We had a wonderful family vacation with 10 and plenty of room to spare. Location was perfect for our day trips and the private beach in the community was nice to have. Kids enjoyed the outside and inside games. A couple of nights with beautiful sunsets at Nicks by the lake was awesome too. Made some great memories here. Would definitely recommend for families.

This was a great house. We had 10 adults and had plenty of room. Loved the hot tub, outdoor fire pit and pool table. The kitchen, dining and living room was a great gathering place to play games while also preparing a meal. There were a few nice restaurants near by. It was a 1/2 hour drive to get to downtown Stroudsberg, but there were lots of nice stores and restaurants there. Outlet shopping was nearby as well.

This was a great house. It was comfortable, warm, well stocked. The hosts were gracious and welcoming. (Our fault) there was a little hiccup upon entering, but our hosts were right there to guide us through. We liked that there were two areas to hang out - it worked well for the grandkids. It worked out so well that we are hoping to revisit this house next year!

Kathy and Tim were easy to reach, very responsive, and super helpful as this was our first time to the area with a large group and we had many questions. We had a wonderful time and hope to return next summer .

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this mountain retreat! Our group of 16 fit comfortably, with plenty of space for everyone to relax, gather, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The home was spotless when we arrived—clearly very well maintained and thoughtfully prepared for guests. The layout was perfect for a large group, offering both cozy common areas to spend time together and enough private space when needed. The setting was peaceful and scenic, making it the ideal backdrop for a memorable getaway. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, ensuring we had everything we needed from start to finish. Their hospitality truly made the experience even better. We would highly recommend this mountain retreat to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, and inviting place to stay with a large group. We can’t wait to come back!

Perfect Property
Beautiful house and property, perfect setup for our extended family stay! The rooms and layout of the house were great. The location and amenities nearby were fantastic. And the hotub and pool table made the stat even more enjoyable.

We view this as our own home away from home. Originally born and raised in the area. This home provides our family a mountain getaway much the way we were raised. Most of my family remains in the area. Our hope is you enjoy our home as much as we do when we visit.
Por qué eligió esta propiedad
We love the location and the history behind this specific property. An original to the mountain. Originally built in 1968, but never updated and unoccupied. We saw a unique opportunity to bring back to life a mountain original. Much like refurbishing a classic car, this home has all its original charm, with today's modern conveniences and furnishings. Full tile bathrooms, upscale vanities, new kitchen with granite countertops, Stainless Steel Appliances, with everything you need for large family gatherings. HDTV, with Blue Ray players with tons of movies and Streaming via Smart TV, and Blue Ray Player.
