Excellent location. It felt so peaceful and yet only a 20 min walk into the Old Town. The villa was super comfortable and the pool and tennis court were brilliant for the kids.

Charming house with a wonderful garden

We were 2 adults and a child, and the house was lovely! Great space- very thoughtfully decorated, and the kitchen was very well equipped. The garden is huge and gorgeous, and the area is very peaceful with beautiful views. The pool is great, but not heated and so probably fine in summer, but a bit chilly when we went in April! It would have been good to have a cover for it as it did get dirty by the end of the week, and the sofa would not be comfortable to sleep on, so I would not count this as a sleeping area. Overall, we had a wonderful stay, and really enjoyed the place!

Absolutely lovely

My husband and I absolutely loved staying in Villa Sa Tanca. It was a very welcome sanctuary after months of lockdown in London. Would recommend to anyone, especially couples as it’s quite romantic! Thanks to Joana and her father for creating a wonderful retreat in a beautiful part of Mallorca!

Alcúdia paradise

This property is a haven away from the busy beach crowds but just moments away from the charm of Old Town Alcudia. The house has everything you could want for a holiday home and also has many personal touches that make it feel authentic. The pool was lovely and the covered terrace perfect for shade. Thanks Joana!

Villa Satanca was absolutely amazing!The location is very close to everything yet feels completely secluded and exclusive. The house was spotless upon arrival, and the land around it is massive—perfect for big families or groups. The pool was a highlight: clean, well-maintained, and ideal for relaxing or having fun. If you’re looking for privacy, space, and comfort all in one place, Villa Satanca is a perfect choice. Joana is very responsive and helpful.

Perfect

Very nice and big villa with a lovely garden (lemon, almond, olive trees), a tenniscourt (equipment included), perfect pool! Two modern bathrooms with very good water-quality! Very good equipped kitchen. Nice terrace you can also use on rainy days. The only thing we missed were flyscreens. We travelled with our daughters (3 month snd 5y) - we thinktge house/garden will also work for all other constellations. You can see: we loved it! Thank you Joana for this house/garden!

Mixed experience

First with the positives - the villa and plot is beautiful, very well equipped with everything you will need, and the small issues we had were resolved very quickly. Alcudia old town is a short walk away and stunning with lots of places to eat. However, there are a number of dogs living on the neighbouring property which barked constantly in the evening and all through the night on a number of occasions. Outside the control of the property owner of course but not ideal when looking for relaxing evenings at the villa.

Great property

We had a fabulous time. The villa is perfectly located, about a 20 minute walk or a 5 minute drive to the old town. The grounds are lovely and the villa is great inside. I would advise booking restaurants in advance as they get full at popular eating times. My only observations are: I thought there could have been a few more basic things - coffee, sugars oil etc. The sun loungers are ok but maybe flat ones would be better. The day bed was ok but could have done with a cover. We asked for and received pool towels as they didn’t appear to be a standard item. I read about dogs barking in previous posts, dogs bark that’s what they do, it wasn’t a big deal. Security - again not a problem for us - lock the shutters and gate when you go out. We would definitely want to return!

Very highly recommended finca with all the amenities and total renovated!! Have a tennis course. All the house is renovated and now all is new and very cozy. Highly recommended the finca for the quality and price!! Sure, my family come back this summer!

Einfach toll! Ein wunderschönes und wirklich rießiges Anwesen. Man ist absolut ungestört, der Garten ist mit den vielen Oliven, Zitrus- und Granatapfelbäumen ein Traum.Es gibt so viele schöne Plätze zum sitzen und sonnenbaden. Die Terrasse liegt den ganzen Tag im Schatten wodurch man dort alle Mahlzeiten genießen kann Der große Pool ist ein Highlight, genauso wie der Tennisplatz.Alle Schlafzimmer und das große Wohnzimmer verfügen über eine Klimaanlage. Für uns war auch die Lage ein Highlight, da man in 10 min zu Fuß in der Altstadt von Alcudia ist. Zum Playa Muro fährt man mit dem Auto ca 10 Minuten.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich perfekt! Wir haben uns von Anfang an direkt wohlgefühlt und waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden. Auch die Kommunikation war super – freundlich, unkompliziert und zuverlässig.Ein kleiner Minuspunkt waren leider die Ameisen, mit denen man sich ein wenig arrangieren muss, da sie immer wieder ihren Weg in die Küche finden. Auch die Mücken waren abends teilweise recht lästig. Trotz Mückenstecker und Zitronella-Kerzen wurden wir leider ziemlich zerstochen.Abgesehen davon können wir die Unterkunft absolut weiterempfehlen und hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit!

Erstmal vorab die positiven Dinge, die Unterkunft liegt Central, mit dem Auto ist man innerhalb 7-10 Minuten am Hafen von Alcudia oder auch am Strand Playa de Muro. Das Grundstück ist riesig, von den Zitronenbäumen durften wir auch kosten. Leider ist die Villa an sich etwas herunter gekommen, sodass bei Anreise ein super unangenehmer Geruch im Haus war, der erst nach 2 Tagen verflog, nachdem wir dauerhaft die Klimaanlagen in Betrieb hatten.Die Küche war dafür gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht! Das Kochen in der Küche macht aber leider nur wenig Spaß, da sie total von Ameisen geplagt ist, sie krabbeln aus jeder kleinen Lücke in den Wänden heraus, laufen über die Arbeitsplatten, den Herd, Waschbecken, den ganzen Boden.Das größere Bad, das auch an einem der Schlafzimmer direkt angebunden ist, hatte leider eine defekte Toillettenspülung! Trotz Kommunikation und Lesebestätigung bei WhatsApp, nach informieren der Vermieterin, kam leider KEINE Rückmeldung und keine Reparatur.. was wir sehr schade fanden. Die riesige Terasse inklusive riesen Pool macht eine schöne Kulisse. Nur mussten wir da auch Abstriche machen,der Außenbereich ist Mücken geplagt, nach einem Abend waren alle komplett zerstochen.Den Pool haben wir leider auch wenig benutzt, tagsüber wird man von super vielen Wespen attackiert, die man alle paar Stunden herrausfischen muss. Das Poolwasser ist auch sehr warm(Wetter abhängig). Leider läuft die Pumpe nicht durchgehend, so dass sich Dreck sammelt.

Wir buchen schon seit Jahren Fincas auf Mallorca und diese war bisher die teuerste und auch leider die, mit dem schlechtesten Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Vorab das Gute. Die Betten war fest aber gut. Die Vermieter sind nette und freundliche Menschen. Oberflächlich gesehen war die Finca auch sauber. Im großen und ganzen gibt es aber viel, was besser sein müsste. Wir haben eine grössere Kaffeemaschine gewüscht, dieses wurde sofort besorgt. Es fehlten Sommenschirme, es dauerte 4 Tage für einen Schirm. Der Grillrost war durchgerostet, es gab nach 2-3 Tagen eine Übergangslösung, nach weiteren Tagen einen Neuen. Saubere Töpfe wären schön gewesen, rostige Terrassenstühle müssen ersetzt werden. Dinge, die eigentlich selbstverständlich sein sollten. Das schlimmste an diesen 2 Wochen war die Geruchsbelästigung. Nach 22 Uhr gab es einen penetranten Gestank nach Kloake, der in Wellen kam. Es war nicht möglich bei Nacht mit offenem Fenster zu schlafen. Alles im Allem nicht gepflegt und nicht zu empfehlen. Die vorherigen Bewertungen können wir nicht nachvollziehen.

Eine tolle Unterkunft, in der wir eine schöne Zeit hatten. Der Check in und Check out lief reibungslos.Leider gab es ein Problem mit Kellerasseln in der Wohnung, wenn es zu feucht war und wir hatten jeden Abend Stromausfall in den Schlafzimmern, weil die Sicherung raussprang.Die angekündigte Hilfe durch die Gastgeberin blieb jedoch aus. Die kommunizierte bis zum Ende unseres Aufenthalts nicht mehr mit uns. Das war sehr schade.Dafür war es dann ein bisschen teuer.

Alles bestens!Verbesserungswürdig: Geschirrtücher fehlen, es waren nur Frotteehandtücher in der Küche, ansonsten Kpche top ausgestattet.Wünschenswert wäre ebenso, wenn schon kein Wäsche- bzw.Bettwäschewechsel und Reinigung der Finca, dass Ersatzlaken/ Bettwäsche/ Bad- und Handtücher bereitgestellt werden. Badetücher konnten von uns gewaschen werden durch gute Planung, Bettwäsche wegen fehlender Aufhängemöglichleiten für 4 Personen schwierig.Ununterbrochenes Hundegebell in der nächsten Nähe erwähnenswert.Insgesamt dennoch tolle Finca, Umgebung, Strände, genialer Garten, Pool und überdachte große Terrasse. Gerne wieder!
