Beach front, beautiful sunsets from the balcony. Easy check in and out. Great location we've stayed in this building for years and it never disappoints.

The view of the golf was absolutely amazing from the 10th floor deck. The sunsets every evening were breathtaking! The two bedroom condo was perfect for our family of five. The host was amazing with communication. He made sure we had everything to go to the beach; chairs, umbrella, and a beach buggy. The local restaurants were great, many of them within walking distance, Pickleball and tennis courts on site as well as an inground pool and hot tub. We will definitely be returning!

Terrific stay! We loved the location right on the beach. We also appreciated all of the beach equipment provided - cart, umbrella, chairs, cooler, shovel, etc.The condo was a perfect size for our family of 4 (two kids ages 9 and 12). We would definitely stay again.

Great location

This place is located in a great location, perfect for seeing sunsets from your balcony, nice restaurant next door to walk over to, easy walk to the ocean from the condo building, quiet end of Collier Boulevard, nice pickeball/tennis courts.

Loved the view from the balcony. Kitchen was well equipped. Had an issue with the main light in kitchen daily but my husband was able to remedy. The elevators were not working for a day each.

Usually things run smoothly in the building, sorry you had a problem with the elevators. Looks like they were on top of the issue and had it fixed within the day.

Great Location!

Nick provided great communication and you cannot beat the location! Kitchen was well stocked and plenty of beach supplies in unit. Would highly recommend!

Location is Awesome

Nick was a good host and easy to reach with questions - like how do we work bedroom cable-etc. We have rented at this property before and loved the location & view!!!

Location was fantastic…the unit faced the Gulf with spectacular sunsets…the owner provided all beach equipment…the only negative and this had nothing to do with the owner, was that the entire 17 story building had two elevators and only one was working the whole time we were there. And we were on the 10th floor. We will definitely be back.

Nice place with amazing view.

We had an amazing time, nice apartment , it does need a little work but other than that we loved and enjoyed the place. Nick was very helpful and easy to communicate with. We are going back :)

Couple’s Getaway

Very well-equipped unit! Plenty of towels, sheets, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers. Beds were comfortable but I would suggest putting in a King. Great location and easy access to the beach which was fabulous. Pool area very nice. Overall a lovely place to stay.

Great place

Room has been updated, met the owner very nice. Great beach front view! Umbrellas would be nice at the pool! We saw dolphins every day. Shelling was great! Deb & Mark Definitely would stay there again!

Wonderful time!

We came to visit family & Nick’s condo was in an excellent spot. Can’t beat the beach, sunrise & sunsets in Marco. The condo showers were awesome & we had everything we needed as far as beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc. Also, having en-suite bathrooms was a huge plus. Overall a great time.

Great fall beach vacation

Condo was beautiful and clean. Kitchen was very well stocked. View from balcony was fabulous. We saw more dolphins on this visit to Marco than we ever had in the 10 years we’ve been coming to Marco. Nick was an excellent host.

Thanksgiving Vacation Paradise

This unit was perfect and everything the description said it was! This was our 3rd time staying at Sea Winds and first in this unit. The owner was very responsive thr couple times i reached out and was very accommodating when we arrived a few hours early and allowed us in with no issues. We will return again thank you!

10th year in Paradise!

This was our 10th summer coming down here. Marco never disappoints! Nick the condo owner is a great guy we needed a little assistance and he was immediately on top of it. This condo has plenty of beach gear and toys for the kids.

Great View

Very nice condo with a great view. We enjoyed being able to watch the sunset from the balcony or our bedroom. Both living room and bedroom have sliding glass doors to the balcony. The property is right on the beach, very short walk to the ocean.

Beautiful ocean view

We liked our stay in general but some details could be much better. Require please better cleaning service. Would be nice to have a little grill on the balcony if property policy allows. Thank you so much.

Really glad you enjoyed your stay and thanks for the feedback. Regarding putting a BBQ on the balcony, unfortunately the building does not allow this out of safety concerns. With the cleaning, usually this is not the case, not sure if something slipped by, but thanks for bringing it to my attention. I have passed on the message to my cleaning people so that they can be more attentive going forward.
