Lovely apartment at Rialto bridge

Ca' San Piero is located at 1 minute walk from Rialto bridge, one of most authentic areas in town, so it's right in the heart of the city. The house is very quiet, though, since it's located in a typical, inner courtyard.
 In the living area you can find a very comfortable sofa bed for two people, tv, games and books both for our younger and older guests.
The bedroom is composted by a king size bed and a big wardrobe, while the second room is up the stairs: it´s very quiet and composed by two single beds.
The kitchen is very well equipped, including the dish-washer and plenty of pots and pans. In the bathroom, you will find the shower and the washing machine.
The apartment offers all you need for a great stay: air conditioning, independent heating for the winter, wifi internet and a central location in a quiet typical little square.

Great place! It was 3 floors up with no elevator. So a little tough with luggage. But really cute place. Super clean. In the heart of rialto area!

Be sure you can do without an elevator. 2 flights of steep narrow stairs. Clean room. Clean bathroom. Neighborhood has noisy times.

Wonderful apartment and stay in Venice for the first time! The location could not of been beat and in 95-100 degree weather the AC worked so well and was amazing! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The host was wonderful with keeping in communication with our arrival to our meeting point. What I overlooked was 2 sets of steep stairs going up to the apt. Great location, clean, comfortable. The upstairs twin beds has a low roof so not ideal for average size adults but good for kids. overall very good quality and stay.

Our stay in Canareggio, Venice was great. The apartment was clean and comfortable and in a great location. Ms. Tania met us at the vaporetto stop and guided us through the neighborhood to the apartment, offering helpful suggestions as well. Communication with the host was easy and helpful. We definitely recommend it!

Host met us in town and walked us back to go over everything. The apartment was nicely appointed and as advertised. Location was centrally located and lots of options close by for meals, drinks, and gelato. Would definitely recommend.

This location is very close to the Rialto Bridge, and close to all major landmarks. The owner is responsive and messages you right away. She also were very quick to respond once we landed and took care of us.

Location was perfect. Check in was easy and very well coordinated. We were met from thr Rialto bridge by Daniel who walked us to the apartment and gave us any necessary instructions. Mario was great at answering messages immediately. We were right in the middle of lots of activity and restaurants. We loved just walking around. All of the main sites were within walking distance. There are 2 flights of stairs up to the apartment. If you aren't healthy, it could be difficult. But it is Venice and the architecture is old and beautiful.The main floor with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom was lovely with plenty of space. However, the upstairs room at the top of the spiral staircase was very difficult to move around in. I am only 5ft 3 and bumped my head many times on the loft rafters. It would be fine for children to sleep in. It worked out fine as we only had two days and maybe we should have studied the pictures a little more carefully. Overall it was a great location. We would definitely recommend it to others.

A wonderful woman met us at the boat stop and walked us directly to our apartment. The apartment was clean and as expected. We paid city tax directly to the associate. The 2 twin beds in the upstairs loft was a fun, added touch for the kids.

This was a great location to stay in Venice. It was very small in the kitchen/living room area, but overall a very nice property. The owner had a nice youn man meet us at the Rialto boat taxi stop and guide us back to the VRBO which was very helpful! Thank you!
