You will love all the fun things to do at this private beach place! This condo is in a building with just 4 units. It has a great pool, outdoor pool table, BBQ grill for fabulous cook-outs - all directly on the beautiful beach of Indian Rocks (there are NO rocks - the sand is perfect!)

Come and see why we have more and more return guests each year who claim this is their favorite place on the beach.

The owners (who also own a decorating business) have completely redone the unit - New stainless steel appliances as well as granite counter tops. The kitchen is fully stocked. All the comforts of home and then some!

Balcony overlooks the beach and pool. Two sets of stairs allow easy access to parking as well as the beach.

The Master Bedroom, with its private bath, has a seating area and TV. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed with a TV as well. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds and a 3rd TV. The living room has tremendous views and a 4th TV.

And if you just can't leave your work at home, wireless internet access is available.

There is an separately managed efficiency on the ground floor for guests with limited mobility or if extra space is needed.

Availability on this unit will be limited to minimize wear and tear. Sorry, but absolutely No smoking or pets allowed!

Fantastic trip to IRB

We had a great trip to IRB and loved this unit. The location and convenience couldn’t have been better! The condo had everything you could need and was just steps from the beach! Communication with the host was easy and check in and check out went smoothly. We would definitely stay again!!!

The hosts were very easy to communicate with. The property has everything you need for a vacation. Location was fantastic and of course the beach access is amazing.

Amazing Beachfront

This place was amazing for our family’s Spring Break. The location was within walking distance of fun shops, restaurants and ice cream! The pool was perfect for the kids when they were tired of the sand. The living space was so comfy, clean and thoughtfully accommodating. I would stay here again for sure.

Absolutely perfect!

This unit could not have been nicer and the location is perfect. Despite the chilly weather when we were there, we enjoyed the pool & whirlpool tub. Being right on the beach was great - that alone makes this place 5 stars. The unit is spacious and beautifully decorated. It is FULLY stocked with whatever you might need. It was more space than what our family really needed, but I am so glad I booked it anyway and I would absolutely book it again! I really appreciated the binder with local menus, although we could have easily eaten eery meal at the Kooky Coconut just down the block! IRB is a wonderful destination and this unit really was perfect!

Perfect beach location with gorgeous sunsets

Great spot right off the beach. Sunsets are beautiful and can be seen right from the patio. Family of four and there was plenty of room. Condo was very clean and well kept and had everything we needed, including beach towels, beach toys, and even beach chairs. Pool was clean and warm for our stay, which was really nice considering the weather was on the cooler side. Location is great being right in the middle of good food and entertainment with Clearwater being a quick 10-15 minute drive down the road.

Wonderful Condo

This place was one of the best I’ve stayed in. It’s views were amazing. The pool was very nice and only shared with 3 other units which gave it a private feeling. The cleanliness was great and the condo was fully stocked. The owners were wonderful and easy to work with. We will definitely return.

Excellent Beach Location

Wow! the pictures don't do it justice. What a great condo, spacious inside, plenty of room for 5 adults, all amenities and fully stocked kitchen. If we were cooking, we wouldn't need a thing. Easy access. The sunsets were awesome, and the weather cooperated, which is always a plus. We walked to restaurants 2 nights. And most important:: great water pressure and fluffy towels. We will be back!! Thanks Vince and Mary Jo!!

Perfect for a family vacation!

We loved everything about this rental! It really was right on the beach, had a beautiful view, and the condo was not only beautiful, but it had everything we needed and more. Plenty of room for 6 adults and a baby. The location was perfect- easy walk to restaurants, CVS, and ice cream! The property was very well maintained, the pool was warm when the weather was chilly, and what a bonus to have a restroom by the pool! Definitely recommend!!!!

Great location and views of the sunsets.

The condo is spacious for a family of five. It was a little dirty when we arrived with hair in drains, on floors, a dirty plate in cabinet, and dirty forks in drawer. It could use a good cleaning of the walls. The master bedroom didn’t lock and the barn door on the master bathroom doesn’t shut al the way. The spare shower head sprays water on the ceiling. The pool is small and was very crowded when multiple units went for a swim. The outdoor facilities are great. It’s literally steps to the sand. The sunsets from the balcony were amazing. I would recommend this condo despite my comments. Just giving my honest review. There was nothing majorly wrong to make us not come back. Owner was easy to communicate with and answered texts promptly.

Location will spoil you! Steps from the Gulf.

Two adults, three kids. Had a blast at this property. Best compliment I can give is that there were no surprises. Very clear communications from start to finish. Loved the lower level area and pool. Owner is great, location is tremendous and we were fortunate with weather. All around good report. Hope to return!
