Stay near the village (50 steps to the Gondola and the Village) at half the cost with twice the space......minus the noise!
Remodeled 3 bedrooms plus enclosed extra TV room, 4 bathrooms, 3 flat screen TV's, granite kitchen, washer/dryer, 2 decks one of the living with BBQ and one of the master bedroom, 2 ski-lockers assigned to our unit on the entry level of our building, etc... and underground parking.
P.S. I WILL NEVER ASK YOU TO WIRE MONEY, I ONLY USE VRBO'S RESERVATION MANAGER WHERE YOU CAN PAY SECURELY WITH A CREDIT CARD.

Amazing location near the Village

Wonderful spot. Layout a bit quirky but you can’t complain about how convenient parking and walk to the village is one bit! Communication was great, Fireside is the best!

Best spot in mammoth

We’ve stayed at this location the last 7 times. Love everything about this condo and space. Indoor pool and game room are a plus. Host Carine is so sweet to work with. Close to everything in mammoth. Cant wait to come back!

Great condo steps to the village

The condo is great for a large family or group. Very well stocked and steps to the village and gondola! I’ve been coming to Mammoth for 50 years and stayed in many rentals. It’s a condo I’d book again.

Cozy little cabin. Plenty of room for 10+

Amazing location. Very clean and comfortable property. Managers are very responsive and helpful! My only warning with this property is that It does not fully fit 15 adults. Yes there are beds for 15, but those 2 beds under the bunks have no room to go anywhere if there are adults sleeping up there. I would say this place comfortably fits 12 adults. Would not recommend going past that

we booked this for a group of runners and it was very convenient for all of the weekend activities happening in the village plaza, restaurants for dinning, and town trolley to access the lakes basin and grocery stores. everyone had a great time

Amazing condo

We stay here every summer and it’s the perfect location. We love the game room, it has pool, ping pong and foosball tables. The condo is equipped w/ everything you need from dishes to extra blankets. Can’t recommend this spot more! Thank you for always having us!

Nice condo in the middle of the village Right down the street from restaurants and shops Also the village gondola is right there It’s a lovely property Nice little deck to have coffee on Nice kitchen Parking is great too We really enjoyed our stay Only issue was the noise of construction across the street No one’s fault really They have to build at some time It was just noisy in the mornings

Great location it is walking distance to the Brewery and the Village. Place is spacious plenty of space for our family. The stairs are vary narrow (3 level staircase). Perhaps purchasing some non-stick pans for cooking would be helpful. We were not able to park in the unloading area we had to park in the street and on the sidewalk. The two trucks remains parked there during our stay and after checking out. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

Holy Snow

This property was perfect for our ski team. We were here for a competition, and the location of this property was perfectly located for access to the mountain, and transportation to everything in Mammoth. The place was well taken care of, and the host was very responsive. We received about 10 feet of snow during the week, and I was always amazed that the walkways were always cleared. Big props to the snow removal teams here.

Great location, good condo, mediocre building

I'm going to provide my objective assessment of this condo. Two families (4 adults + 5 kids) stayed for 3 nights with a relatively high total cost per night. I think cost is very important when considering reviews but VRBO does not allow us to discuss price in reviews. GREAT: 1. Location. It's right in the village, no need to drive. Easy walking everywhere. 2. Parking. There are two easy underground parking spots. During the blizzard, our car stayed nice and snow free. 3. Bathrooms were nicely remodeled. Both functional and clean. Happy about this. OK. 1. The interior of the condo is in general Ok. Not great, not terrible. 2. To access the garage or the pool you need to go outside. This is in general not an issue but during a blizzard it is rather inconvenient. You can't unload groceries from the garage easily. Need to park in the loading area, unload, then return to park in garage, then walk back. Mediocre or worse. 1. The spiral stairway is dangerous for basically anyone, any time. The kids were ironically most comfortable versus the larger grown ups who had a hard time navigating the stairs. If you're overweight or have any difficulty with balance, forget this place. 2. The building itself has not seen an update since who knows when. It was very dimly lit, dingy, and old. 3. Furniture in the unit. I understand that rental units get beat up a lot from wear and tear. We've stayed at a lot of places and some have comfortable furniture while others don't. The couch in this unit was unusable for us. The back is basically at a 90-degree angle to the seat and was just painful to use. Every adult left with some sort of ache or pain after a couple of days here either from the uncomfortable seating or uncomfortable beds. Conclusion: Would I stay here again? No. Not at this price point. We've stayed at many other locations in Mammoth for a lot less but we had to drive to the mountain or village to access the gonodola. And when it blizarded, we had to dig out our cars.

Ski vacay

The location of the property can’t be beat. Very roomy and loved the amount of bedrooms and bathrooms. Great amount of space for five of us. My only issues were the stairs (very narrow 3 level staircase —would not be good for young kids or elderly) and the heating options were not optimal. Room heaters, not central heat, and didn’t work as well. But overall enjoyed the condo and would recommend.

Great Location

We stayed at this property over MLK weekend. This property is in a great location next to the village. The property is spread out over three levels. Two bedrooms on the first level, living room on the second and bunk room and tv room on the third. This property is great for a multi family trip.

Mammoth ski trip

Perfect spot for a group to stay for a ski trip! Steps away from the gondala made the mountain super accessible and plenty of space for people.

Our family lives in Carlsbad, San Diego. We have gone skiing to Mammoth Lakes for the last 20 years. We stayed in a wild variety of condos, some better than others. We now own our own condo and remodeled it to a high standard so that our guests can have a very pleasant stay and will come back year after year. We try to keep our prices competitive (about half of what the village charges for their condos) and do regular updates and maintenance, remodels to keep up with the latest trends.

Both my husband and myself love to ski in the winter and fish, mountain bike and hike in the summer. Our two boys (23 and 24 years old) have inherited our passion for the mountains. In buying this condo, we have created the best memories and have had so many fun times with friends and family. It really is a second home to us. We plan to keep it forever so hopefully, one day, our grandchildren will become part of the tradition as well.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

We love the fact that our condo is literally less than a 1 minute walk to the village gondola. Once our cars are parked in the underground heated parking garage, there is no need to take them out again for the rest of the trip. You can walk to the gondola, and walk to the different restaurants and shops in the village. We also love how big our condo is, 3 bedrooms and an enclosed loft with 4 bathrooms spread out over 3 levels makes it very comfortable for a big group of friends or families to gather but also to have and enjoy our privacy. We just upgraded our condo again with new furniture and 3 brand new flat screen TVs, new deck furniture. And, after a full day on the mountain, and perhaps some sledding just across from our condo on the hillside below the Westin, the heated pool and Jacuzzi are just what is needed.
