The house is perfect for a family gathering. The pool and spa were very inviting especially for young kids. Great for relaxing after a day at the beach. There were board games and other toys as well which were a pleasant surprise. The location was close to restaurants and a grocery store making it easy to cook meals or go out. The beds were quite comfortable. It was also very nice having all the beach accessories (like chairs, toys and snorkel masks) so we didn't have to rent any equipment. Additionally the host was very responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay!

Brandy was a very communitive and excellent host! The Home had everything we needed and although the weather wasn't great while we were there the pool and hot tub was a blessing for the kids and adults.

We had a great stay with friends. Every couple had their own room. The house is stocked with all the equipment needed for a wonder beach adventure. And the pool? Perfect for crashing after a hard day at play. Brandy is an amazing host. Thank you, Brandy.

We had a wonderful stay in this house, everything was just as described. The house was clean and well stocked. The backyard had a lovely sitting area and the pool and Jacuzzi were incredible. Great location close to grocery store, walking trails and the beach.

Beautiful home!

We loved the location and the house/pool were beautiful. It was easy to walk to Princeville shopping center and a quick drive to the beach and Hanalei.

Best location in Princeville!

Well cared for property with excellent layout and fabulous pool! Close to shopping, hiking and great swimming, boogie boarding and snorkeling beaches. We will definitely rent this property again.

Incredible home and host. 8 of us stayed here for 10 days and everyone loved the accommodations. Well equipped from the kitchen to the game room and beach supplies. Dedicated bathrooms for each bedroom was a huge perk. Pool and hot tub were a favorite for all of us. Location is fantastic - walking distance to Princeville shopping center, quick drive to Hanalei and many other prime Kaua’i destinations. Brandy was responsive and extremely helpful. Highly recommend and we hope to come back some day!

Lovely location

House was great for our group of 10! Plenty of space so we didn’t feel cramped l, comfy beds and bathrooms which is a huge plus when managing so many people in one house.

Fantastic Princeville Stay

Our family loved our stay here. The house was clean, well-stocked, and allowed us enough space to spread out and relax. We came from a resort in Oahu, and the kids loved playing in the pool. There were plenty of fans to keep the house cool and comfortable. Check-in instructions were easy, and response times were speedy. I highly recommend!

Slice of paradise

Host was extremely helpful and responsive to our questions about the area. The property is perfect for a large group of family and friends. Kitchen is well equipped, more towels than you need, and everything you would need for a trip to the beach!
