Very nice property. It could use a bit of tender loving care here and there. Michael and his host were very responsive when we had small issues.

The view from this condo is breathtaking and the balcony is welcoming and relatively large. We found ourselves on it all the time. Condo is very nicely furnished with a decently sized kitchen and new carpet. TVs in the bedroom and living room. The bed was quite comfortable. The building itself is OK, friendly staff. All in all a good choice. We'd stay again.

We strive for a 5 star rating. We also expect our guests to treat the condo with respect. Our housekeeper just told me that the unit was trashed!!!! Something spilled on the blanket and new bed cover and the unit smelled. The housekeeper had to air it out for several hours. I would give the guest a one star.

This is my 2nd stay at Mike's condo. I have stayed at two other units at this location and his is my favorite. His unit faces the opposite direction from the pool. The pool side can get noisy and gets some intense sun at certain parts of the day. Mike's doesn't get the direct sun. On this stay there was a little issue with the bedroom windows, screens and one of the carpets didn't seem vacuumed. The property manager answered my message almost immediately and promptly took care of all issues. She was great! It's an oceanfront property & Maui has had quite a few severe storms this year. Those would be tough on any unit's ocean facing windows. One screen needs to be replaced, but everything else was fine. Also of note, there has been no beach on my previous stays. Not the condo's fault, that is happening all over the area. There are sandbags along the sand to protect the property. Last time we walked next door for the beach. This time there was a beach right in front. Thank you tides. It was great as no crowds and mostly calm water. I look forward to staying here again.

The apartment has everything you need to get started other than the Costco food we picked up. The view is gorgeous! We spent hours watching whales from the balcony with binoculars. Great host communication! We will be back! There are chairs, towels whatever you need for a beach trip. We did not want to leave!!! Thank you!!!

The condo was great for all our needs.The a/c was out in the whole building for much of the two weeks we were there. We were there for torrential rains and flooding, but stayed safe and comfortable. I would suggest having flashlights or candles on hand for power outages. I would rent this condo again. We got a quick response when we contacted on island host about WiFi and a/c issues.The washer and dryer came in very handy for this trip.

The Lanai view is amazing, we ate breakfast out there every morning and got to watch the sea turtles in the ocean/ Utterly amazing. Beautiful quiet location. Amazing views. Michael was always responsive and timely getting back to me if I had any questions. Thank you our Honeymoon was amazing and I would definitely stay here again.

The place was bright, clean, nothing fancy but very functional. The pool was great, location was great, around a lot of the attractions we wanted to experience. Host was very responsive.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, had some nice amenities (snorkel gear, beach chairs), the view is beautiful and we loved the location. Quiet, affordable and close to lots of stuff to do.
