Gorgeous fifth floor 2 bed/2 bath beachfront unit---recent complete renovation. Enjoy the spectacular beach view overlooking the magnificent Gulf of Mexico. The sunsets are amazing!
We rent weekly from SATURDAY to SATURDAY. We kindly request a four guest limit.
Complimentary WiFi internet.
This unit comfortably accommodates four people. The Master Bedroom is equipped with a King size bed; Guest Bedroom has a Queen-size bed. Both bedrooms have private bathrooms/showers.
The condo unit is well stocked. The beach closet includes beach chairs, umbrellas, canopy, small cooler, beach wagon, and miscellaneous beach toys.
We are generally on the island. We have an on-island property manager to address any immediate condo issues, We want you to enjoy your stay on Marco Island to the fullest.

This condo was absolutely beautiful with great views the minute you walk into the door! Condo was super clean, master bedroom bed was very comfortable, with black out shades. I had to reach out only a couple of times and Mary was quick to respond. Everything was easy and relaxing. Loved my stay!

Peaceful Stay
This was our second visit to Sea Winds 505, and we cannot wait to return for another stay! We love this beautiful condo for its amazing view, furnishings, cleanliness, and location. The hosts are extremely attentive and helpful. We enjoyed seeing dolphins, manatees, burrowing owls, and sea turtle nests nearby.

Beautiful condo on the beach. A few steps to the beach. Chairs, umbrellas all ready for you to use. Easy communication with owners. Would definitely stay again.

This was our second stay in this condo. It’s a very nice, updated unit. The storage locker has everything you need for the beach. The owner is a pleasure to work with and quick to respond to any questions or concerns. We will definitely stay there again.

Perfect condo!
Perfect place for a small family vacation! The condo has everything you need to feel at home while away. The views of the ocean are fantastic. Easy access to beach with all the gear you could need provided. The host is the best and made sure our trip was amazing!

We LOVED this condo!
This will be where we stay from now on! Beautiful & functional layout. Great views and impeccably clean. The design/feel felt like home. Mary was wonderful with information and responding_best place we've stayed to date!

Beautiful ocean view. Loved easy access to beach.
Such a gorgeous view and unit had everything we needed. Loved the beach closet, too. Saw dolphins everyday which makes my heart sing!

Condo was fully updated, beach access very easy, all beach equipment needed is provided, communication with host was a breeze, would stay again in a heartbeat.
