This coastal cool condo 313 at Holiday Surf and Racquet Club, accommodates up to 4 people with a king size bed in the master bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living area.

Holiday Surf 313 has had many recent updates, including plantation shutters, a Large flat screen TV and Blue Ray DVD player, new Air Conditioning and Heating system and beautiful new engineered hardwood floors in the living/dining area. The living area also boasts new plush sleeper sofa and side chairs.

The good sized bedroom, which is carpeted, has en-suite access to the bathroom, featuring newer fixtures and a granite topped vanity. There is a also a 43" flat screen TV with DVD/VHS combo, as well as a cooling ceiling fan and large walk-in closet.

New paint, rugs, soft furnishings and unique original coastal themed Artwork and décor round off this great one bedroom unit, which is sure to become your vacation home away from home.

The sugar white sand Beach is only steps away and by booking with us you'll receive Complimentary Beach Service from March 1 - October 31!

Our stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a great vacation! Everything was perfect. The workers were kind and very professional. The suite was clean and up to date. The only issue was every day after being told to stop, kids kept playing ball in the pool.

Relaxing and Easy !!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was easy and as described in the rental information. My family enjoyed the beautiful area and the property had everything we needed. The pool, and beach access were very convenient and loved the set up daily of our umbrella and chairs especially with three young children. The only delay we had at check in was notification text wasn’t received when the room was ready after 4 but there was always someone at the front desk or available by phone to update if you check back with them.

Good location on the beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was great. Right on the beach. Restaurants and shops were just a few minutes away. Condo was nice. Had cups, plates, coffee maker, toilet paper, towels. We only had to bring food, drinks and beach towels. It was just enough room for 4 people but my 2 kids did not like sleeping on the sofa bed. Other than that, it was great.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was okay. Our feet were VERY dirty just an hour into walking around the condo. Not sure the last time floors were cleaned. Bathroom was not clean if you looked close. Particularly around the toilet. Overall condo was okay. Drains never drained... sinks always backed up. Would likely choose another condo next time. We liked the facility. Nice gym, lobby and laundry.

Nice room Semi-private balcony

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The room was fine, however the balcony wasn't advertised or shown in pictures as to being somewhat semi-private. This condo is located in the V section of the complex and the balcony in the adjacent room is right there in your face. Not very private is you like to relax at the end of the day on the balcony and watch the ocean. Room was nice and have no complaints with. The staff at the complex was more that accommodating about getting us another room with a private balcony. I would recommend this property if you didn't mind another balcony in such close proximity.

Lovely Holiday

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our Destin condo was a pleasant spot to stay...very clean and well appointed. Holiday Surf and Racquet Club - right on the beach with courts for tennis/pickle ball and shuffleboard courts. Amazing beach! We were not informed of the construction and repair work going on prior to booking. Our floor was affected by some of the renovations with no access to the floor except the stairwell for over a week and difficult for my partner who has mobility issues. If a walker or wheelchair was needed, he would not have been able to leave our unit... very disappointing to see. In my view, unacceptable. We had two issues in our condo unit-the dishwasher flooded the kitchen floor upon our first use of it. We addressed it with the condo personnel who took it to the owner of the unit. But no repairs were done, thus, no dishwasher to use. The other issue was that the pull-out couch was not suitable for sleeping for anyone. The staff at the condo provided us with a foam mattress to place on it which was a tad better. The owner would do well to buy a new mattress or new sofa bed as well as fix the dishwasher. Overall, if these were attended to, we would return in a heartbeat. We loved our holiday in this location, we loved the unit itself, and we were very pleased with the staff who did what they could do for us that was in their control. We had a good time there. Thank you.

beach time

Awesome condo. Loved having chair service. Staff at Holiday Surf were amazing and loved the grocery carts to get all our stuff in. Next time we plan to stay in one of the condos on the outer wings of the v so we have an even better view and no pool noise. Top Notch !

Disappointed

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In a word, NO. The unit is very old, only the kitchen had a few up grades. The photos on your website are deceiving and just plan inaccurate. When you walk into the unit and expect to see the water your are met with a stucco wall from the outside. To see the water you need to sit in the corner of the kitchen bar. And sitting on the balcony is, well you can’t sit on the balcony unless you are intimate friends with the unit next door. There is absolutely no privacy. Every photo of this unit need to be removed and replaced with accurate photo that the renter sees the actual site. This is the second and last time we will stay in your condos. Too many issues for what we paid to stay in a one bedroom.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very good, for the most part; nice apartment w plenty of amenities, incl nearby pool and beach. A couple of hiccups, one of which (water shut-off on Thursday) which was a minor inconvenience. One thing bugs me, though, which was the lack of any coffee mugs/cups - used glassware. How does such a well-appointed (otherwise) apartment not have coffee cups? Had a very good time, overall, and will recommend this resort to family and friends.

Wonderful location

My Family and I stayed a week in October and it was wonderful stay. I highly recommend staying here. Perfect location to all the restaurants and fun things to do. Short walk to the beach!

Overall Experience

Overall the stay was very nice, the condo was quite and spacious. It’s definitely about time for some upgrades. The walls and trim are definitely showing their age. Bathroom sink drains very slow, most likely just clogged. Patio has a great view of the ocean. Patio door takes some serious muscle opening and closing! Overall the stay was worth the money! Thank you
