Condo was ready before check in and owner allowed us to check in early. Great location. Pool was cold but that was a good thing. I’ve been to a lot of beach houses and pool water is 85 degrees. Clean unit. Great parking. Free street parking for extra vehicles. Easy in and easy out. Would rent again.

Good location, Dirty and Misleading

When my group arrived, the place was dirty. There was food and accessories left out and dust all over the floors. The house claims to fit 8 but is 6 at best. Location is good, but that’s it. Not worth the price. Also, mattresses are quite uncomfortable.

Warm and attentive

There was a hiccup in the check-in process by no fault of the host, but she responded to my concerns immediately and was extremely flexible to make sure we were comfortable for the duration of our stay. Even the onsite security person stepped in to help rectify the unexpected situation. The condo was cute, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our time at the beach. It was in a good location to be able to walk to everything (beach, dinner, boardwalk), but still outside of the craziness of the boardwalk drama. We will definitely look for this spot to be available again. Thank you!!

Great location!

This was a great place to stay! It was a perfect location, we could walk to the beach and the board walk no problem. They communicated very well if we have any concerns they were on it!

Great location, great time!

I highly recommend this location if you are staying with some friends and want to have easy access to all that OC has to offer. It was a little loud some nights, but not terrible. The host was super responsive and available for anything we needed.

Beach

Staying here for our beach vacation was perfect. The condo itself is very nice. We were very pleased. The laundry mat is right there, the pool is very nice. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend it. We will stay here again in the future. It is a little walk to the board walk but it wasn’t far at all.

Girls weekend away

Nice little condo and close walk to the beach. We did have a water leak issue during our stay but maintenance quickly got it fixed. We enjoyed our stay.

Summary

It’s a very good place with a very good location. Close to the bay to watch sunsets and also an easy walk to the beach. The place was very nice and was very clean when we got there. Some of the neighbors were a bit loud at times, and we had a little bit of trouble with the code lock on the door, but other than that it was a great place to stay.

Senior week fun

Booked the week for my son and his 7 friends- location was great for them- close to boardwalk and other friends’ rentals- walking distance to everything they needed. Place was clean- easy check-in.

Easy and fun experience

Laura was very communicative and answered all questions very quickly. The apartment was clean and plenty of space for our group. We appreciated the beach toys and chairs for our stay. We would gladly stay again.

Location

The location and price for 1 night with the amount it can sleep was awesome! A few things were broken in the unit, which we just worked around it. The shower by the bunk beds didn't work, just the bath, the fridge had a missing handle. Another negative was it sleeping 9 but only having 1 spot to park in, we worked it to accommodate but it was an inconvenience. But positives were location, amount it slept, one night stay, comfortablity, and they were able to let us check in a little earlier from being ahead schedule .. so all in all I would definitely stay again! We had a blast!

Clean and Bright but Tight

Pro’s: Owner communicated well and promptly Unit was VERY clean and bright Up-to-date kitchen Well-stocked with cookware, kitchenware, beach chairs, cleaning supplies Attractive pool Con’s: No linens/towels. This is clearly stated in the description, but can be a hassle, especially for a short stay. There were pillows and comforters, although the latter definitely needed laundering, and there is no washer/dryer. Second “bathroom” was a small space behind a sliding panel in the living area and was more like a powder room with the world’s tiniest shower. We all used the other bathroom. Bedrooms are EXTREMELY small and cramped without enough drawer or floor space to store belongings for 8 or anywhere to put their suitcases even if you could unpack. I’d suggest putting just one set of bunkbeds in the master bedroom and moving the queen to the other after removing the other bunk set. As 4 adults plus a toddler, we were able to manage, but I think 6 is a more reasonable maximum. It is a bit misleading to say the unit accommodates 8 people when there would not be space for their belongings, or for them to all sit down to eat together. (Table had space and chairs for 6). The pool’s water supply had a large hose running haphazardly along the deck, which is a trip hazard, especially for children. Although the water looked clean, there was a noticeable LACK of chlorine smell which could be a plus, unless it means pool is not being adequately maintained.

Great location and nice little stay

This is a great location and it was nice. There were a few things that made me rate lower. First you can hear anything and everything. We heard the neighbors all night just having regular conversation, not yelling ect. Which meant you could hear everything outside too. The beds were terribly uncomfortable. It felt like sleeping on ply wood. If you are coming just to go to the beach and relax this really is a great little place minus those 2 issues.the pool was a nice for the kids and there is a really great park a fee blocks down.
