We rent to family groups, married couples, or mature adults over the age of 25. We do not, under any circumstances, rent to groups for proms, graduations, college house parties, etc. Misrepresentation will result in immediate eviction without refund.

All prices and/or descriptions are subject to change. Although every precaution is taken, errors in prices and/or descriptions do occur on our web site and in printing. We reserve the right to correct any such error.

** TWO OPTIONS FOR DAMAGE PROTECTION **
1. Damage Protection Insurance – For an additional $79.00, this plan covers up to $3,000 in unintentional damages to the rental unit that may occur during your stay. Report the damage to us, we’ll take care of the rest!
2. Security Deposit - $500 is immediately charged at time of booking. If the property is left undamaged, keys & parking passes returned, your security deposit will be refunded within 45 days after check out.

Very Relaxing!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had everything ready and waiting for us. Breakers location was perfect and we did not feel that the area was teaming with visitors. Spacious but not too big with everything to make our short stay relaxing and uncomplicated. Cannon & Gruber management experience made our stay exceptional and worry free!

Great Views and nice beach

We had a very good time with our stay. Spent a couple of days on the beach out front. Had 3 day trips fishing and out to Cape Lookout. Overall very nice place to stay!

Great vacation at this condo

The condo was clean and had a beautiful view! Everyone at Canon and Gruber were very polite as well. Definitely recommend to anyone for their next emerald isle getaway!

Amazing Views!

We loved our stay in Pine Knoll Shores! The view was AMAZING! The pictures represent the condo perfectly. We enjoyed having the beach pretty much to ourselves for the week and we enjoyed being so close to the aquarium. We would definitely stay here again!

Winter beach trip

Great unit, great view!

The unit was very clean, comfortable, and well decorated. You couldn’t ask for a more beautiful view of the beach/ocean. The sliding door to the deck is extremely hard to open and needs some maintenance, but we managed to get it open enough to sit outside and watch the waves. The location is convenient to shops, restaurants, and other activities. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Having the elevator was a very helpful feature. I would highly recommend this condo. It was central to both ends of the island. It was extremely close to the aquarium.

Nice OF unit. Great view. Exterior in need of major work.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit is OF, which is great, but could use some upgrades. Balcony screens are torn and old/rusty. Exterior of this and all units need paint badly. Hardiplank on balcony is damaged. Bathtubs are a bit creaky and showing their age. Good overall iside.

Nice apartment on the beach!

The apartment is on the 2nd floor with great views of the beach and has reasonable amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped and has new appliances. Overall the unit is well maintained inside. The balcony needs some renovation/maintenance though (e.g. rust, torn screens, rusty chairs, hard to open sliding doors, etc.). The condo complex is located next to a 10-story hotel, so the beach may get too crowded during the summer season. The response time from the property managers was slow. The check-in and check-out times were not convenient/flexible, we would have preferred 3:00 PM check-in and 11:00 AM check-out. No soap, shampoo, detergents, or paper products are provided, so you have to bring our own, that was surprising given the daily rate. Pillows were not comfortable, luckily we had brought our own. Despite charging cleaning and service fees, the tenants are expected to put away all dishes, collect all the linen, pillow cases, and towels, empty out all the trash bins, and empty out the ice bin i.e. too much work given the fees charged and the early check-out time of 10:00 AM. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the apartment was nice and comfortable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Perfect place with great ocean and beach views. Convenient location. Very pleased with the cleanliness of the place. My only complaint was the elevator was out of order when we got there on Saturday so we had to lug all our stuff up the steps. It was fixed on Monday. Unpacking when we got there and taking them down when we were leaving would have been the only time we used the elevator. Checking in and out was a breeze.
