Exclusive Tropical Beachfront Condo in beautiful Mar Chiquita Beach. Amazing views of the vibrant colors of the turquoise waters, birds and abundance of coconut palm trees. At night the sound of the waves serenading and the stars are the main attraction!!! Open and airy, lots of natural light two bedrooms with luxurious comfortable King and Queen size beds, blackout curtains, gorgeous nautical contemporary furniture, walk-in closet, air conditioners and ceiling fans in every room. TV's in the living room and Master bedroom, two newly renovated full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, wet bar, dining room, living room with sectional sleeping bed, large balcony with amazing vistas, rocking chairs and a high top table to enjoy breakfast and a romantic dinner. A garage with a half bathroom and closet where you can find snorkel equipment, beach chairs, beach lounges, beach umbrellas, kites, etc. Outdoor personal terrace with a well maintained tropical garden, a comfy hammock, a wood deck and a private boardwalk leading to a secluded beach with your own beautiful mosaics outdoor shower, benches with a table, sitting area and a charcoal BBQ kitchenette with sink and prep area. Gated quiet complex with security. Beautiful lush tropical gardens thru out the complex. A Pool with a gazebo to enjoy gatherings with friends and family. Close to local bars and restaurants, Prime Outlet shopping mall, horse back riding, surfing, tropical forest, zip-lining, caves and caverns, Casino, Arecibo Observatory, Toro Negro rain forest and many other natural and cultural attractions. Mar Chiquita Beach is about a 45 minute drive from San Juan International Airport. Personally I love Mar Chiquita because it's not too far, but it feels like it's worlds away. I love the lush landscapes, the coastal vistas, the perfect weather. I love to go swimming after work before going to dinner. Mar Chiquita makes me feel completely re-energized.

We highly recommend travel insurance during hurricane season.

Great place !

This place is spectacular with an oceanfront view, stylish decor, clean and super comfortable beds. I would recommend this stay to anyone. For sure we are returning.

Love Puerto Rico

We loved going to all the beaches. Snorkeling and seeing all the fish. We really like going out and eating at all the unique places!

Great location

We had a terrific week at this property and really enjoyed how accessible it was to San Juan. The condo is nicely decorated and had everything we needed to enjoy our time there. The view to the ocean is unbeatable while the beach is virtually empty. We are anxious to return!

Perfect way to experience the island!

Perfect spot for a week of sun and relaxation. Centrally located on the island so convenient for sightseeing if you choose. But staying on the property enjoying the amazing view , sounds and pool works well too. Close to great neighborhood beaches and restaurants. Owner and his crew very helpful throughout the process. Condo was clean, comfortable and well provisioned. Highly recommend.

Amazing beauty and tranquility

I have stayed on property three times and this is truly a magical, one-of-a-kind place. Very private, very secure and with beach access and water views not seen before. The unit is extremely livable and clean and professionally decorated and maintained. I will return often.

Hidden Gem in Paradise

This was one of the best vacations my family has ever taken. Puerto Rico is such a beautiful island and Mar Chiquita is magical. Lily was kind and helpful with check in and out and the property was everything we could have hoped for and more! Waking up to the sounds of the waves crashing and seeing the breathtaking view every morning is something we will never forget! Thank you so much Carlos and Lily!

Convenient, Beautiful, and Comfortable

We had such a lovely stay. The condo is right next to the beach and had everything we needed to explore the area and relax at the end of the day. It was up to date, clean, and well equipped. Jose was extremely helpful and was happy to advise us on the community and local attractions. Zip line, Old San Juan, horseback riding, rock climbing, and beaching were all close enough to enjoy. Perfect Retreat, Perfect Location..

We spent a week at Mar Chiquita during our first trip to Puerto Rico and couldn't have been happier. We've been all over the Carribbean and found something special here. The condo was the perfect size for a family of four. We loved the layout and the location was perfect. Centrally located on the island, and very close to the bakery, supermarket, rainforests and Hacienda Esperanza. We spent the mornings on beach and the afternoon in the hammock, porch swing and the pool. The views from the condo were amazing. We will definitely be back, we miss the bakery already.

Magical Manati

The condo and location was perfect! Wonderful location with a view that was absolutely breathtaking. There were restaurants nearby within driving distance but, we did pick up groceries to use the individual bbq area assigned to the condo. As for the condo itself, it was clean, cute, and had enough room for two adult couples! The kitchen pantry was stocked with seasonings and everything you needed to cook/season your food. Lilly the apartment manager reached to make sure we arrived safely and were situated with everything we needed. She was easy to contact and quick to respond. The grounds were quiet and there is a gentleman at the entry gate to assist when you first arrive. We spent most of our time on the beach or site seeing so we did not have the opportunity to go to the pool area. You will need a car if you stay at this location as it is not walking distance of anything except the amazing beach. And to be clear the beach that is located directly in front of the condo is not really a swimming beach, you will have to walk about 5-10 minutes for the area that is best for swimming. (Which is no problem at all)! To sum it up, the place is amazing, the location is beautiful, and we really enjoyed our time there.

Manati is perfect!

The pictures of the condo were exactly like when we walked in the door. Everything is beautiful! The views from the porch are breathtaking and the beach is right out your door. Everything was extremely clean and welcoming. Jose met us and explained everything about the area and if we had any questions we could call him at any time. Very private and Chiquita beach is walking distance that has much Calmer waters.I would recommend this to everyone! Thank you Carlos!

Peace and tranquility

What an amazing place! If you are looking for peace and quiet in paradise, look no further. Spent days on the beach, nights on our veranda overlooking the ocean unobstructed. Peaceful and tranquil the entire 5 days. The condo was wonderfully appointed. We loved cooking our breakfast and eating on the veranda every morning. This place is also very close to shopping and restaurants if you want to venture out. If you choose, you can relax at the pool within the community. My children and I loved it and we plan on returning again. Thanks again Carlos for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Condo Mar Chiquita

I would highly recommend this beachfront condo. It is beautiful and has everything you could possible need. Very clean and does not look like a rental. All the personal touches make you feel very much at home. So much to do around this area. Very unique beaches! Zip lining only 45 minutes away. All the main attractions of the island are easy to drive to from this condo.Great private patio area that's beautifully lit up at night. Loved the rocking chairs outside to just take in the spectacular view of the sunrise coming up through the palm trees. Definitely will be going back and recommending to all my friends and family. It's paradise......

Family of 5

Our family (my husband and I along with our 3 children - ages 3, 6 and 8) thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Mar Chiquita!! Carlos was very responsive and helpful when I was planning our trip, helping me coordinate horseback riding and recommending where to enjoy local cuisine. The apartment was absolutely spotless and so comfortable to be in. Jose was also great- he met us when we first arrived and after hearing we wanted to explore some of the local beaches actually brought my husband around and showed him to to find some beautiful, private beaches. Our children enjoyed having snorkeling equipment available and we all loved preparing and eating our meals in the outdoor kitchen and sunsets on the beach. My husband was able to enjoy local mountain biking and I spent hours walking the beach with our children collecting sea glass; it was a perfect balance of relaxation and adventure! Thank you so much!!! We will be back!!

The property was absolutely beautififul! The view from condo breathtaking!

Carlos was wonderful to work with & always quick to respond! We had the most relaxing & fun vacation! We often had the magnificent beach in fromt of condo to ourselves & really enjoyed walking the very short distance to Mar Chiquita for lunch from the food trucks & to snorkel & swim. The condo had everything we needed including beach towels & snorkel equipment. Loved sitting on the balcony at night reading & listening to the waves. So close to the beach! Beautiful patio area that we grilled in many nights. Visited many waterfalls & other beautiful natural areas within 45 minutes of condo. Felt very safe at this property & in the Manati area. The waves against the huge rocks seen from condo made beautiful waterfalls on the rocks. Climb the rocks on far side at Mar Chiquita to see gorgeous views of ocean & rocky shoreline. This condo was absolutely perfect! We were able to meet Carlos on our visit @ he was so charming & helpful. Nice binder in condo with suggestions of local attractions very helpful! Only about 45 minute drive to Old San Juan which was very cool! Very comfortable beds!! We all slept great! Yummy huge calzones at Pan Pan pizza about 5 minutes away. Will definitely be back to stay in Carlo's gorgeous condo! Was so hard to leave!!!

Beyond our expectations. Wonderful ocean view, wonderful hosts

Everything was ready when we arrived.. beautifully decorated, AC cool, clean and well appointed. The rooms are nice sized, the bathrooms clean and bright. The kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and even the basic cooking needs like sugar, coffee, oil, salt and pepper. (this is nice as we like to cook and eat in when on vacation) There were nice treats and even a few drinks in the frig waiting for us. The view from the balcony was amazing, 100 feet from the beach past beautiful coconut palms. A nice private patio, just off the beach has a grill, dinning table, pretty mosaic shower and hammock. Since it was still the Christmas season, Carlos had the trees wrapped with Christmas lights that came on each night. So thoughtful. It is a short walk to the beach and to the fantastic cove just around the corner. Great from swimming, hiking the rock, vistas and even a bit of snorkeling, to wit they provide 2 very nice sets of snorkel gear. They also provide umbrellas, beach chairs, large beach towels, kites and beach games. All you need is the swim suit! I can not say enough about how friendly and accommodating our host were! Always a smile, always ready to help, and the place was just so well prepared for us. I don't think we could have found a better place... Yes Manati is a bit off the beaten path (about 40 minute ride t the San Juan airport) and you do have to travel a few small roads to get to the beach house, but your are awarded with a quiet, beautiful beach and post-card perfect views. And great hosts. Thank you Carlos, you made our first trip to Puerto Rica a wonderful memory.. I hope to come back soon and stay longer!

Clean with a fabulous beach

We were met at the apartment by the property manager, who then took the time to show us around the neighborhood. This made all the difference. We would have been a little nervous being off property if we hadn't been introduced to the locals. But, we were welcomed into the restaurants and the neighboring beach bars by most everyone we met. We had no neighbors at the apartment until the weekend and had 24 hour security on site, so it didn't feel isolated, just private. The beach right outside our door was absolutely beautiful, and the neighboring beaches offered some protection from the waves so we could swim. Wish I could post some photos. The apartment is well furnished and very clean. We could have used a reading lamp in the bedrooms and corner of the living room. And a reading chair or two in the living room. There is a private little garden area adjacent to the beach with cute garden lighting and a place to grill. We ate most meals at the condo and all appliances worked great. The tv worked fine, but we couldn't figure out how to get hooked up to netflix. Traffic is a little more congested going through San Juan than we expected. So if you had a rain day, and didn't want to go to town, it would be nice to be able to use our online tv subscriptions. We went to the old port of San Juan for a day and made sure it was an off day for cruise ships. Had an easy time finding shops open and taxis to get around. I'm injured right now or we would have walked. Also went to Rincon for the day and probably would skip that trip next time as the waves on our beach were just as awesome. We were there during the full moon so didn't get to see the bioluminescent bay either. But will go back next year and see if we can time it better.

It would be hard to find a property more lovely than this one. Incredible views, beautiful beach, quiet, secure complex. We absolutely loved this place. Out of all the places we went on our visit to Puerto Rico, Mar Chiquita was definitely our favorite!

Fantastic stay!

Absolutely beautiful! The beach is fabulous and just a short maybe 5 min walk to mar Chiquita! The mornings on the beach were so peaceful! The beach in front of the condo is definitely not a swimable beach, but the sounds of the waves were amazing! The patio area was cute and very nice to rinse off after the beach ! Also a great lil grilling area tho we didn’t use it. The wildlife is fabulous and such a natural setting! Outstanding! Lilly the property manger was such an asset! Excellent communication, & very helpful! Thank u! Would be more than happy to stay again on next trip! Also super great location for day trips to west coast!

Perfect anniversary stay!

My husband and I traveled to Puerto Rico to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. We could not have chosen a better place! The apartment had everything we needed and Lilly was a wonderful property manager. The location was fabulous... right next to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island, Mar Chiquita Beach. We rented a car and explored the island, including a coffee plantation tour, swimming in a biobay, visiting the rain forest, Old San Juan, etc. It was great to have this place to come back to each evening. We enjoyed the most beautiful sunrises right from the deck and relaxed in the pool and private yard, too. We will definitely recommend this place and hope to be back again, too!

Absolutely Magical!

Highly recommend; this is a getaway where the photos absolutely match the experience. Lili is lovely, the views magical, and the location perfect, close enough to San Juan for a day trip, but quiet and right on the beach.

Plenty of sun, beautiful views

We greatly enjoyed our visit, it was just as advertised. Lilly was wonderful and welcoming, the beach where we spent most of our time was steps away, Mar Chiquita beach was beautiful and not at all crowded. For those looking for a quiet beach getaway, highly recommend this place!
