Gorgeous fifth floor 2 bd/2 bath beachfront unit---extensive renovation just completed! Enjoy the spectacular beach view overlooking the magnificent Gulf of Mexico.

We rent weekly from SATURDAY to SATURDAY. We have a strict four guest limit. We do not allow additional visitors.

Complimentary WiFi internet.

This unit accommodates up to four people. The Master Bedroom is equipped with a King size bed; Guest Bedroom has a Queen-size bed. Both bedrooms have bathrooms ensuite, with showers.

The unit is well stocked and contains everything you would need, no matter how long you decide to stay. You will find an abundant supply of towels, bedding, dishes, pots, pans, and silverware as well as beach supplies such as beach towels, beach toys, cooler, and sunchairs.

We are generally on the island. No worries during your stay as we have an on-island property manager to address any immediate condo issues, if we are not. We want you to enjoy your stay on Marco Island to the fullest!☀️🌴☀️

Beautiful Condo!

This condo was decorated beautifully and had a wonderful layout. Even though the square footage is on the small side, our family of 4 had no trouble at all feeling right at home for our week long vacation. The kitchen had every amenity and the beach closet was a dream come true. No need to bring anything but clothes and a relaxed attitude. Communication with the owner was above and beyond! I’m be of the nicest property owners we have had the pleasure to work with! Don’t think twice about renting this dream property! There’ll be no regrets!

Perfect condo!

Perfect place for a small family vacation! The condo has everything you need to feel at home while away. The views of the ocean are fantastic. Easy access to beach with all the gear you could need provided. The host is the best and made sure our trip was amazing!

Want a gorgeous sunset? It’s yours! Want a great balcony with comfy furniture? Look no further! Want a comfy bed? All yours! Want an easy walk to beach? Yours too! Want coffee pods and sugar? Yep, it’s yours! Want great communication with host? You got it! I can’t say enough great things about this beautiful remodeled condo. This condo has everything you need, and things you normally don’t get that are the “little things” like enough toilet paper, laundry pods, dish soap, tons of towels and beach towels, all kinds of outdoor beach items! Thank you to the host for this amazing convenience!

Perfect beachfront condo in Marco Island

This lovely beachfront condo has an amazing view of the beach, and a very short walk. It has everything you would need for a 3-4 person stay at the beach-- beach towels, 2 umbrellas, beach chairs, a wagon for transport, a cooler, and toys! Pickleball paddles included if you wanna head to the courts on site. There's also a shared pool and jacuzzi on site. It also has an equipped kitchen with modern appliances and all the cooking dishes/utensils you would need as well as some seasonings and other basics. The freezer has an ice maker woohoo! There are a ton of games to play for days spent inside. The condo is close to many restaurants and stores in the area. The owners of this property really care about their space and their guests! We loved every minute and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a lovely affordable stay in Marco Island :)

This condo is exactly as described. It is gorgeous, clean and neat. There is a storage unit with plenty of beach toys. Great view and spectacular sunsets are an added bonus.

Wonderful condo with amazing beach view

We had an amazing stay at this condo and for sure would like to book again in the future. The property owner was very kind and responsive. Anything you could think of was available in this condo. The owners attention to detail was wonderful and it showed in our stay. Made it feel like home. Beautiful sunsets from the balcony as well!

What a great condo! Super clean and comfortable with spectacular views. We watched dolphins every morning and sunsets every evening. Perfect week on Marco Island.

Outstanding all around

The property is at a perfect location. Sunsets are amazing right from the balcony. The pool/hot tub area is well maintained and has plenty of seating. The condo had everything you could need and more. Mary, the owner, was quick to respond to questions and great to work with. We loved our stay and will be back.
