Our River front cabin is located just down River from Anglers & Jacks Trout Dock near the town of Mountain View, AR. It is built on stilts and has a front porch that overhangs the beautiful trout water of the White River. The interior is 100% native cedar and cypress. The cabin has 1 King bed and 2 pullout couches and can easily sleep 4 people. The cabin is less than 5 miles from the Syllamo Mtn Bike trails, Blanchard Springs Caverns & Loco Ropes. Stand up paddle board and kayak are ready for use and included in your stay for paddling in the nearby Syllamore creek. We have a 2 night minimum and a strict no pets/ no smoking policy. We have recently added a new home phone for local calls and wifi. This cabin is the perfect place to come to relax and watch the river roll by!

My Favorite Cabin Retreat

I’ve stayed at this property twice now, and it’s been fantastic both times! The cabin is cozy, the location is peaceful, and the host is super helpful and responsive. Perfect spot for a relaxing getaway—highly recommend!

Eagle eye!

This little place was quite the surprise. When we woke up our first morning and sat down on the deck with our cup of coffee, we were greeted with a beautiful view and a bald eagle nesting in the trees across the river! The only downside was that this is a dry county, and the closest place to get a bottle of wine was about 30 minutes away- so arrive prepared!

Cozy cabin in the sky

Our stay was good. Nice neighbor. Good location. Cabin was well supplied with all amenties that you would need, and more. And the property manager was easy to take care of all our needs and questions. I would recommend this property. care of all our needs anquestions.

4th of July

We had a great time. The cabin is very convenient to Mountain View. We hung out there for the 4th and it was a lot of fun. Cabin was quiet with a beautiful view of the river.

The fishing is terrible and the photos are deceiving

The cabin and property is beautiful and in the photos it appears that you can fish at the cabin which you can't because the bank is grown up so bad you cant access the water which is why i rented it in the first place to fish and access the water. Everything else is perfect

2nd visit -- we love this place

A nice property for two people in a beautiful part of the world. This was our 2nd stay here. So much to do in the surrounding area - for SURE go to Blanchard Springs Caverns if you like caves at all. The property itself is very nice, a house on stilts, with all the amenities you might need. The deck is wonderful, with that view of the White River. Low light pollution allows looking at the stars. Bed was comfortable, TVs and everything else worked. Only caveat is if you're mobility impaired, this is not for you, as those stairs are no joke. We will likely return again.

Beautiful Getaway

My boyfriend and I went here for the weekend and let me just say, this place is gorgeous. It is fairly close to Walmart (about 7 to 10 miles), practically everything you need for the weekend, the bed... oh the bed was by far one of the most comfortable beds either of i have slept in, the shower is large for two people, below the house is a nice sitting area while BBQing. The house has a gas and charcoal grill. The views in the mornings were my favorites!! Open your eyes and all you see is the river and mountains. We were very very pleased with this place. So much it will be tough to top it for the same cost. We will be returning! Con: I gave a 4 for cleanliness because the house overall was great. The only thing i would do better is move the tables in the room and do a deep clean. We dropped something and it rolled under the bed and the floor around the posts and under the bed had a lot of dust bunnies. Other than that, its perfect.

Peaceful getaway

This was my 5th or 6th time to stay and it won’t be my last. I was in the area for work but enjoyed the beautiful views and the peacefulness of the deck.

Mountain View Cabin

My wife and I have been to this cabin multiple time in the past because it is so a great place to visit. It has a great view and is very quiet and peaceful. The property managers are very nice and hospitable.

American Beauty

I loved the cabin. True getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. There is absolutely no cell phone service which I also needed, waking and just watching the sunrise and fog over the river and going to sleep to the dark of night and shiny moon. Fishing on the river bank with my teen son and admiring God's beauty and majesty. Even the bald eagles were out during our stay we say 5, they flew right over us and gave un a show we'll never forget. The OK trading post 5 minutes away had half day horseback rides available for $70 each so we did that too. Sidney was our horseback guide she took us throw a forest, took us by a bears den, we crossed the big road and ever crossed across a creek and went down a beautiful valley full of downed leaves in spectacular colors. I was more than pleased with the cabin and the location. The owners were so accommodating even allowing us an early check in. The neighbors were also very friendly, they talked to my son and allowed him to walk past their property so he could get to his fishing spot. I hope one day they allow pet's my puppy would love to run in that huge yard while we roast marshmallows by the fire.

AMAZING GETAWAY!!!

This cabin is even better in person! The hosts were very accommodating. The cabin was just perfect in every way. Everywhere I looked I was in awe of the decor and the thought that had been put into the cabin in every aspect. I would gladly rent this cabin again and again!
