Nice and quiet. Clean and neat. Easy access to the plaza. Rick was friendly and helpful. Only got hit with one acorn!

Rick and Monica who now manage the property were great hosts and very helpful. Rick went out of his way to make sure we had sheets for the pack and play for our baby girl. Communication was excellent. For how old the cottage is it functioned great and you can’t beat the location. It does get a little warm in the middle of the day but the AC unit inside cools things down quickly. Would absolutely stay here again.

This little cottage was perfect for our wine country adventures. Rick is a great host and full of local information. You can’t beat the location, just a couple blocks from Sonoma plaza. We were able to walk to some great restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. I’d stay here again if I’m back in the area!

We had a fantastic stay at this VRBO! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was the best! The hosts were great - although we never got a chance to say hello. The cottage was great and the location made for easy walking to dinner and town area. We enjoyed the stay very much.
