Great location right between the Seawall and Surfside.Loved all of the amenities and toys.Caught many species of fish right off the dock.Would definitely stay here again.

The property was beautiful and we loved the neighborhood. My family was comfortable the entire stay. Host was very responsive and patient as this was our first time renting a VRBO. We would come back in a heartbeat.

Excellent Property

The house was very nice and loved tge split floor plan. It was very clean and had everything we needed. Loved the location and it was definetly a plus having the paddle boat and golf cart. We contacted the property owner about an issue wirh the toliet leaking and they responded quickly and took care of it.

We had a great time! The location was perfect! All the water toys & golf cart included made our stay much more enjoyable. The house itself gave off a nice vibe inside...great layout! Although the balcony around top was very narrow, the bottom sitting area made up for it. We are big time grillers while on vacation, so it was a bit of disappointment after seeing the grill...it looked as though it was well used and not cleaned afterwards. So unfortunately for us with this stay, no grilling outside. The laundry room was downstairs...outside in the storage area...so wasn't a fan of that. But overall we enjoyed our stay here!

There was no pool at this property not sure why a rating was required, there is a community pool but we did not use it so I cannot tell you how it was. The amenities were great, grills needed cleaning and/or grate replacement. House was as described just wouldn’t put more than 4 maybe 5 adults in it, extra kids would be fine. We did overall thoroughly enjoy our stay! Thank you!

The location was as expected. The house is older and needs some maintenance. We did get the golf cart out but it broke down on my adult kids, thankfully my husband is a mechanic and found the cables were loose and fixed it. Just regular maintenance needed, otherwise it was a good stay and we had a great weekend celebrating my husbands birthday and our daughters graduation from UTMB as a DPT!!58

The property had great amenities to use. The golf cart made things easy to get around quickly. The pedal boat, kayaks, stand up boat and crab traps made for the fun on the water. Location was good. Only draw backs were for the price point. Instructions could have been a bit clearer. Numbers were left off of the access code to the house so the host had to be contacted for entrance. There were no instructions on how to lock the keypad so we had to figure it out on our own. Several boards on the deck around the house need repair. The grass was not cut prior to our arrival and actually showed up one morning during our stay. Overall, I would rent the property again I would rent the property again. Just would suggest these few improvements made for the price point
