be aware of the full price ... It hard to fully gauge until you see all of the fees. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your condo!

The apartment was lovely. We enjoyed the south view which gave us both the ocean and the waterway with the city in the background. We felt it could have been better equipped with soap kitchen towels Trach bags etc. We should not have had to get that, which we ended up doing.

Great condo, very clean and it easily accommodated my family of 6. I highly recommend this property to anyone with kids. Friendly staff, water slide and a great beach.

The area was nice but once you are there it is hard to go anywhere. Everything was extremely expensive so we DoorDashed food. You don’t even get any type of breakfast.

Pricey but nice. A lot of additional fees and daily valet was high. Restaurant looks dated with furniture needing upholstery repair.

Great location with amazing view!!

We stayed at this unit for several days with our family. It has a great setup for a family with two bedrooms, well appointed kitchen and family room. I worked on my laptop with an amazing view in the master bedroom. 😎 We extended our stay since it was so nice!! We can't wait to stay again.
