Stairs on back and front of unit, so your trips in from the beach and pool are easier. Four units in the building make this rental a small cozy stay for you. Poolside grill and refrigerator make your afternoon and evening low key for more relaxing. Don't click another link, you will not find a fully remodeled rental in IRB like this one.

Excellent and comfortable view of Gulf of America

Great location with pool, toys, beach access, chairs, umbrellas, etc. Felt like home away from home…but with awesome view!

Family and friends Vacation

Property was amazing, we all loved the ocean and pool. We realize there was damage from the recent hurricanes, so not all stores, shops etc were open but we made the best of it. Hoping to come back in the future. Check in and out was a breeze. Host was helpful and communicated. Would definitely recommend!

We had a great time at the beach.

We come to Indian Rocks beach every year, The property was great and the Manager was wonderful. We loved staying for the week.

Best vacation, perfect location!

Another great stay!

This was our second time staying at this property and it was just as great as the first time. Everything you could need is provided and the unit is very clean. Great access to the beach and pool. Will be coming back again!

Wonderful Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Indian Rocks Beach! The condo is beautifully decorated and clean. We loved swimming in the pool, playing in the sand on the beach, finding shells and shark teeth as we walked along the shore, and watching the sunset from the balcony. The owner was great with communication and quickly resolved a small issue that came up during our stay. The only bad part about staying here is having to leave and go back to reality. It was a wonderful vacation!

Ideal Location on IRB

We absolutely loved our stay! This was our second vacation in this complex. The location and amenities are ideal, and it’s right in the heart of IRB. Some of the most gorgeous sunsets from the balcony. Tanya’s place was perfect. Just as described and had everything you need for a relaxing getaway.

Just what we wanted

Really lovely place. Amazing proximity to beach and pool, and the outdoor space is just perfect. Everything we wanted and needed for our family(we probably didn’t even need half the things we brought!). Had really nice people in the units around us as well which was a bonus!

Tanya was wonderful. The unit was up to date. We cooked a few meals and it was well stocked. I hope to rent again. Loved all the amenities!!

Perfect ocean view and access

This really was perfect ocean view and access to the beach within a few feet. The place looks a lot nicer than the pics show, very nice decor, never had any issues. Plenty of room for family of 5. We got this for the water views and to walk right for the beach and still be close to our place that’s what we got, felt like a home.

We love for SO many reasons!!

This is not our first time staying at this location, and it will certainly not be our last! Tanya is always the best host. Very responsive. The unit was clean and well-equipped. We love walking a few steps to enjoy Kooky's and the other restaurants nearby! Thank you for a great stay! We will be back! The sunsets never disappoint! See you again soon!

Very enjoyable

Overall the condo was great, only found that a couple of light needed bulbs and the remotes to tv needed changed., more of maintenance issue than owner issue.
