Located on a very PRIVATE stretch of Sebago Lake/Jordan Bay.
50 FT from the water, as close as can be!
5 BR / 3 Full Bath. BEDS - 1K, 3Q, 1F, 2S
Sleeps 11 most comfortably. Full size bed counts as 1 person.
Lower Level Lakespace has one of the Queen beds and a Full. It is a totally private space with a kitchenette, living area w desk/wifi , bedroom, full bath. Also newly renovated.

Fully equipment-outfitted kitchen.
New large TV with sharpest viewing ever!
AC units Great room/ MBR /2ndQ bedroom. Most nights are quite cool or only a provided fan needed.
WORK FROM HOME -
3 private workspaces w desks.
EXCELLENT WIFI throughout the house using an efficient mesh network.
Connection on the deck/dock most often.
Extra Large Dock - Enjoy lunch with an Umbrella and Memory making dinners on the lake.
Evening on the dock is a real treat!
The water here is so crystal clear and deep you can safely jump or dive off the front of the dock.

More like a HOTEL with beds made, bath and beach towels provided. All washed at sanitizing temp.
All surfaces/handles disinfected upon arrival.
An entry ramp to the front porch was installed for easier accessibility.

A Maine gem

The location is wonderful: the lake and the deep Maine woods are healing and restorative! The house manages to be both cozy and spacious. There were only two of us, but it would be ideal for a family. The kitchen is a highlight as it is equipped with every tool and convenience. We had a great experience, despite bad weather!

First Rate Stay

What a great place! We had a the perfect setting for our family vacation. A total hit for everyone - ages 2 months to 14 years for the kiddos. There is so much to do, rain or shine. The lake access was everything we had hoped for. Diane was extremely helpful. She was a click away when we had questions. Thanks Diane for such a great lake vacation

Perfect family vacation!

Just returned from an amazing vacation at this gorgeous lake house set in a quiet area of Jordan Bay. Diane is the perfect host. She communicated with us throughout our booking process and as we were leading up to the our visit. While at the lake she checked in to be sure we had everything we needed. We absolutely had everything we needed! The house was spotless on our arrival, and we felt like we were checking into a five star resort, with our towels laid out for us and everything in its place. I can't say enough about the location of this home or the waterfront. We swam, boated, relaxed and grilled every night. My husband and I and our 3 twenty something sons will remember this as one of our very best family vacations!

Memorable Family Time

Property # 699277 is on a lovely, secluded area of Jordan’s Bay/Sebago Lake. We found the home easily accessible from the main road and there is ample parking. All rooms were comfortable and clean with fresh linens and beach towels. The layout and size of the home accommodates individuals and groups making it ideal for extended families. There are two large dining tables — one inside and another on the deck — for sharing meals and games. A wooden deck overlooking the lake, extends the entire length of one side of the home, which is a great place to be any time of the day. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen with both large and small appliances and its large island for serving buffet meals. Everyone enjoyed time (sunrise to sunset) on the large dock with its table, ample seating and sturdy steps to get to the water. Despite warm and humid weather, we were comfortable with the room air conditioners and fans that were provided throughout. The owner made herself available to us by text for assistance if needed. My family and I give this property our highest recommendations.

5 heavenly days on Sebago Lake

Our family had one of our best vacations at this beautiful home on the lake. The house was immaculate and had absolutely everything we could have wished for to make us feel at home .. the setting is quiet , private and we spent the whole time down on the water swimming , fishing and relaxing.

Beautiful place for a family vacation!

My family enjoyed everything about this beautiful home on the lake. The owner provided everything we needed for our stay. The lake view is amazing. I highly recommend this place for a lovely, peaceful vacation.

Perfect Place for Family Vacation!

The house was exactly what we expected, and the host was super helpful, pleasant, and attentive. I took my family of four there for a week to celebrate my wife's 40th and visit friends and family while in the US (we're American's who live out of the country). We had various people visit us over the course of the week and the house was plenty big enough for us all to enjoy our time together comfortably. The location is great - lakefront, great area for swimming, fishing, etc. The house is very nice and the host does a ton of "little" things to make the stay enjoyable, such as providing towels, etc. Highly recommended!

This lake house is a little piece of heaven...

This lake house is a little piece of heaven. The house was perfect for me and my family to have a great vacation. It was spacious, comfortable, super clean and amazingly well organized. The location was also perfect, with its own private dock with a lot of greenery all around the house giving us a lot of privacy. The lake was clean, clear and relaxing, it was just pure fun. I was a little apprehensive at first about renting a house as opposed to staying in a hotel as I didn't want to take my chances in staying in a dirty place or somewhere uncomfortable. But you could tell the owner really takes care of their property and their guests. She thought of every possible detail so we could have a great time. Not only was the place impeccably clean and organized but for example she left us flashlights in every room in the event electricity would go out, beach towels were provided with engraved numbers so you wouldn't take someone else's towel, all the beds were nicely made, there were fans in every single room including the one that had the air conditioner, brochures of good places to go around the area and a basket with cookies and pancake mix! If we had any questions she was only a text away. She was very friendly at all times. We only had one minor inconvenience during our stay but it wasn't something that the owner could have foreseen. When we let her know what the problem was she was very apologetic and immediately fixed it. Not only did she send someone to take care of the problem that same night but she also asked some neighbors to come by to see if we needed anything. I have never experienced anyone being so caring for their tenants. I cannot say enough good things about this place and the great time me and my family had, we didn't want to leave. My family and I had an absolute blast and we are looking forward to going next year!

the host is as lovely as the home and lake

Beautiful & well prepared kitchen. Gorgeous lake with loons calling at night. Clean, comfortable beds. Lovely dock and a canoe to boot. Fantastic!

Great house on a beautiful lake.

My wife and I have rented several houses over the last 10 to 15 years in order to vacation with our daughter and her family. By far this was the nicest of them all. The house is spacious with 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths and is equipped with everything one needs for a comfortable stay. One of the "bedrooms " is actually a very nice efficiency apartment on the ground level. The rest of the house is one story up and it is spacious. There is a large deck that overlooks the dock and it is a great place to read or just chat.There were 8 of us at the house and we were not the least bit crowded. The house is on beautiful Sebago Lake and the kids had a great time fishing and swimming in he clear blue water They also had a great time being pulled behind my son-in-laws boat. We would and possibly will return. One more thing, Diane is as nice a person to deal with as you could ask for. She is pleasant and is quick to answer one's questions.
