This beautiful villa is located in Pedregal area of Cabo San Lucas. The area is very secure and 5 minutes from Cabo San Lucas night life and marina. It is located on the Pacific side and is steps away of the private beach in Pedregal.

The villa offers 5 spacious bedrooms (all ensuites) and 7 bathrooms (one outside). On the property you will have access to a private pool and hot tub as well as a lap pool that's shared between 10 houses. It is there for your enjoyment should you feel energetic enough to do some laps and get some exercise during your vacation!

We take the utmost care to make sure the time you spend at Villa Ponticello is amazing.The manager will meet you upon arrival to ensure your check in is smooth. We can also offer daily maid service or the use of a chef for a small additional fee for either every day breakfast and lunch or just dinner. You tell us what works for you.

We are also here to assist you in arranging transportation, activities, groceries, meal options, etc.

We are here to make your vacation special so that you will want to come back and stay at Villa Ponticello again!

Loved the home and pool. Karime our cook made our trip and she was absolutely fabulous

The home and pool were amazing. Our cook, Karime, made our trip. Her cooking was fabulous and it was so relaxing not having to worry about cooking! Would definitely come back and stay again.

Exceeded Our Expectiations!

If you’re wondering if you should say here, let me help you, you definitely should! Chef Karime, manager Marco and wonderful Siri were an unexpected highlight to our stay in Cabo. They were extremely professional, sweet and welcoming. The service and attention they all provided was exceptional. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer, they pampered us from beginning to the very end. The house is beautiful and the sunrise/sunset views are breathtaking. This house is everything you want and more during your stay in Cabo.

Absolutely loved everything about this house!!

Our family and friends enjoyed this house tremendously. The owner was great with communication and made the rental process easy. We had many highlights, but I can’t say enough great things about Chef Karime and Siri. They made us feel at home and the meals were extraordinary!!! We are very thankful to all that made this vacation so memorable! We can’t wait to return to this lovely house in the near future!

Paradise!!! Amazing House! Magnificent Chef!!!

This property exceeded our expectations! I celebrated my 50th birthday with 10 of my girlfriends it was the perfect venue. The house is clean well maintained with excellent service. Kamine, the chef, is absolutely amazing she prepared delicious meals in addition to great snacks and treats. Everything we requested was at the house when we arrived. Karolina, the owner was so accommodating she arranged transportation to and from the airport for all 11 of us & answered all of our questions very quickly. The 5 suites was perfect to accommodate all of us! Pedregal beach was just right down the path from the house with amazing sunrises and sunsets! Taxi's came within 10 minutes anytime we wanted to go into town. It was nice to have both Karmine & Siri, the maid, at the house everyday it really made our stay wonderful. If you are looking for a place to go with a group you will not go wrong booking the Villa Monticello!!!

Stunning villa with the BEST chef!

My family and I stayed at Villa Ponticello in May of 2017. We were a group of 12 with ages ranging from 18months to 86 years old! This house was great for the entire family. With 5 bedrooms and a pull out couch for the kids, we had plenty of space. The house was super clean, had comfortable beds and was topped off with simply the best chef ever, Karime! She made sure all of our needs were met......from transportation, to grocery shopping, anything we needed was done! Her food was absolutely delicious! With picky young children, she even catered to them. We had a couple minor issues at the house that required tradespeople. Karime had them at the house the same day or next morning. Couldn't have asked for speedier service! Karime was so thoughtful with our children.....she bought them some bubbles to use and some treats to eat. She even baked cookies for the kids part way through our stay. We dined out once but decided it was far superior to stay in! Food is better made by Karime and less expensive! The maid service was excellent as well. They truly kept the house spotless! Fresh towels in bathrooms and poolside daily. Beds made, bathrooms cleaned etc. House is a 2 minute walk to a beautiful beach. (non swimming). The house has a nice pool with hot tub. Added bonus of being able to use the huge lap pool just across our own little bridge. The villa is located in Pedregal which is very quiet and safe. Gated community with security. Even with 12 people, everyone felt like they had their own space. A great layout for sure! Karolina, the property owner was great to deal with as well. All of our details from airport transportation, to grocery lists and menu planning were all taken care of ahead of time. Stress free vacation at it's finest! We can't wait to get back to Villa Ponticello one day. Highly recommend this property!

It's a dream!

Villa Ponticello was a perfect place to stay with our 2 families (10 people ranging in age from 15 - 50). The house is so beautiful and is very spacious so we could be together for meals but have plenty of space to spread out, The beach is closer than it might be in a resort and SO beautiful. You can't swim there but we were so close you could read or walk on the beach and be back for a swim in the pool in no time. It was simple enough to get cabs to town and we even walked a few times. Karime's food was outstanding and she took such care with making sure she accommodated the different needs of our group. We were spoiled! We had a fantastic week here and would most definitely come back again.

Stunning property

The property was absolutely beautiful. Pretty flowers everywhere and gorgeous views from the rooms. Exceeded our expectations. The property was extremely well maintained and very clean. Super close walk to the beach. Karime was a wonderful cook and very accommodating. We wouldn't change a thing about our stay. Cannot wait to stay there again. Thank you!!!

Fabulous accommodations, steps from a beautiful beach, exclusive neighborhood 10/10 experience

Five stars isn't enough for this place. I booked Ponticello over Thanksgiving weekend for a trip of 10 close friends. The home opens up to an expansive view of the exclusive Pedregal neighborhood with the Pacific Ocean in the background. The 5 bedrooms are all masters and offered air conditioning units so the house could be set to different temperatures. The private pool was kept at the perfect temperature and just what we needed for a refreshing dip. The house is a cheap and quick cab ride to the hustle and bustle of Cabo while being far enough away to not attract any of the negatives. The chef, Karime, was absolutely divine. She cooked our Thanksgiving dinner as well as our lunch and breakfast throughout. Having her really took our experience to the next level. The ceviche was one of the most delicious dips I've ever encountered. Every evening we came back to a beautifully cleaned place and a nice home cooked meal. This property is the real deal. Five star accommodations at a low price. I won't look anywhere else for my future stays in Cabo. Thanks Karolina and Karime for an estatic trip!

Amazing

This house is beautiful and the pictures do not do it justice. We had 8 people in our group and everyone was very comfortable with plenty of room and privacy for everyone. Karime's cooking was amazing!! Everything she made was to die for. If you want something particular just ask, she can do anything! The short walk to the beach and our own private pool were perfect. The distance to town was not to bad, we took taxis but could of easily rented a car as well. This is a very relaxing and safe place and we would highly recommend it. Thank you for everything.

Looking forward to our next visit!

We loved staying at Villa Ponticello. The chef, Karime, was fantastic. The maid service was wonderful. The proximity of the house to the beach was so convenient. We will definitely stay here again.

Great stay! Perfect house!!

We rented Villa Ponticello in January 2016. We had 5 couples, 2 toddlers and 3 babies with us. The house was more than enough. We were even able to put our 2 year old in the bathroom to sleep so she didn't wake our 3 month old. All the bedrooms except for one have floor to ceiling windows that slide open to give you that inside/outside feel. And it was very nice to have our own ensuites as well. The pool was a great size and it was awesome to have the hot tub. You are allowed to set your own pool temp so the kids never got cold as we were able to keep the pool nice and warm. Karime, the cook, is amazing at her job. She was very accommodating and cooked us anything we asked for. After a couple days we didn't even discuss the menu and let her decide what to cook. She even made special meals for the toddlers. They both loved her and gave her a big hug when we left. I suggest asking Karime to make a big bowl of pico de gallo and guac everyday and to buy a few frozen pizzas for the freezer for those late nights when you need a snack. We stay in high end vacation rentals often and this house was up to our standards. The pictures don't do it justice. We opened up our curtains to the sun shining in every morning, had coffee in bed and stared at the almost 180 degree view. It was amazing!! We would definitely stay again. Very reasonably priced for what you get. Oh and baby monitors work at the pool!!! Who hoo!!

amazing family vacation!!!

This trip was amazing thanks to Karolina and Karime! They made sure we were well taken care of and comfortable through out our trip. Can not thank them enough. The house was beautiful and very spacious. Loved the way the bedrooms were set up and spaced out, everyone had their own little space which was nice. We spend a lot of time around the pool, living room and kitchen. Karime was amazing! Everyone loved her food especially the fresh guacamole and pica di gallo everyday! She also helped us with any question we had about going out and how to get around and what places to check out. Pedregal beach is walking distance, would not recommend swimming there but definitely a beautiful place to relax and hang out. Can't wait to plan another trip back, looking forward to returning to this beautiful place.

Perfect Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Ponticello and wish we could have extended our trip beyond the 9 nights. Our group was a party of 10, with 5 couples. The layout of the bedrooms allowed for wonderful gathering spaces to get together as well as a lot of privacy when needed. All of the bedrooms are beautiful and have wonderful and large en suite bathrooms. Many rental homes are not suited to a group of couples, with only one master suite but Villa Ponticello has 5 master suites, 1 up and 4 down, by the pool and hot tub. The living spaces were very open, and the retracting glass windows brought inside and outside together beautifully. The villa is truly walking distance to the private Pedregal beach which we enjoyed walking every night. The highlight of our trip was meeting Karime, the major domo of Villa Ponticello and our chef. We have stayed in Pedregal on other occasions and have enjoyed great service before. But Karime was truly special. This was the first time that we had such attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and effective staff on hand to help us and cook for us every meal we desired. Any questions we had were answered promptly and completely, any minor issue was addressed immediately. We really enjoyed having Karime around! We would definitely stay here again and enjoyed the experience. Overall the finishes and furniture in this villa were very nice and the pictures really didn't do it justice. It is incredibly comfortable and certainly met our high standards. Overall, a great villa that is very well-priced. You get more than what you pay for at Villa Ponticello.

Great location; family friendly

We went with two other families; each family having children that were roughly 1 and 3 years old. The villa owner was very accommodating, providing high chairs, and pack-n-plays. The chef (Karime's) cooking was amazing; we are sure she was sprinkling pixie dust over all the meals. Tip: ask Karime to make her basil chicken; it sounds so simple, but was ridiculously good (as were the fajitas, huevos rancheros, french toast, etc.). Our housekeeper was great as well; not just cleaning, but taking the time to play with the kids as well. It was really nice having a plunge pool (total depth being a bit less than 5 feet), with a larger lap pool just beyond the property walls. The beach was less than 5 minutes away (at toddler speed), and was huge and for the most part deserted. The beach had a couple of palm trees which provided a bit of shade, but otherwise, was shade free. Also, the beach was not swimmable due to a pretty nasty shorebreak. For those with young kids, there is also a small backyard-style playset near the beach.

Entire family of parents, kids and grandkids

This is a top shelf operation! The owner, the chef and maid and everything about this place was classy. We enjoyed both being at the house and being relatively close to the town and marina. We had a minor problem early in our stay with the refrigerator and it was addressed and fixed immediately. Because of its location in Pedregal and the expensive cab fares, we rented 2 vehicles. I highly recommend doing that. Rent this place...you won't be disappointed.

Fantastic home, excellent accommodations, even better chef and friend!

We first planned to visit Villa Ponticello in October 2014 when disaster struck Los Cabos with Hurricane Odile. We would like to start by thanking Karolina for all of the emails and phone calls, and accommodating our group of 10 forced to cancel travel. We were able to pick a new week, and always felt our full payment was safe. The villa is amazing, tucked in the very back of Pedregal. Very private, with great views of the community's hillside, palm trees, and Pacific Ocean. Two minute walk to the ocean makes the location perfect. We were able to park three cars, one in the garage, and one in each driveway on either side of the front door. Every room is fantastic. Very large, very comfortable, with all the accommodations of a fine hotel. A/C throughout kept us comfortable. Plenty of seating in common areas as well as the dining room. We were able to dine as a group for every meal. The highlight for all of us was of course Karime, our major domo, chef, and now amiga. She is such a beautiful person with a beautiful family she spoke of often (we got to meet her daughter and youngest son on the last days), and a master when it comes to preparing truly authentic dishes. There was never anything missing from any meal. Always an array of fresh fruit, different styles of beans, crema, tortillas, salsas - amazing. She, too, was extremely accommodating to all needs and desires of the group. Mike allergic to strawberries? Those didn't make it into the mixed fruit anymore. Tina has a sunburn? Karime heads outside with a chefs knife and harvests an aloe leaf, prepares it, throws it in the blender, and when we returned to the villa, found a water bottle full of fresh Aloe with a note and smiley face with Tina's name on it - you don't get that at a Best Western! Such a great trip, thanks in large part, again, to the people of Cabo San Lucas, a great villa, and a fantastic ownership group. Thanks, Karolina!

Perfect Getaway

We absolutely loved the house and the food was delicious. Our chef was caring and attentive. The house was beautifully maintained and clean. Owner was very helpful and flexible with our needs. Beautiful neighborhood. Wonderful views. I am already planning to go back.
