This was a short walk to the oceans calling festival. Everything was as listed. Convenient to the boardwalk and grocery

Great location and nice little stay

This is a great location and it was nice. There were a few things that made me rate lower. First you can hear anything and everything. We heard the neighbors all night just having regular conversation, not yelling ect. Which meant you could hear everything outside too. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. It felt like sleeping on ply wood. If you are coming just to go to the beach and relax this really is a great little place minus those 2 issues.the pool was a nice for the kids and there is a really great park a fee blocks down.

Beach

Staying here for our beach vacation was perfect. The condo itself is very nice. We were very pleased. The laundry mat is right there, the pool is very nice. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. We will stay here again in the future. It is a little walk to the board walk but it wasn’t far at all.

Great location, great time!

I highly recommend this location if you are staying with some friends and want to have easy access to all that OC has to offer. It was a little loud some nights, but not terrible. The host was super responsive and available for anything we needed.

Mom Trip

Property was just as described. Very clean and an easy walk to the boardwalk for our morning walks. Would definitely recommend!

Clean and Bright but Tight

Pro’s: Owner communicated well and promptly Unit was VERY clean and bright Up-to-date kitchen Well-stocked with cookware, kitchenware, beach chairs, cleaning supplies Attractive pool Con’s: No linens/towels. This is clearly stated in the description, but can be a hassle, especially for a short stay. There were pillows and comforters, although the latter definitely needed laundering, and there is no washer/dryer. Second “bathroom” was a small space behind a sliding panel in the living area and was more like a powder room with the world’s tiniest shower. We all used the other bathroom. Bedrooms are EXTREMELY small and cramped without enough drawer or floor space to store belongings for 8 or anywhere to put their suitcases even if you could unpack. I’d suggest putting just one set of bunkbeds in the master bedroom and moving the queen to the other after removing the other bunk set. As 4 adults plus a toddler, we were able to manage, but I think 6 is a more reasonable maximum. It is a bit misleading to say the unit accommodates 8 people when there would not be space for their belongings, or for them to all sit down to eat together. (Table had space and chairs for 6). The pool’s water supply had a large hose running haphazardly along the deck, which is a trip hazard, especially for children. Although the water looked clean, there was a noticeable LACK of chlorine smell which could be a plus, unless it means pool is not being adequately maintained.

Great location!

This was a great place to stay! It was a perfect location, we could walk to the beach and the board walk no problem. They communicated very well if we have any concerns they were on it!

Summary

It’s a very good place with a very good location. Close to the bay to watch sunsets and also an easy walk to the beach. The place was very nice and was very clean when we got there. Some of the neighbors were a bit loud at times, and we had a little bit of trouble with the code lock on the door, but other than that it was a great place to stay.

Easy and fun experience

Laura was very communicative and answered all questions very quickly. The apartment was clean and plenty of space for our group. We appreciated the beach toys and chairs for our stay. We would gladly stay again.

Girls weekend away

Nice little condo and close walk to the beach. We did have a water leak issue during our stay but maintenance quickly got it fixed. We enjoyed our stay.

Senior week fun

Booked the week for my son and his 7 friends- location was great for them- close to boardwalk and other friends’ rentals- walking distance to everything they needed. Place was clean- easy check-in.

Convienent to everything!

Process on vrbo is easy. Communicated well with the property owner. The unit was clean when we arrived. There was a store and Pickles Pub right across the street.

My only problem was that they had fruit flies and some damage from prior renters.I

I loved the area and the rental, my only problem with the rental is there was fruit flies and lots of damage items in the rental.

Affordable rental

I was happy with the location, but it was not cleaned, which is very frustrating, seeing that I had to pay a cleaning fee. There was fecal matter on the shower curtain, one of the bunk beds was broken and we had to walk around the condo with our shoes on because the floor was so dirty. I would have been alot more understanding of this if hadn't paid a fee.

Great Beach Location

It was an amazing location, close to the beach, and of course the boardwalk. Check in was extremely easy! House was not cleaned very well at all, dishes where dirty, no bag in the trash can with ice cream and other trash spilled in the bottom of the can. Lots of trash left under the beds. Just didn’t feel like the cleanest place we have ever stayed

Great Stay!

We had such a great time. Close enough to walk to the boardwalk. Just a few blocks away. And plenty of room for our family! Make sure to bring linens and paper towels/toilet paper :)

CHOOSE THIS PLACE!!!

Beautiful place to stay at. Convenient tell it everywhere. Nice inside very spacious the only issue was the smaller bathroom did not flush when we got there. But the other one was fine. Loved it, definitely recommend!
