Wonderful property and host

Carmen's property is right sized for two people and the location in Estepona is excellent. As a host, Carmen is extremely attentive and accommodating. Highly recommend a stay here.

Our host was lovely. Quick to answer and inquiries and met us quickly upon our arrival. The apartment was very well set up. View was fantastic with a nice balcony. Bed very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this apartment. It was very central and walkable to all of Estepona.

Great view

Carmen was very friendly and accommodating. The flat has an amazing view of the ocean and is half way between the Marina and the old town.

Carmen and her husband were extremely professional, warm, welcoming and responsive. It was a pleasure dealing with them.The apartment is well located being in between the old town and the marina such that it is an easy walk along the boardwalk to either.

Beyond Expectations

Carmens condo was wonderful. Very well equipped and very comfortable. The view was amazing. Oceanfront with huge balcony. Would love to come back.

Amazing location, overlooking the sea and a very comfortable apartment. We particularly loved the terrace, where we had a gentle breeze even on the hottest days. It was an easy 15min walk into the Old Town and a 10min walk to the port, in the opposite direction. Carmen our host was exceptional, very friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this apartment and we hope to return!

This apartment has all you will need for a fabulous stay. The views and the location are great, ideal for the Marina and the old town. Carmen is a fantastic host who cannot do enough for you. She went over and above to help us with all our needs. I would highly recommend this apartment.

Awesome

Carmen is a super host and the property is as beautiful as described on the VRBO site. We had 2 wonderful weeks enjoying the most beautiful view. Carmen was an amazing and prompt communicator and provided lots of helpful information. The apartment is clean, comfortable and in an area close to shops, restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend and I hope we get to return someday.

Fantastic stay

Me and my friend had a fantastic stay at Carmen's apartment. The apartment was lovely with wonderful Sea views and had a gorgeous terrace to sit out and sunbathe. Carmen was great at staying in touch and recommending us things to do. We were a few minutes walk from the harbour, the beach, several restaurants and a supermarket. Would highly recommend. Thanks :)

Beautiful view in standard apartment

Nice accomodation in convenient location between Estepona and nearby Port. Host hospitality was welcoming and prompt. The apartment is well equipped with parking, laundry, kitchen. However we found the mattress, and pillows to be uncomfortable. Room storage for luggage was limited.Views from the deck were highlight of our stay.

Lo mejor la vistas

Un apartamento muy acogedor la verdad que lo mejor de todo son las vistas,las instalaciones de la casa como la cama la piscina…esta muy bien la anfitriona a sido genial también muy atenta de nosotros y siempre intentado dar las mejores recomendaciones para que disfrutes de todo estepona la verdad es que a estado genial 🙂

MEJORANDO LAS ESPECTATIVAS

Gran descubrimiento, el apartamento cubrió con creces todas las espectativas que teníamos, es mas, sorprende en directo para bien la terraza y las vistas ya que las fotos no muestran toda la belleza. Esta muy bien situado a diez minutos andando del centro y a dos de la playa. Sobresaliente la recepción por parte de Carmen, nos dio una serie de tips sobre donde comer que fueron un acierto. Definitivamente un apartamento recomendable y donde repetiremos siempre que se pueda en nuestras visitas a la maravillosa ESTEPONA.

Excellent

The apartment and service received were excellent. Exactly as described and well maintained. No complaints at all. We were expecting Estepona to be rather more commercialised and noisy than in fact we found it - it seems to have come up in the world and is a really nice place to stay. Carmen was very helpful and friendly and told us the best places to eat and other useful infos.

Vi havde et rigtig dejligt ophold. Lejligheden var ren, veludstyret og meget hyggelig. Beliggenheden var perfekt – tæt på både strand, restauranter og butikker. Vi vil helt klart anbefale stedet og kommer gerne igen.

Carmen is an amazing host. Very helpful and sheoffered so much support and advice about resources and places to visit in the local area and beyond. The apartment offers everything and more than we would ever need to enjoy our month in Andalusia. Car parking is a bonus, and many hours were spent in and around the wonderful pool area. We would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment, this location and Carmen’s hospitality for visitors to Estepona.

Appartement parfait, propre, très bien équipé et conforme à la description. Proche de la plage et du centre ville. Merci à Carmen, qui est une hôte très communicante avec de bons conseils. Tout était parfait, la vue est superbe. Le meilleur appartement que nous avons eu en Espagne ces 10 dernières années.

Great stay

We stayed for 10 days and enjoyed every minute. Carmen’s place is perfect. Great location great facilities comfy clean , parking and she is a friendly and attentive host. Very quick and helpful when needed. Loved our stay in Eatepona when we go back Carmen’s place will be our first choice.

Absolutely perfect

The apartment is ideally located. It's just minutes from the beach, the harbour, old town, restaurants and bars. It has fabulous sea views and you can catch the sun or shade on the balcony all day. Carmen could not have been more lovely and made me feel so welcome and comfortable. She suggested great places to eat and visit and gave me a great insight into the local area. I look forward to returning. Thank you so much.

Beautiful Estepona

Very enjoyable 2+weeks in Estepona early May. The weather was almost 100% warm 21 - 27c and sunny! Wonderful view of beach and surrounding area from balcony which had full sun from mid morning till late afternoon and perfect to relax and chill. Approx 7 min walk to small harbour area where there are a number of restaurants/pubs. Approx 12 min walk to the start of the old town (which in our opinion was the preferred area as so pretty and full of character) the area around the apartment is a Spanish residential area which generally describes Estepona and what we loved about the place most as not that touristy at all! The people are so so friendly! Lots of supermarkets around for all your needs. Apartment was very adequate for 2 people for a 2 week period. Long uncrowded beach (bit shingly closer to the sea) best parts nearer old town. Host Carmen is extremely friendly and kind which was the cherry on the top 😁
