This was one of the best furnished/ stocked rentals I have been to. the property was very clean and the linens were too quality. The property was wonderful we loved being able to fish in our own back yard. All the extra things left by the property managementcompany were very appreciated I will definitelyrent from them again! The hot tub was a great addition my daughter loved our stay.

Great for my fur baby, fenced in yard! but the goat head stickers are rough on paws and grandkids feet in the grassy area where she needed to use the restroom! Kitchen was pretty well equipped, a couple of mixing bowls would be nice! Plus the listing said gas grill but was charcoal so had to go purchase items to grill! But overall great place and location!

We're delighted you had a 5-star experience and your fur baby loved this home's bayside fenced yard! We do treat this yard for sand burrs, but perhaps it needs another treatment. We agree, while common on the coast, they are no fun to step on-ouch. We're glad the kitchen worked out so well for you and will pass along your feedback on the mixing bowl recommendation. Regarding the grill type, we are a bit perplexed, we actually have charcoal grill specified in the listing description and the inventory list we share before your arrival. Perhaps you missed that or read something on another listing indicating propane? Regardless, we hope you enjoyed your grilling time. Thank you for allowing our 979 Crew to host your stay! This property gave us all the things we needed to have a wonderful Birthday for my Daughter. Very nice accommodations and amenities are all near to the home. We appreciate all the preparation on the host behalf. We will definitely refer to our friends and we hope to we you soon also.

Everything was wonderful - the house has plenty of space - the kitchen could use some storage containers for leftovers, but not a deal breaker. The driveway had plenty of space for our truck and golf cart, and room to move around. We like that it was completely fenced. It would have been great to have a small table or something to put our fishing gear on, but we made it work. There is no green light at this house, but the neighbors have one, so you still get fish in the canal. This is the 2nd time we've stayed with 979 and have always had a great experience.

Great stay!

We wanted a short getaway after Christmas and this was perfect for four adults and two small dogs. We really enjoyed the porch upstairs - our weather was great also! We even did some fishing from the downstairs deck which was very nice also. We recommend and would stay there again!!

Wonderful place

Quiet end of the canal

Great place to relax recharge and unwind. Beds and bedding are hotel quality as advertised. Family room is comfortable, outdoor patio has plenty of seating and kitchen stocked enough to accommodate meals. Caught fish and crabs from the dock for a wonderful dinner.

Great place to stay

The house was just as pictured and had plenty of room for our family. The beds were comfortable and we had zero issues with the accommodations. We didn’t cook, we opted to go to the West Marina, which had good food. We came down with friends and enjoyed the peace and quiet of the neighborhood. The beach was nice and not very crowded even for Spring Break week, which was a very nice surprise. We would definitely stay here again.

Great time on the canal!

We loved our home away from home. The customer service was amazing!!! All of our check in and questions were answered immediately. The home was comfortable, clean, and a great size for our family. The kids loved fishing off the deck. Until next time!!

As for the AC, while it is quite hot on the island right now, we haven't had any other guests mention that room being particularly warm. Perhaps the blinds may have benefitted from being closed or the vent got closed for some reason? Regardless, we're sorry you were a bit warm and will check things out.
