Magical getaway amidst stunning scenery

Andalusian Paradise

A truly magical location in the andalusian countryside. Very extensive grounds, very comfortable accommodation, great amenities, ideal for a big group, cant wait to come back. Was perfect for celebration of our mothers 90th birthday.

We had a wonderful stay! The villa and grounds are beautiful with amazing views. The pool was open and lovely to relax by. We really enjoyed being in a secluded area but close to the coast and the beautiful town of Jimena de la Frontera. Also a good centralized location for day trips to other historic whitewash towns. I would highly recommend having the chef, it made meals so much easier and the food was incredibly delicious. Two of my favorite things were tea on the patio in the morning looking out into the mountains and sunset dinners prepared by the chef made with beautiful Andalucian food and sharing those meals with my beloved friends/family. Staying at the villa made my birthday exceptionally memorable. It is a very special place that welcomes you to slow down, embrace the culture, spend quality time with your loved ones, and enjoy the moment. Thank you to Viveca and her team that made it all possible.

Great Mansion.

Everything was super! Only thing, it was probably a bit longer drive to Sotagrande than 20 min. However, beautiful scenery, so it was ok.

Magical Villa

We had a great stay here. I travel a lot with my work colleagues & we normally stay in Villas for the last 10 years. This perhaps was the best place we ever stayed. Secluded, tranquil, great facilities & easy process. Viveca & the team were very helpful. Check in process was so easy with us arriving & the Villa ready for us & no boring paperwork or anything else needed. It was having a piece on Andalusia just for ourselves.

Stay put, no need to go out.

This is a stunning large Spanish farm house, with all the mod cons and some wonderful furnishings and décor. Sleeps masses, is beautifully kept both inside and out. We were 16 Grandparents, children and Grand children. The Gardens are superb and there is a well kept and beautiful swimming pool. Wonderful views the whole way around, in the middle of no where. Whats not to like. Great host and gardener on site. Big thumbs up, we loved it.

Autumn family gathering in Andalucian county estate house

The property has lots of character and was situated in a lovely rural setting in the Andalucia hills and with lovely well kept grounds and a super large swimming pool. It had good accommodation for a large family or group and the kitchen was spacious and very well equipped. Some of the internal decor was a bit tired but then suited for young children allowing less fear of spoiling furnishings etc. Heating for the pool would be a bonus for the autumn/winter months. Wasps were rather prevalent under the fruiting palm tree near the pool during our end of October stay. Over all a lovely family holiday away from the crowds.

So glad Malcolm that you enjoyed your stay! Wasps are inevitable around pools in the country side in the dry season I'm afraid, they often have their nests far away and come to drink. Good idea about the pool heating, we'll look into it! And we've been doing renovation work on the interior of our large house every year and will continue to do so to keep everything in perfect order for our guests. Hopefully you can come back again in the future!

Fantastic holiday

We had a great stay. We were a family of 18 ranging from age 4 to 65. The location is stunning and the house and grounds are beautiful. There was a gardener / handy person who was very lovely and was there all the time we stayed so any questions we had or things that needed sorting were done immediately . The house had everything we needed. The pool was great - big enough for all of us to generally mess around in and warm at the end of May for swimming . The immediate environment is absolutely beautiful and there are great surrounding places to visit. It’s worth being aware that drive to the beach and large supermarket is about half an hour so make the most of it when you go! Although you can pick up smaller shops form the local area . We would definitely return for further family celebrations. Thankyou for a great stay

Spectacular property in the hills

This very spacious property is set in some amazing scenery and has spectacular sunsets. The BBQ area and terrace are perfect for watching the sun setting over the hills.The nearby town of Jimena de la Frontera has everything you might need, Eroski supermarket is well stocked with fresh bread. The town has a number of restaurants and bars.Sotogrande is 30 mins drive away. The marina is pretty but full of well-heeled expats and rudely expensive. Go a few minutes up the coast to Playa Guadiaro. Much nicer vibe.The house itself is vast. The kitchen is well equipped with two wine fridges, plenty fridge/freezer space and has two washing machines and dryers for long stays.It has a barista style coffee machine that uses ground coffee. It was fiddly to get working. A capsule type coffee machine would be a good addition for those without any patience for their coffee in the morning! Nice bedrooms and bathrooms with comfortable beds and plenty hot water!Artwork on the walls could do with updating Would recommend trimming some vegetation around the BBQ area to open up the view from the terrace - it's missing out on the best view! The dining room chairs could do with updating, not very comfortable for long meals at the table.The house is quite remote, but when you're a large crowd there's no need to go anywhere!Music system works great!All in all, it's a wonderful space to gather friends and family and we loved every minute.Will definitely be back!

La casa y el entorno preciosos, los jardines y la piscina muy bien cuidados.Gran cocina y magnifico salon.Los dormitorios algo anticuados. Como puntos negativos , la televvision( no conseguimos sintonizarla ni ver un pendrive que llevamos preparado) y el acceso a la finca por un carril en bastante mal estado.

Hola Manuel, me alegro que os gustó la casa. El camino de acceso principal está en buen estado, pero el que cogisteis vosotros es el que te avisé antes de la llegada que evites ya que efectivamente no está en buen estado! Entiendo que se te olvidó seguir nuestras instrucciones, ya lo siento!

La experiencia ha sido fantástica !! Debemos dar Gracias infinitas a Vanesa y Miguel (los trabajadores en el Cortijo ) por tener todo excelente, por el trato tan cercano y la ayuda a que todo salga perfecto !! Sin duda son ellos los que marcaron la diferencia en nuestra espectacular estancia. Repetiremos sin lugar a duda !!

Confort y sosiego

El alojamiento destaca por la amplitud de sus instalaciones, la limpieza y ornamentación de los espacios ,la disponibilidad de servicios necesarios, baños privados en las habitaciones y una zona ajardinada extensa, muy bien cuidada y preciosista. La ubicación es aislada, el núcleo urbano más cercano está a quince minutos en coche.

Casa Sambana

Nuestra estancia en casa Sambana fue estupenda. Es una casa grande. Ideal para un grupo de personas amplio como el nuestro. Como hizo buen tiempo pudimos disfrutar de la piscina, el jardín que es muy grande y las tumbonas y zona relax. Tiene varias barbacoas y comer en la mesa exterior es muy agradable. Si hay que poner un pero, el agua corriente no es potable, pero nos proporcionaron agua mineral suficiente. El trato con la propiedad es fluido y solucionan cualquier incidencia con celeridad. Sin duda recomendaríamos la casa para grupos de amigos y también para familias numerosas. Nosotros repetiremos seguro.

wiederholter Aufenthalt

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Haus. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage, das Haus selbst hat einen individuellen Landhauscharakter und einen schönen Garten. Außerdem gibt es eine semi-professionelle Küche.Die Betreuung durch die Agentur war auch sehr gut.

Wunderschöner Kurztrip

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser traumhaften Finca im andalusischen Stil war einfach toll. Alles war perfekt. Eine traumhafte Anlage drum herum. Ruhig gelegen. Wir können diese Finca von ganzem Herzen weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!

Séjour très agréable

Villa spacieuse, de belles prestations. Vue splendide et jardin/piscine au top. Tout est fonctionnel et rien ne manque. Attention, la villa est isolée, à plus de 15 minutes du premier village, ce qui n’est pas clairement indiqué sur l’annonce. Une fois qu’on le sait, pas de problème.
