A bright, quiet, and elegant building located in the Cannaregio district, just a short walk from Campo Santi Apostoli. The building has only a few units, including two apartments:

A 90 m² first-floor apartment featuring two bedrooms, a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, a bathroom, three terraces, and a magnificent view of the canal where gondolas pass by every day.

Completely renovated and stylishly furnished, it has the advantage of being located in the heart of the most picturesque part of Venice. Please note that the tourist tax of €4 per person per night and the cleaning fee of €60 are not includedand must be paid in cash upon arrival. In case of arrival after midnight, a surcharge of 50€ will be charged.

Balconies galore, wanted to stay in since the place was so nice. Sat out and watched the gondolas cruising by was a highlight. Would stay again.

We loved how clean and ready the place was, we loved the location, we loved having multiple balcony spaces overlooking a canal, we loved the layout, we loved having air conditioning on hot days, and we would love to return to Venice one day and stay again!

The location was very central to everything - a 5 minute walk from vaporetto wharf to property was easy with luggage as was the 7 minute walk to airport vaporetto.Good layout to property and balconies were a bonus, although you had to wait to late afternoon to use once the full sun was off them.Overall excellent property.

The host was friendly. The apartment was clean and nice. The kitchen is best suited for travelers who plan to eat most meals out. The freezer is in need of defrosting.

Great apartment on a busy side canal. We enjoyed seeing all the deliveries. Apartment was clean and as represented in the pictures. Host was attentive. Great location in Venice.

There were no 'guest notes' to help with elements of the apartment, surrounding neighborhood, hospitals, etc. We think that is an essential requirement for any rented property. The unit was well-laid out, location was good but the kitchen had old utensils

Dear Sir, I am sorry you did not enjoy your stay in the apartment and that you rated it so poorly just because there where no information regarding the surroundings. We rent an apartment and if our guests have a question they can always address it to us and we’ll be glad to help them. I wonder why you did not ask. All the best to you!

Highly recommend! Perfect stay for our week in Venice. There are multiple windows and doors to give you plenty of light and fresh air. The balcony was nice to stand and watch the happenings on the canal. Close enough to walk, but very quiet at night. Thanks again!

The location was perfect and the woman who checked us in was so helpful with restaurant listings nearby. The only thing i would complain about was there was no shampoo ,conditioner or body soap, just liquid hand soap. Other than that it was great.

Great location. Very nice apartment with lots of space for four adults. Beds were comfortable. We had rainy weather so we sadly didnt use the balcony with my morning offee as planned. I had trouble with nepresso machine so i went and bought an americano.

Great apartment! Larger than expected for a European apartment. Great location. We were able to walk all over, short walk to vaperreto to get us wherever we needed to go. Hosts was great at finding us and leading us to the apartment. Worked well for 2 couples. We very much enjoyed all the terraces/balconies. Loved our time in Venice.

Perfect location, right on a canal and very convenient for airport transfer boat and vaporetti to the wider islands and around Venice. Also only 10 minute walk to the main sights and plenty of non-touristy restaurants and bars, plus a supermarket, right nearby. Apartment was very secure and communication with hosts was excellent. Plenty of space for a family of four and very pleasant balconies. There is definitely noise from boats in the morning but very quiet at all other times and didn't detract from the overall enjoyment of the apartment.

Attilia’s apartment was fantastic! Great area - felt like a local but only short walk to tourist areas if you wanted to. Apartment was spacious, perfectly equipped, so comfortable it became ‘home’ and we didn’t want to leave! Loved the daily routines of life in Cannaregio - a gem if you want a more authentic stay but still able to access all the ‘must-do’s’ easily.

Wonderful

We loved our stay here in this apartment. The location is great as it is away from the main tourist areas but still central enough to walk all over Venice. We especially enjoyed the patio and balcony overlooking the canal. Great place to stay in Venice!
