Little Harbor Beauty

We only had a couple of days in this unit, but we really hated to leave. The bed, the shower, and the resort amenities were exactly what we needed for our short late-winter get-away.

Great location if you want quiet

It was a great location and loved the dolphins out fromt and walking distance to pier and a couple places to eat. The only downfall was the bed was very uncomfortable and the people above us were so loud we barely slept each night. You can hear everything because of the tile floors. Other than that it was nice.

False advertising at its worst!

This property says gorgeous & newly renovated, but it’s far from that. It looks like this was damaged during the hurricanes and never repaired. It appears to be water damage that is dripped down from the ceiling corners. There was a giant patch of what looked to be plastic taped to the ceiling in the bathroom that was painted over. The place had a moldy smell and was dirty. The pictures may show it renovated years ago but not accurate for today.. got there late walked in 20 minutes later walked out after finding a hotel to stay at. I requested a refund they agreed to partial reimbursement minus one night and a cleaning fee. I didn’t stay and yet they want to charge me for a night and a cleaning fee. Cleaning would not help this place. It needs to be gutted and redone. I would never recommend staying at this place and I would never recommend staying with these people at any other establishment they may own. .

Excellent relaxing spot

The place is perfect for a quiet relaxing weekend. Enjoyed the fishing and marina experience. Friendly people around. Laundry, restaurant and beach within 5 min walking. Swimming pool and hot tub very clean and inviting. I will consider going back 😀

Place with a view!

Nice and beautiful view. It would have been nice if there would have been an area (like a cooktop) for cooking! Everything else was great!

Lovely

The room is clean decorated very modernly with under-lighting. We woke up In the morning to watch a nature show of pelicans, dolphins, manatees and feeding fish at sunrise. The campus is great with boats to look at and a beach a restaurant and two bars. Great stay!

Great couples get away

This was perfect for a couples week getaway! There was a few things that that we needed help with and spoke with the owner and got an immediate response from! She was very communicative and willing to be flexible with check in and out times! I would highly recommend this place the bed was the best part of the entire place it’s so comfortable compared to the many different VRBOs and others we’ve stayed in the beds usually are not that comfortable! We plan to return again some day!

Cozy Romantic weekend

We so enjoyed our weekend at the property, fishing in the canals, walking to the bar/restaurants, sitting at the dock to watch the sunset with live music in the background. The unit was clean and updated. The bed was comfortable and nights were quiet. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Quick getaway

Nice getaway to relax and enjoy a little quiet time. Enjoyed the sunrise and sunset opportunities and watching the dolphins play outside the door of our unit. Also took advantage of a sunset cruise from the marina located withing walking distance. The entertainment in the restaurant on property was also good. The only downside was that the coffee maker didn't work properly. It heated up but didn't dispense the coffee. Fortunately, our neighbors offered us coffee for our morning viewing of the dolphins and manatees.

It was OK

It was ok for us and we were there 4 nights.... The internet was not stable because the signal was weak from our unit, persistently in & out, & so that was frustrating. Other than that, the location was excellent. We loved the restaurant on site, the beach was right there nearby, and parking was right outside the door. The room itself being an efficiency was like saying in motel. For us we like "big" spaces to spread all our things out, so for me & my husband it was kind of small. But I think others might like it for a short stay.

Quiet and relaxing!

I was pleased to arrive at Little Harbor and see what it had to offer. We had access to two restaurants, pools, our own beach and water views directly outside of our room. I enjoyed having a quiet place to return to after a full day of sightseeing and beach days. There is plenty to do within walking distance of this condo if you do not want to leave. There were a few nights that a couple of dolphins were swimming in the water directly outside of the room. Our accommodations were very clean and comfortable. The mattress on the bed was amazingly comfortable! The shower was a perfect end to each day! This studio is a place that we may easily visit again! The owner is very responsive to any questions. Thank you for a great time away!

Great Time!

The room was clean and worked out great for us. Our goal for the week was to hit a different gulf beach every day and explore the general area to return there again if we liked it when we both retire. Although a 45 mile drive from the St. Petersburg airport, we found that once on that side of Tampa Bay we had easy access to some greatest beaches on the gulf coast. I-75 is only a few miles away and we were on it almost every day. This provided a short drive to a wonderful outlet mall, shopping and awesome beaches like Siesta Beach. The entire complex was amazing. The property is very clean and if a service wasn't offered at the complex it was only a couple miles to town. The bars and restaurant onsite offered great service and we walked out on the pier daily to enjoy the great sunsets. We definitely be returning to enjoy more tiki bars, margaritas and coconut shrimp!!! Thank you so much for the great time!!! Jay & Marilyn

I am a farm boy from Ohio, who enjoys the winter weather somewhere other than Ohio. I have stayed at this resort several times while visiting friends and family at Sun City Center, which is about 15 minutes away, and it offers everything you can want. Someday I am going to get up enough nerve to go deep sea fishing. The pier, the boats, the buildings, are all so warm and pretty.

When I saw this Condo I really had no intention of buying it. But it is just one of those places that doesn't leave your mind easily. I had met the previous owner the year before and we stayed in touch through out the year, so when I returned I made it a point to visit him and when he showed me his handy work, I fell in love with it.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Most of the benefits are geared around the numerous amenities of the LITTLE HARBOR RESORT. It is extremely quiet and peaceful, but the really unique thing is this condo. There is nothing else like it here at LITTLE HARBOR, and there are a lot of nice places here. You will enjoy everything from the unique lighting to the awesome shower. Wish I was there right now.
