Ca 'Bella Studio es un pequeño apartamento familiar que se encuentra en la planta baja en una zona del centro histórico de Venecia, detrás del Arsenale y la Piazza San Marco, con un supermercado y pequeñas tiendas de comestibles a poca distancia, muy fácil aterrizaje de La parada de Arsenale y San Zaccaria (lugar de aterrizaje de las líneas públicas que provienen del aeropuerto, la estación de tren y Piazzale Roma), se encuentra en el corazón de la ciudad, pero aún permanece en una zona tranquila y característica.
El apartamento ha sido cuidadosamente restaurado y se compone de una habitación doble con una cama doble (se proporcionan sábanas y toallas), un baño con ducha y una sala de estar con cocina americana y un cómodo sofá cama doble.

Francesca was a wonderful host. She met us at the apartment when checking in to make sure we could find it and that we were comfortable with the apartment. She also let us know we could contact her if anything comes up or for recommendations, which we appreciated as travelers! The apartment was perfect for me and my mom and walking distance to all of the things we wanted to do. Very close to the water taxis which was helpful during arrival and departure. Would stay again!

This vacation rental was great for several reasons. The location was perfect. On first floor also. Nicely decorated. Everything you need to have a comfortable vacation. So many things close by including restaurants, small cafes plus nice restaurants. Francesca was very helpful before arriving and also when we checked in, giving us info on water transport, train station, etc. We highly recommend this rental.

My husband and I were first timers to Venice and only stayed two nights. The location of this property is great, because it’s far enough from the tourist areas that it is very quiet, yet it’s a very quick walk to the water boat stations, restaurants, and many tourist attractions. Very friendly and helpful owner. Great AC for hot, August months. And a first floor apartment, so easy entry. We would absolutely stay here again.

I was worried that this property/location was perhaps too good to be true especially since I had asked about the potential of an early check in and at every other hotel we stayed at in Italy it was not possible, but the host simply knew that she wouldn’t have guests immediately before us so she was able to accommodate our request. The communication was SUPERB! We also ended up needing a water taxi at 4am to the Venice airport and our host called and arranged for one and it came RIGHT ON TIME. I had also been nervous about that request since I was told there was no phone number I could call for the taxi and there was no proper “address” for the pickup location, but the host described it to me and it all worked out. It required a little faith on my part but since she had been so clear on all the other details of the meeting/key pickup etc I was able to trust and it was all great!!! Thanks so much!!! Would hands down recommend this property to anyone wishing to be in a convenient location in Venice.

Venice adventure

It was in a quiet area but at the same time walkable to major attractions and to a vaporetto stop. There were also convenience stores and restaurants close by. The apartment was clean and it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. We appreciated the host making arrangements to meet us and giving us all the guidance we needed. She was a great host.

Cute hideaway close to major attractions

Very well-appointed studio with quirky decore. Close to the Doge Palace, lots of restaurants, and small shops. Quiet neighborhood. Comfortable bed.

Three days in Venice

The apartment was in San Marco and convenient to the sites nearby. Location was easy access to water buses and taxis.I highly recommend staying at this apartment.

Great apartment, perfect location

The apartment is great and in the perfect location. Quiet area, but with a lot of shops and restaurants very nearby. Central location made getting around very easy, with plenty of waterbus stops nearby for additional travel options. Francesca was very communicative, and gave clear instructions on reaching the apartment. She walked us through everything we needed to know and gave us amazing restaurant recommendations. I will definitely stay here again when we come back.

Excellente location

L'appartement est très bien placé avec accès aux différents sites de Venise à pied. Il est très propre et très calme. Les indications pour accéder à l'appartement depuis l'aéroport étaient très claires et nous n'avons eu aucune difficulté à nous y rendre et rencontrer notre hôte à l'arrivée. Francesca nous a accueilli chaleureusement et nous a donné tous les conseils utiles pour passer un agréable séjour. Nicole et Philippe

First visit to Venice

Francesca provided excellent information and was very responsive when we were arriving. Her place was just as the photos showed, close enough to all the main landmarks yet far enough away to have it quieter in the evening. She also provided fabulous restaurant and gelato locations for us to try. Would recommend for sure.

Wonderful location in Venice

A perfect bolt hole for one person. Francesca's instructions and suggestions were exemplary and check in an out very easy. A good cafe and many restaurants are nearby ...as well as all the sights. I was worried about being on the ground floor but it was completely quiet and safe. I would return.

We were very comfortable….location was perfect..walkable to all the activities we were interested in and close to St Marks Square …Francesca was very attentive to our needs and responded promptly ..would definitely book again..
