Beautiful water view condo. This 4th floor bay front unit has two bedrooms & two bathrooms that are clean and beautifully furnished. Premier location next to the Ocean City Convention Center, Dough Roller, Seacrets and all the popular attractions. This unit has one of the top 3 water views in the building.
The Makai building is one of the newer condominiums in OC.
The unit includes central air conditioning, washer/dryer in the unit, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster.
Master Bedroom has a Queen size bed, its own entrance to the private balcony, full size dresser, two night tables and large walk in closet, master bath and LCD flat screen TV.
The Second Bedroom has two twin beds, nice size closet and full size dresser with 32' LCD flat screen TV, and a second full bathroom right next door.
The Living room has a queen sleeper sofa, a 42' LCD flat screen TV with DVD player and an electric fire place. The unit has wifi.
Occupancy limited to 6 people.
Non-smoking only.
Parking permits for 2 vehicles.
Private parking lot.
No pets allowed.

Cozy and super clean

I was impressed at how accurate the description and pictures were to the on site location. Spacious and equipped with all the kitchen supplies for all my needs. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful condo

Such a great stay! We were there for an event at the convention center so we were able to walk there every day. It’s also in walking distance to the beach, lots of restaurants and shops. The condo was very clean and the building was nice and quiet.

Good location, nice views, and a fishing pier!

Nice quiet section of OC but close to everything too! We were pleasantly surprised by the fishing pier next to the condo, behind the convention center. We fished at the OC pier at the inlet but it was nice to just walk over next door! Teens enjoyed the indoor pool and billiard tables each night, and Rita’s custard and ice a few doors down. About a 7 minute walk to the beach across the street. 45th street Taphouse was a few doors down and has great happy hour specials- wings and soft pretzels were hits.

Convenient Location/average quality

The building itself could use a few updates. The location is close to many great restaurants within walking distance. The condo was cute and updated. The beds are a little hard. The master bedroom could use black out blinds. The light coming through after dark made it difficult to sleep. The trash had not been emptied in the 2nd bathroom. We also found various items left on the floor from previous guests (headband, ballons). Overall not terrible..

Ocean City Md Vacation

We loved the place! It is even nicer than the pictures can show. The window in the living room looks right out over the bay, as does the balcony making for beautiful views. The sunsets were incredible! Everything was spotless when we arrived. This is an incredible place to stay.

Relaxing view

The condo is in a perfect location! Easy access in and out, very quiet, cozy, and a great place to unwind and relax with an amazing view of the bay. Great sunsets! It was a great fit for our family!

Impromptu vacation

This is the first time we stayed at makai. It was a last minute decision and the property was phenomenal. The condo was very clean and had a great view of the sunset. The place is very family friendly, my whole family enjoyed it. I got the pleasure of speaking with the condo owner and they are great people, I would recommend this one to my closest family and friends.

Great place to stay!

This was our second time staying in this condo and we plan on returning. Clean, quiet, amazing view of the bay, quick walk to the beach and close to shops.

This property was well maintained. It was the perfect size for two adults and a teenager. Nice view of the bay. The beds and sofa are not the most comfortable, but we didn’t spend too much time in the condo, so it wasn’t a huge problem for us. We would stay here again in the future.

Great location!

Beautiful condo with a great view of the bay! Very clean. Walking distance to some nice restaurants, the beach, and only 5 or 6 blocks to Seacrets. The Property manager, Mariam, was very helpful and responds quickly to any questions you have. Definitely recommend!

Great place

This condo was clean and had everything we needed for basic cooking. Beautiful view from balcony. We had a lovely time !! Does not have outdoor pool unfortunately. The indoor pool was a little cold.

Overall great experience

We were here for a dance convention and this condo was right next-door so very conveniently located. It was very clean, and had everything we were looking for. Just one thing to note from the picture-The picture shows Bayview which it has, but if you pan a little bit to the right the view is a very busy pool of the hotel next door. Therefore, it wasn’t as quiet as I had expected it to be. Overall, we would stay here again.

Great slot for a relaxing vacation

My family and I enjoyed this modern, clean condo with great views. It was extremely centrally located and gave us tons of great walkable options for food and fun. We would definitely stay here again.

Couldn’t have asked for anything better!

I have zero complaints with this property! So clean and well kept!… It was the ideal place for my family (if I didn’t have to leave, I’d still be there). It was surprisingly spacious and had such a gorgeous view from the balcony. The owners were so quick to respond when we needed them (hopefully we weren’t too big of an inconvenience). If we decide to go back to Ocean City for our next vacation, I’ll definitely be staying here again. Thank you for helping to make my family’s vacation a memorable one!

nice place to stay

Family spent a week here and had a lovely time. Are only complaint was that the master bedroom had no way to block out the light and where woken up by 6:30am when the sun was rising. Other than that location was close to everything and the unit was large enough for our family of 5.

This is a brand new unit and it is one of the 3 best units out of 97 in the building. We are on the North side of the building where it's a lot cooler during hot Summer days. There is a newly renovated shopping center 1 block away. We have the best water views in the building.
