Located in Myrtle Beach and in the Ocean One Resort, this is one of the newest building in Myrtle Beach with ultra-modern decorations and new LCD TV's, along with newly hardwood tiled floors throughout living area, kitchen, and newly tiled bathroom! New full-sized Samsung refrigerator, Bosch dishwasher, new microwave, and glass top 4 burner stove included in the beachfront condo. Two Queen Beds and one murphy bed is ready for your entire family! The bathroom features a spa garden tub with jets. Heated pools and private ocean balcony along with lazy river and hot tubs!

Conveniently located and within steps of the NEW Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and just one block away from Family Kingdom Amusement Park and the 2nd Avenue Fishing Pier. Lovely Stay

The view from the balcony was gorgeous. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony, having a drink and watching the ocean. Well be coming back again in the future.

Winter Getaway

Perfect location, nice modern condo. I must say that the shower water pressure was the best. Comfortable beds and overall great for our stay! The management company was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Just ok.

The pros: The view from this property is amazing! Enjoyed coffee on the balcony every morning. Great location and close to every thing. The cons; the Vrbo is certainly not new as listed…is this just new to Vrbo? Maybe a misunderstanding there. The Vrbo was adequate but, Could use a little TLC. The resort itself is dirty with only one cleaning of the pools in the am…trash, hair and scum on water build up throughout the day with no attempt to clean. We really did not feel comfortable going in the pools.

This was exactly as described and the balcony is huge! The beds were very comfortable. It’s perfect for a couple, but I wouldn’t try to squeeze too many guests in!

Perfect beach vacation

We loved everything about this condo and the Ocean's One resort! Clean, modern, and comfortable. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 4 kids to sleep and relax. The washer and dryer in suite is a great amenity when you have a whole family's worth of wet beach towels and swimsuits to deal with. The heated indoor and outdoor pools were absolutely wonderful, even at the end of Sept. We will definitely look forward to staying here again!

Long weekend trip

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was as described and the owners/management were easy to contact. The property was close to everything and we were able to walk to most things. We hope to return later on this Summer and enjoy a longer stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property.We had a great oceanfront view, and it was very spacious. The condo had everything you would need for a vacation.What we liked most was the owner calling shortly after our arrival to make sure we were pleased and to see if we needed anything.We would definitely stay here again!

My 6 nights at ocean one resorts was great the room was very clean and comfortable, I like that it had a washer and dryer in the condo did not have to carry soiled clothes back home we had plenty of ice and was not disturbed by anyone having to check on things.

Good location. Easy to get to beach and restaurants.

Overall pretty good except one morning we had an alarm at 5 a.m. and didn’t know what to do. The next early morning we had neighbors who were arguing very loud and then one of them pounded on the door. Also some of the paperwork we felt was unnecessary.

Short stay myrtle beach

Easy rental, good location and comfortable. I gave it 4 stars for cleanliness because we found dirty underware in corner of living room. I hope the cleaners will do better next time. It would also be nice to have a little more light in the bedroom. Also to have some towels that we could use outside of the unit. We didn’t pack beach towels in our bags so we’re not able to use the pool or the hot tub.

Nice condo. Everything needed was available. Pools were nice and there was plenty of seating. The only issue we had was the noise of the motorcycles and muscle cars. Very loud. Friday night a new group of bikers arrived and took over the pool area and hallways. Loud music and noise in the hallways. Actually had a group knock on our door twice at 4 am and woke us up multiple times during the night

This unit has granite counter tops, a full sized refrigerator, LCD TV, and beachfront views. Great location to entertainment in the surrounding areas! Great Pool area and views that are simply breathtaking!
