Whether you prefer casting a line from your boat or relaxing onshore, Bay Watch delivers. Tie up at the private dock (boat lift not available), cast off from the nearby community fishing pier, or enjoy a peaceful evening under the stars with the canal’s above-water fishing spotlight. This location also provides the perfect spot for kayaking and even swimming right off the dock.

Soak up the sun or kick back in the shade on the spacious wraparound deck, where island breezes and stunning canal views—including those signature Galveston sunsets—set the scene for pure relaxation. The deck’s open area is great for sunbathing, while the covered section provides a cool retreat.

Inside, this charming 1,147 sq ft home features a cheerful, open-concept living and kitchen area with beachy décor and plenty of natural light. The primary bedroom has a king bed and private bathroom, while two guest rooms (one with a queen bed, the other with a pyramid bunk) provide comfort and flexibility for families or small groups. A wheelchair ramp offers easier access to the main level (not ADA compliant).

Bring your pups along too—Bay Watch welcomes up to two dogs (combined 50 lb. max) with a $100 non-refundable fee per pet. Please note, no puppies under one year old.

Located just 2 minutes from the beach, and a short drive to Galveston’s top attractions like Moody Gardens, Schlitterbahn, and the Historic Strand District, Bay Watch also offers access to Sea Isle’s amenities: a community pool (with $100 pass), park, tennis courts, restaurant, and bait shop.

The Sea Isle Pool is open from Memorial Day thru Labor Day. Guests must call Sea Isle HOA at 409-737-2438 to obtain pool passes. The pool passes are 10 for $100. They are open Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm.
