Freshly renovated corner unit with seaside charm!

Our 3 bed 2 bath condo is on the 4th floor and is a corner unit meaning windows on 3 sides and panoramic views! Tiled throughout and new tiling in bedrooms (no carpet!). The condo went through renovations in 2021 and is freshly decorated a coastal chic style. Check out views of the intracoastal and gulf from beautiful plantation shutters (no blinds!). Our master bedroom is spacious featuring a king size bed, walk-in closet, balcony access, and en-suite bathroom. Our second bedroom has a queen size bed and built ins for extra storage, and our third bedroom has 2 twin beds. We also have a pack-and-play available for your little ones. We provide all of the comforts of home away from home! We have a fully equipped kitchen for cooking and a dining table that seats 6 inside. Our condo has a full size washer and dryer in unit. Our spacious balcony offers outside seating so you can watch the magnificent sunsets over the ocean. The condo has cable & TVs in the living room and bedrooms as well as wifi to keep you up to date with friends and family that cannot be with you on this lovely getaway.
The Reef Club's amenities include a pool, hot tub, tennis courts, grill area, and direct beach access.
The Reef Club is situated across the street from a Nature preserve that also has a kid's playground.

Love it!

My family and I booked a last minute stay for 6 nights at this condo. The pictures just don’t do it justice. This beautifully decorated condo has everything my family and I needed from beach chairs, toys, games, fully stocked kitchen to the most beautiful views. The sunsets were my favorite part whether you walked down to the beach or stayed on the balcony. We liked it so much, we reached out to the owner and asked to book the condo for any extra night. It was a great price and an added bonus, the pool was working after the hurricanes as most weren’t in the area. We will definitely be back! Thank you Callie!

The location is perfect. The condo is well stocked with anything you might need, including beach chairs, toys, beach towels, etc. Callie was very responsive. Already booked for next year!!

Will NOT Disappoint!!

This was our second visit to The Reef. The unit is nicely decorated and the view is perfect. During our stay I texted our host about the condition of the beach chairs. Two days later 4 brand new chairs were at our front door!! We love tennis, pickleball and the ocean at our fingertips. Morning coffee and sunsets are a must on the balcony. Restaurants are walkable, nature preserves are nearby. Wish we could have stayed a little longer. Thank you Callie for a wonderful winter get away!!

Snowbirds on the beach

The property is 40 years old but it has excellent amenities (pool, hot tube, tennis court, and green space). The best part about the property is its location on Indian Rocks Beach! It is also noteworthy that many restaurants are within walking distance. Unit 411 is spacious with three bedrooms, kitchen, dining, and living room. Our favorite place though was the balcony which overlooks the beach and the glorious sunsets. The master bedroom has a king sized bed and was very comfortable. Unfortunately, the second bedroom has an old mattress which is not suitable for adults. The third bedroom has two twin beds. The unit would benefit from a good cleaning and basic maintenance (minor plumbing and electrical issues, locking mechanisms that don't function, and a new thermostat.

Comfortable and clean!

The condo is fairly spacious. It has a nice view of the beach. The space was clean and well supplied when we got there. We came in mid-September, and the complex was quiet and not crowded at all. Would definitely recommend!

A great vacation

We loved staying here. The condo is located right on the beach which is so convenient. The sunsets from the balcony were amazing. Very spacious for my family, fully equipped and very clean. Will definitely be going back!

Summer Vacation

We love the Reef Club and all that it has to offer! We have been there now 2 times. Our unit this time could have been cleaned a bit more though--there was popcorn on the kitchen floor and toys under the bed when we got there. Calli was very communicative and helpful to us when we got there as one of the ceiling fans and wall of outlets were not working. She called an electrician who was there the next day to install a new fan and fix the outlets. Much appreciated! We had a great week!

Great value

The u it itself was clean and definitely met our needs. Incredible view and plenty of space for myself, my two teen sons and my 80 yr old mother. The walk in shower was great for my mom as well. The lights in two of the bedrooms did not work by using the wall switch and neither did the fans. Other than that, we loved the unit. The stairwell in the complex was a bit unkept. There was a wet roll of TP on the stairs the full week we were there and a full bag of trash left for about four if the six days. Overall, I would definitely stay here again. The location and the beach were perfect in my opinion. Loved it.

Great condo, with enough room for everyone!

We had a great stay, and even enjoyed the MSU spartan puzzle! Great view and the beach/pool were perfect! The only suggestion would be to let your renters know that there are beach chairs available in the locker. We rented some, but couldn’t return them for a credit. Otherwise a nice stay and enjoyed the views!

Great getaway

If u want somewhere not as busy as clearwater beach this is a great place. Everything u need from restaurant, water park to groceries all in close proximity to property. Very clean plenty of room for 6 people.

Needs Serious Attention

Condo is old, tired, dirty, and needs some serious attention. 1. Dishes were all dirt, especially silverware, and most things needed to be washed before use. See picture. Lots of pots and pans, but really old and scarred – maybe not safe to use. 2. TVs are very nice, but not usable. They are not connected to anything but Amazon, and there is no active account. If you want to use the TVs you have to sign up for an account with Amazon. No instructions for any other kind of use. We finally got cable to work, but the remote doesn’t work right (you can’t change the volume). 3. Much of the kitchen items were unusable. Electric skillet with no cord, nice stainless steel coffee mugs with no lids, etc. 4. BAD RUGS! They are old and worn, so the edges and corners are curled upward, causing a real trip hazard. See picture. 5. A lot of the furniture is falling apart – chairs with wicker pulling apart, missing cupboard door, etc. See pictures. Please fix the window shutters! 6. The beds were adequate, but the mattresses are old and soft. They really need to be replaced. 7. There are adequate closets, but they are filled with junk, so unusable. Most of the living area drawers are also just filled with junk. 8. This place was truly dirty. The cleaning service is not doing a good job, if they are doing anything at all. The floors were dirty, we had to clean the tables and surfaces before we could use them, and the falling-apart rugs were filthy.

Hastings Spring Break

We absolutely loved our 16 day stay and hated to leave! The condo was amazing! We had plenty of room, the kitchen was well furnished, she had beach towels and an entire closet of beach accessories, the pool and hot-tub were enjoyed by all, the beach was beautiful and the sunsets were gorgeous! Cassie was extremely prompt in answering a few minor questions and she had Sarah at our door within minutes 2 different times - we certainly appreciated “everything”! Thank you for many beautiful memories!

A lovely end unit, well-appointed with beautiful views from the living room/porch and master bedroom! Perfect for our spring break trip with a group of six adults. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. No complaints at all!

Property was very nice, spacious and a lot to do without leaving the Reef. The condo smelled musty, furniture was old, very outdated The HVAC filter has not been replaced since 7/2022

Sept week in IRB

This condo was well appointed, clean and roomy. Description online matched appearance when we arrived. Hot tub and pool were clean, with patio furniture and umbrellas. Beach is beautiful! It was very nice to have beach chairs and towels provided. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location, Great Condo

The condo was well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. The building and grounds were well maintained, the pool and beach a quick elevator ride to the ground floor. The updated tile and countertops were beautiful! We would definitely stay in this unit again.

We both grew up vacationing along the Gulf of Mexico and we knew we wanted to eventually get a vacation home so we could escape the brutal Chicago winters. We settled on the Clearwater beach area but we fell in love with the quaintness of Indian Rocks Beach. We love walking to all of the restaurants in the area and spending our days relaxing on the beach that is never too crowded. We hope you fall in love with our little beach town too!
