Completed in December 2013, features include- open floor plan, large first floor master suite and additional guest room on the first floor. Three bedrooms, two full baths and a large loft area complete the second floor. Three smart screen TVs, built-in Bose speaker system and beautiful furnishings throughout compliment this home. Backyard features a wonderful view of the pond and fountain.

Great property!

We had a fantastic stay. Beautiful well-equipped home and the owners were wonderful to deal with. Comfortable beds, lots of games for the kids and everything we needed for cooking and grilling.

Great two week stay in Ocean View

The villa is very clean and is well maintained. The kitchen is well equipped, the furniture is comfortable, and the a/c works well even when it got very hot. The wifi is good and there are numerous spots for people to work remotely. The hosts even generously provided plenty of bath and beach towels, many folding beach chairs, several bikes, and even a beach umbrella. The location of this house in the complex is ideal - a five minute walk to the gym, indoor court for pickleball, and one of the pools. The hosts were very friendly and quick to respond to our questions and requests. I would highly recommend this villa.

We loved the family friendly vacation home - it was the perfect space for my 3 children, our significant others and two grandchildren! I selected the house based on the swimming pools and they did not disappoint especially in the 100 degree heat. We had all our meals at the house. and enjoyed cooking on the big grill. The home owners left gifts for the grandchildren and s'more ingredients to use at the neighborhood fire pit which we all enjoyed. We all rode bikes around the beautiful development. Our crab feast on the back deck wont be forgotten.

Perfect for a family vacation.

We enjoyed our stay here so much. We had a few small issues, but the host dealt with them as soon as he was made aware. Having linens and towels available was wonderful and they even left a treat for our teens. Hope to be back again.

Friends and Family stayed at this beautiful house for 4 nights. Very clean, very roomy! Had everything it advertised. Quick and responsive hosts. Community was very convenient. Pools were clean and not crazy busy. Teens had bikes to go out on their own to go to the pool, play basketball, play pickleball and go to the arcade. Was a blast! No issues at all.

My wife and I purchased this villa to enjoy time away with our family at the Delaware beach. Bay Forest offers the opportunity to engage in many great activities-from hiking or biking along beautiful trails that run throughout the community, to swimming in the lap pool or floating down the lazy river. The community has tennis courts, a state of the art fitness center and a restaurant that provides pool side delivery of drinks and meals.
My family particularly enjoys spending time around the community outdoor fire-pit on nice summer nights. A second community pool and club house will be open for the 2018 summer season! Although we are only a few short miles from Bethany Beach, the convenient shuttle service to the beach allows us to not worry about searching for a parking spot or paying the parking meters.
