The amenities of the resort feature five (5) pools, 2 indoor heated pools, 2 hot tubs, 2 hard surface tennis courts, beach services, movie theater and game room. EXCELLENT LOCATION AND SERVICES. Needs detail cleaning / housekeeping. restroom with mold under mat dirty sofas on living room very uncomfortable mattress on main room

Booking was easy. The condo was adequate. Cooperation from the staff at GETAWAYS was fantastic. As I was leaving, I left my phone charger and did not realize it until later. We called and the staff gave us a one-time code to re-enter the condo. A worker was there, cleaning the room. I announced my presence and told him why I was there. He knew exactly where my charger was and handed it to me. That impressed me. Usually I would have to jump through bureaucratic hoops to get my charger back, to the point that it would be easier to buy another. The Security staff at Majestic was also very nice. Of course we love the facility. Our church (Intercontinental Church of God) has been using it for three years, maybe more, for our annual Festival observance. Other branches of the Church of God also meet in Panama City Beach, to the extent that there are actually several thousand people meeting there at the same time.

Great communication and condo ! Majestic is slacking in pool maintenance! Need separate reviews!

We had a great stay property was clean and as described! I would make a couple of upgrades if it was my property one being the queen bed needs a new mattress it creaks and is worn makes you roll to the middle , toaster was broken but was able to make toast in oven and the television in the master needs updated so you are able to watch streaming channels especially if you have young kids our 3 year old grandson could not watch his favorite shows in bedroom (that’s how we get him to nap) he was able to watch in living room but would have been nice to put him down for nap in bedroom. I did not report the toaster broken I am sure they would have taken care of it no problem but it wasn’t a big issue.Would not prevent me for staying again but might make me chose another property first if the reviews were excellent.Just my honest opinion. Communication was excellent great property management. I had trouble getting into the room not understanding on my end and they immediately responded to make sure we got in the room .Overall loved our stay at Majestic as always and would definitely choose Panhandle Getaway properties again because of the communication and condo cleanliness. Majestic is slacking I was disappointed in the kiddie pool the skimmer had trash it on day I had to ask for it to be emptied and it needed a good cleaning. They did immediately empty but did not clean it made me wary of using pool and hot tub. Still hate the check in process for a cart BYO wagon if possible.

Overall decent place to stay

It had plenty of room and the property was nice but most of the included amenities were unavailable during our stay. It listed 5 pools, but one of them was under maintenance most of the week, the movie theater was not open due to technical difficulties. It also listed a pool side bar but it was only open on Friday which was that last day of our trip. We had an issue with the shower In the master bedroom, while trying to rinse my son off the water temperature became scolding hot and would not change no matter which way you turned the knob. Ultimately we had a good time but I don't think I would stay there again.

Broken items, maintenance needed

There were several items broken when we arrived and we had to arrange our stay for maintenance to fix. Worst condo we've stayed in.

Wouldn't come back to the property

Loved the beach access! The average wait of 12 mins for the elevator throughout the entire stay was very inconvenient, especially since this condo is on the 23rd floor. The condo itself was in poor condition. The furniture was in bad shape, including the bunk beds which I did not allow the kids to sleep on, for safety reasons. Master bed was very uncomfortable and noisy. The shower dripped constantly and the outside hallway light was right by our bedroom window, both; making it hard to sleep. Also found bug in the bed and hair in the shower. Will not venture back to Majestic Beach towers...
