Family and friends Vacation

Property was amazing, we all loved the ocean and pool. We realize there was damage from the recent hurricanes, so not all stores, shops etc were open but we made the best of it. Hoping to come back in the future. Check in and out was a breeze. Host was helpful and communicated. Would definitely recommend!

This place is awesome. Views of sunsets from balcony to the pool then the beach. It has everything you need for a great week at the beach. Had our granddaughters and they loved the beach and the blue Oreo cookie ice cream at the Kooky Coconut cafe. Can’t wait to go back.

Wonderful Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Indian Rocks Beach! The condo is beautifully decorated and clean. We loved swimming in the pool, playing in the sand on the beach, finding shells and shark teeth as we walked along the shore, and watching the sunset from the balcony. The owner was great with communication and quickly resolved a small issue that came up during our stay. The only bad part about staying here is having to leave and go back to reality. It was a wonderful vacation!

Relaxing on the Beach

We always enjoy staying at this condo when we visit family in Florida. Easy beach access, good local food nearby, nice pool for when you need a break from the sand and waves, and the A/C works. The only thing missing was a good juice squeezer for making cocktails, otherwise this place is great.

On The Sand is Spot On

Once you find your ideal location and "home" for a week or two, you'd rather not let others in on this marvelous place! These owners haven't missed anything with the amenities offered for sand, sun, an outside TV (perfect for our Superbowl Party!), and area suggestions, as well as cheerful conversation and info if you need it. The pictures are accurate for this listing but don't come near to matching the beauty both inside and out. You can be guaranteed sounds of the surf with your morning coffee instead of typical winter sounds of the furnace and snow plows.....imagine!

Family trip celebrating senior year and 18th birthday!

We loved this place! We have rented many houses and condos in various places and this is definitely one of the best. It is exactly as described, so comfortable and spacious. The second bedroom was perfect for our teenage daughter and her friends and they loved that they had their own bathroom. We loved the beach theme decor of the condo. Quiet neighborhood ,but also within easy walking distance to many attractive restaurants and bars.I had to contact Tanya a couple times for minor things and she responded immediately.There are plenty of beach towels,dishes etc…also the shared space by the pool is awesome! We would definitely stay here again.thank you!

We did not want to leave.

We loved staying here, and my 5-year-old was very upset when we had to leave. She had a lot of fun swimming (in the heated pool) and playing on the beach. We will try and come back. The unit was clean and welcoming and had beautiful views. There was plenty to do, and we walked on the beach every day, but the Gulf was a little cold, so not much time in the water. The bed was comfortable and a good size, and the bathrooms were updated. The cons. As with the other reviews, you will hear the people upstairs walking/dancing around, which could be at any time. This could be a pro, but directly in front of the unit is a very popular beach fishing location, and there were people fishing almost every day so if you are fishing, it's good. If you want to swim, then it could be a challenge. This place is great and thank you for letting us stay.

Just what we wanted

Really lovely place. Amazing proximity to beach and pool, and the outdoor space is just perfect. Everything we wanted and needed for our family(we probably didn’t even need half the things we brought!). Had really nice people in the units around us as well which was a bonus!

Ideal Location on IRB

We absolutely loved our stay! This was our second vacation in this complex. The location and amenities are ideal, and it’s right in the heart of IRB. Some of the most gorgeous sunsets from the balcony. Tanya’s place was perfect. Just as described and had everything you need for a relaxing getaway.

Another great stay!

This was our second time staying at this property and it was just as great as the first time. Everything you could need is provided and the unit is very clean. Great access to the beach and pool. Will be coming back again!

Best vacation, perfect location!

We love for SO many reasons!!

This is not our first time staying at this location, and it will certainly not be our last! Tanya is always the best host. Very responsive. The unit was clean and well-equipped. We love walking a few steps to enjoy Kooky's and the other restaurants nearby! Thank you for a great stay! We will be back! The sunsets never disappoint! See you again soon!

Wonderful!

We loved this property. The location is steps away from the ocean and only a couple blocks walk to many restaurants. The pool area has it's own bathroom which was very convenient for wet kids getting out of the pool and needing to use the restroom. We were disappointed that the 'spa' was only jets and bubbles and not a hot tub. There were many pool toys and beach toys that the kids loved playing with. Lots of chairs and umbrellas for beach time. The shared area was never too busy with other people, plenty of space to find a comfortable area to sit and lounge. We used the grill one night and it worked out very well for our meal. The condo itself was equipped with everything we could have needed. The wash machine was pretty small and the dish washer had some quirks but both were operable. Having 2 living room areas was actually quite nice for the evenings when the kids could watch a movie and the adults could sit in the other room for conversation. Plenty of towels, sheets, blankets, some games and lots of books. The master bedroom is huge with lots of space if needed. The property manager was extremely responsive and helped us with everything that we needed throughout the week. You can hear people walking around above you and even the people next door, thankfully everyone was respectful and not too loud but you could definitely hear people. We would definitely consider staying here again. It was a great trip and we hope to be back again next year. Thank you for sharing!
