Exceptional Property

Amazing complex with the nicest staff and amenities. Loved The Grill (World’s best Pina Colada). Fabulous pool and private beach access. Condo was clean and well appointed. Everyone was super friendly and helpful - highly recommend this property!!

VERY ENJOYABLE

Very enjoyable visit. Our first time at the Ritz Residences staying in a condo with a western view, which provides beautiful sunsets. We can recommend without qualification.

Perfect accommodations for rest and relaxation with family ! Owner and property manager were attentive to our only issue with the garage remote. Fixed promptly. We would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Perfect place to relax

From Michigan to Florida for the week with my family and it was absolutely perfect. The pool the beach the staff everything was perfect. The heat was a little rough at 103 degrees but everything was amazing. It was better than expected. Good communication with the owners. All amenities on site. We will be back sooner than later.

Great stay!

Beautiful property and unit. We stayed with our 1 and 3 year old and had a great time. There are two pools we enjoyed using and loved walking down to the beach in the afternoon. There is an on-site grill restaurant that serves a basic, but good menu that was a nice convenience as well. On-site staff was all very friendly and helpful. Most restaurants/shopping etc is about a 15-20 minute drive. Overall fantastic stay and can’t wait to be back.

Sunset views of your dreams!

We had a wonderful time this week at your gorgeous condo on Singer Island. It was everything we needed and more. The RCR Team was top-notch, providing excellent service from start to finish. The neighbors were lovely and added to the welcoming atmosphere. Watching the sun set from the terrace each night was truly spectacular—a sight we don't often get to enjoy back home. The condo was beautifully furnished, immaculately clean, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. It was the perfect home away from home. Thank you for an unforgettable stay. We can't wait to return!

Pools & beach at your doorstep

Our family was looking for a condo with pool and beach right at our doorstep. This property fit the bill. It was very clean and light and airy inside the condo. We loved the fact that the condo also had hotel like amenities, such as a coffee station, gym, towel and chair service and friendly concierges to help with reservations, etc. and food and beverage service at the pool and beach. We had two older kids, a teen and a tween and it was perfect..

A restful time in Florida

We like to just chill on vacation. Sit around, walk on the beach. Be away from the action, the loud bars and restaurants. So for us this is an ideal place. Singer Island is off the grid, so to speak, very much out of the way. And the Ritz Carlton Residence is the most mellow of any of the places here. The building is beautifully appointed and well-maintained. The apartment is clean and spacious with a great view across the waterway and a sweeping balcony. We prefer this to an ocean view, actually, because there is more life and motion. And it is not just a black expanse at night. Of course with that comes some road noise, but for us that is not an issue -- being that we live in New York City. :-)
